Iris Flowers

I had a very bad experience with them, I have ordered nice mixed flowers and they sent different order (totally different) different kind of flowers and different color. Also I was waiting for one hour before I got my order. Then when I called the store to talk about their mistake he said wait we will replace your order but I can’t wait I was waiting for whole hour to get my order and I can’t wast another hour, I have appointment and I can’t wait then Simply he hung up on me!

Wish to give 0 star or even -5 and this only because of delivery, first of all its come late, second driver is absolutely not speak on any language, English? No Arabic he also don't understand, as a result flowers what have to be a surprise to a person was not come as a surprise, because I have a call and tell to a person to meet a driver what are cant find a door in villa!

Unfortunately their flowers are completely NOT fresh and damaged + their employees are so rude and shameless with customers

Nice and fast service they even gave us two free roses when we purchased 22 inch helium ballon it’s 50 Dhs

Mashallah.the flowers was delivered on time.prices are really really good.and as you can see in the picture the flowers are fresh and it is exactly the same as the picture from talabat.i was actually amazed by them.and im looking forward to order more in the future.and by the way.the delivery man is way better than the others.keep up the good work. May God bless all of you.

Actually I always always order from them through talabat, their prices are better than other shops and I always love their arrangements

Terrible place, ordered online and never received my order. Store wouldn’t answer my phone calls. I don’t recommend ordering from here at all
