No staff to even take an order. Walked in to the cafe at 2pm this afternoon, the staff who I assume is the "manager" asks "yes, excuse me? ". As in he was surprised what I was doing walking in to his Cafe. I replied asking if he was open, coz I was surprised by his line of questioning! He said yes, but "no Hot coffee! " I'm sorry, what else do you sell in a coffee shop? Long story short, sat there for 5 mins, no staff came to take the order, even though I was the only one in the entire Cafe! Walked out in 5 minutes. Despicable attitude by the staff.pity to see what has become of what was once a decent place to wind down and relax.

Food is good but understaffed. 1 staff cooks. Another manage takeouts, on the curb order, make drinks, take order & wait the room, also manage the cash register.

Hire some more staff.

Impossible to communicate with the people answering the phone. Only one person there can understand what the word "extra", "means.or what " pizza crust", is.what "no meat" means.the list goes on. I say "no meat", I get extra meat. I say "extra sauce", I get packets of ketchup instead of more sauce. I'm tired of dealing with it. After I give up and hang up, the manager calls and asks for my order. Too late! Done. Won't ever return.

In Al Ruwais is the only place where you can have an italian coffee. Good sweets and cake, very tastefully pasta and pizza. Polite service, as usual in UAE, cheap prices. The sofa should be changed.

Excellent food. Service today was slow. It took almost 45 minutes for the food to be delivered.

Great food, great coffee! Good place to hang out with friends or for a couple to have a nice meal together. Wouldn't really recommend for large families. There's not a lot of space & the tables are small.

One of the best restaurants in Ruwais Housing area.

You can have a lot of tasty dishes at a reasonable price.

Also, the Gaya coffee is great and I would recommend you to have a can of it.

I couldn't find batman there, and there coffee is like dirt, lot of kids annoying me there, employees there don't know how to take orders, such a waste of time and money

Very nice place to hang out next to a playground.
Food is very good and delicious.
Service is very good too.

Drinks are good and food is just okay. Service is very slow. Price isn't equal to the quality of food and service that you will get.
