المعامله في الوقع سيئه جدا وخدمه الاتصال ما منهم فايده على اي معامله استنى 5 أيام عمل وبعدها يقولوا استنى تاخذ مخالفات ومافي مصدر رجعي

First time operating in Abudhabi and my vehicle was fined without any warning knowing that my company is not registered in abudhabi I’m an outsider with no knowledge of the rules and registrations. Been trying to register our companies in Asateel services since its mandatory. However the system keeps on failing. Sent them emails for 3 days in a row with 0 response.

Called their customer support and the customer support suggested to send it as a complaint which before submission also an error occurred!

Called them again to inform the same and they said just wait! We keep receiving fines everyday on our land transport buses due to this and we didn’t get any solution yet! Very disappointing

Definetely worst service provider in UAE!

Company that charges 100 AED for “registration” of your vehicle in DARB system did not bother to make functioning mobile version of their website and you should spent quite a lot of time to register your vehicle in web version. For what should I pay 50 AED registration fee?

Company with such poor level of service should not exist in UAE

Be vigilant the GPS doesn’t fonction properly and that may lead to your departure location being confused with another and this may lead to the starting meter amount to change. And don’t count on the customer service as they have a have NO refund system in place

All good service but only problem with 102 bus from Yas mall to City bus always full and if someone is going to yas mall very difficulty to get the bus. Some how we have to spend more time to get the buses.

I am writing this message as a petition on behalf of more than 5,000 residents of Al Dhafra Workers Village. Public bus transportation is highly needed in our area at ICAD 3, Mussafah near ADNOC refinery. I hope that in the upcoming days/months public bus will pass in our area. Please include this petition in your future plan.

ليس المبنى الرئيسي لمركز النقل المتكامل ، هذا المبنى مخصص لإختبارات سائقي سيارات الاجره نظري ومقابله وهو مركز تواجد مفتشين المركز والتحقيق وخدمه جديده والتي هي أساطيل للشحن وللباصات المؤجرة. يرجى الاتصال قبل القدوم لان باقي الخدمات في المبنى الرئيسي لبلدية أبوظبي بشارع السلام.

It’s really difficult to contact them. The whole nobody is picking up the phone. It’s terrible!

I recharged my hafilat card got deducted by the bank but more than 18hrs it’s not reflecting to my card.

No body cares.

Have an exemption from the traffic tariff, Darb, however, a traffic fee was calculated. I submitted many complaints and they did not answer or communicate, very bad services, they did not deal well with people, failed management. They are horrible.

ITC is one of the best department in abuDhabi for customer care service. Contact them and book a taxi. Great service

Parked my car in parking where clearly there are no blue lines indicating residential and still was fined. Same area they had blue lines everywhere so I avoided them; Parked where there were no blue lines and still was fined. Also, ICT mawaqif reception customer “service” is impolite and unprofessional. I was coming back from the vacation with my son sleeping in my arms. As I was carrying a backpack and holding my son with both arms, I asked the driver to unload the bags. He said “You do it. ”
I called the center to complain about the driver’s attitude, the call center agent said that it is not the driver’s duty to help with the luggage. I found it very strange, so explained that I was holding my sleeping son with both arms and that instead of explaining that he could not help me unloading he looked at me saying “You do it”.
There is a clear attitude problem with the driver for the airport taxi 131. I find it very strange that the TransAD is not disciplining the drivers for these.
I have been relatively happy with the TransAD, but from now on, I will use the alternative taxi to make sure that nothing like this happens again.

Clearly you have people working for u that likes to call and harass Americans not good for business. I live clear across the United States so why would ur taxi or whatever company be calling me every day to harass me. U see their is this thing called reverse phone look up and GPS that makes it easy to locate you/ your business so I can keep, record and log addresses and calls so thank you for that. I'll just hang onto that for future reference thanks much idiot's. By the way according to ur reviews u might want to spend more time working on a way to better ur business instead of harassing people looks like business sucks.
