Most of the recharging machines for intercity transport in AD aren't accepting bank card payments even the machines in central bus station. They have all gone bad, this is awful and most times we don't have physical cash. The management should look into it and repair them. Thank you
Guys am daily comutter of 102 for yas plaza / yas lsland but these days we get Bus after 30mins but before was after 10mins and another thing you send us two bus at the same time when they only five space yet the line is over 30people, is it because we don't have any other option for going to yas lsland or because we are poor people who canot manage to pay taxi
Worst experience with Mawaqif (ITC) and customer service are professionally trained to say sorry instead of recommending a solution. I’ve got Aed 5000 fine and requested them grievance but no action has been taken yet. Such an inhumane approach!
Delayed services. I filed a complaint then it takes almost a month to response, then the staff knows nothing. Tried to call the 80088888 all I can hear is someone talking in Arabic and no response waited for about 5 minutes still no one is on the line. Please have a staff that is more efficient and responsible. Website is not even secure.
Because they (mawaqif) gave fine, to force me to visit ITC. I paid the parking ticket for 24 hours. And it was Friday, and I parked in a 100 percent legal standard parking area, where I park since one year. Now they gave fine that it's not allowed parking area

Very irresponsible staff. If you wait one years you will not got reply for mail. Staff are not helpful you will wait for number and they will busy in mobiles like mobile his duty. I make residential car parking and i payed but still i am getting fine on same area. I visited many time but no body will lesson to you becaui don’t have any friends there

Pls help out there is no line bus within ruwais, abudhabi.initially we had small buses, but it has been stopped now, Now we have to wait 2-3 hrs for a bus atleast to a Mall, but there is no bus timings or bus from the single mall in ruwais to housing, even after waiting for hours no bus comes, we don't have any bus to airport also, pls luk into the matter, pls help
I have got a fine which was issued by mistake but when I informed thru the call center I have got the fine removed within 24 hours. I thank and appreciate the prompt service done by the DOT especially the call center agent who took effort and helped me solving the issues in very short time.
New express bus service is too useful and have an suggestion please provide one pedestrian crossing bridge in the Al Maqta police check point. Because its highly useful to changing buses and reduce travel time.
There is no bus from najda st. Fatima mubarak going to city of lights. All people working to city of lights Al reem island are very upset for this. We are working there and now its very invonvinient to go by taxi every day it cost us a lot.please do something for this.

الان وفِي هذه اللحظة احد موظفيكم يركب معنا في المقاعد المخصصة للنساء والادهى جلس بجوار امراة فلبينية وأمامي مباشرة واغلب المقاعد خالية وعندما سألته لماذا بجلس هنا ؟ كان رده انه المشرف وانه لا يستطيع الجلوس في مقاعد الرجال لانه بيشعر بالدوار هناك؟ يا له من تبرير يشعر بالغثيان اذا جلس في الخلف ولا يشعر به وهو جالس في المقدمة مع امراة اجنبية. اذا هذا هو تصرف احد موظفيكم والسائق فكيف نلوم الآخرين وهم غير مسلمين في الأغلب الاعم. وطبعا لم يتحرك وواصل كأن شئ لم يكن. الرحلة من ابوظبي للشارقة السائق يدعي بخت والمشرف حليم كما اخبرني المشرف
