Just wanna share my experienced buying my new iPhone 13 mobile. With a good and overwhelming experienced with the staffs specially Sir Mohamad who assisted me. He's so kind and detailed with everything. Thanks for the hospitality and for accommodating me even tho they were too busy with a lot of customers. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot istyle.

What a frustrating experience. Went there to get iphone traded to get an iPhone 13 pro. Haitham evaluated my phone for 30 minutes and even took out my screen saver only to tell me afterwards that the color I wanted was not available. I mean, shouldn't you check your stock first before evaluating? Thank God the team in istyle Marina Mall helped me.

Unsatisfactory service, I bought Apple Watch and after few months not working, so I hand over back for service check, takes alooot of time.
Second issue by purchasing new iPhone they ask more character to transfer the data. In Apple store they do that free.

The shop’s products are displayed in a way that you can easily find what you are looking for. The ambiance of the room is very clean and tidy. The best advice I can give anyone who is about to spend their hard earned money- go direct to Apple! The guys in istyle sold me a laptop that was not up to scratch. I asked for the best at the time and they sold me what they had available instead of what I needed to get my job done. They admitted they were in the wrong and the best they could do is give me an exchange 7500 AED MacBook Pro = 3200 AED. Trust me guys go to Apple.
