No response for several days of many calls for this branch. Even the whats app, they don’t respond to you.

I bought iPhone 11 Pro today from style Al wahda mall and and m really satisfied with services especially Miss sana really help me out to set up my phone really appreciated thanks

Service is very slow and to get an replacement of defective apple pencil it took more than a month. Again we had issues in charging ipad within few weeks. To get this fixed we waited for more than an hour it worked with soft reset.

Rasheed and team at al wadha istyle are amazing specially Rasheed is very helpful for everything at the I store highly recommended

I would like to share my review regarding Istyle in Al wadha mall branch i received a very great staff with good communication and a great service from their side they were helpful, I had an issue with my iphone and thanks to Yaser he is the one who assist. Thanks to Istyle.

Absolutely fantastic service from Anas, Jessie and the team. They all have loads of knowledge and expertise on all the Macs in store and I was given a great deal with 1000 dos discount and a good trade-in price for my 5 year old MacBook Air. Little extras such as transferring files from my old Mac, tuition on the new 15 inch pro I'd just bought, and offers of ongoing help, make this retailer the best place to buy a Mac in the Mall. While other shops sell the same machines, the level of service from this hugely knowledgeable, international, multilingual team is second to none.

Good service and Janine is so friendly. She knows her job and fixed my problem for a few hours only. Her manager is also accomodating -Anas and willing to help. Overall 95%

I want to thank April for greeting me without hesitation, some shop they will based on the looks and the clothes you wear even though i am not planning to buy April assist me very well.entertain all my question and she tells me all new feature of XS MAX.so i end up buying iphone xs max 512gb, i want expensive one, honestly 256 gb is fine because i want to reward april for extra effort, she help me patiently to retrive my existing apple id but i forgot the security question, she advise me to create new one, and give me tips to save in the notes rather than in my actual notebook she said i can back up all my important notes in icloud.she even greet & assist other customer to make payment while assist me she assured she will be back while entertaining other customer.thanks April for being nice, this is the important thing when a customer enter a the shop a very nice and smiling sales staff that will attract more customer
