Pretty disappointing. Office timing on website is listed as 9 am to 3 pm - the staff casually started coming from 9.15 just one staff, and then the rest of the staff came at 9.30.the entire hall was full of customers waiting with their coupon, but its like a typical government office or bank in India - there is no sense of professionalism and regard to work hours. Highly inefficient. One side note - they are an approved agency who are supposed to do the urgent paper/document work such as affidavits, attestations, etc.the main signboard has a typo mistake in their company name - I can only imagine how accurate they are going to be when they are typing an affidavit for example.

They won't accept card and they don't have change also, can you imagine in this digital world

THINGS TO REMEMBER

1. They don’t accept bank cards. So bring cash with you. Call them and ask for exact service cost.
2. Keep some coins for taking photostat
3 Keep original Emirates ID, Passport and Certificates.
4. The location is just beside muroor road. Just before Delma Street bridge. Parking is bit difficult but near to bus stop and station.
5. Manager and staffs are very supportive
6. There are Two ATMs nearby. One at LuLu Hyper market and the other in nearby (Apparently) ADCB Bank Building
7. They are on the 7th floor.

Very pathetic experience. I had to travel all the way from Al Ain to this office on Friday. And once reaching here came to know it is holiday due to Ambedkar Jayanthi. The worst thing they never picks the call no matter how long you will dial) I could also see some family coming from Ruwais and experienced the same difficulty.

Horrible service, time wasters. I had to get my father’s life insurance documents attested, in order to courier them to India. They charged me 148 AED just to attest two forms, plus 10 aed for photocopies. The attaché was extremely rude to me and gave me a life lesson.

My experience with IVS Abu Dhabi was very nice. As promised, they did the embassy attestation in time. Unlike other reviews, they answered all my calls. Cheaper and best compared to other third parties.

However took too much time to get docs attested

I visited this office for my original passport verification purpose to apply home loan in India. They only accept cash only no card payments. Parking very very very difficult. Minimum one hour time required.

Im trying to reach you all for my documents its been almost 28 days now i have been waiting for my documents after process of attestation.i inquired about them on 15 August they said still not come may be after 2 days but after that nobody informed if they are ready or no whenever im calling nobody is responding calling in a row atleast 10 times but nobody answers the call & then on 25 August when i called first they said its not done & then when checked they said its ready come & pickup. Same day i call back if they can courier me the documents because im from Al ain there is nobody to answer.this is a very bad service.why do you charge so much if you cant give good service? My visa processing is been delayed for a month just because of your delay.

If you want to attest your degree certificate and being in visit visa (Abu Dhabi) then it is the right place for you.

1. Ministry of external affairs attestation
2. Indian embassy attestation
Both can be done here at the cost of 75 AED.
3. Then you can go to (yas center for tasheel) located in mussafah for MOFA attestation. It takes around (150 AED).

*If you have already completed HRD in home country then it is easy to complete degree attestation in just 225 AED and within a day.

Zero professionalism, Manager is very arrogant, Had a tough time here. Staff is not well trained and they don't have proper information. The manager here is not helpful either.

I was too scared to go there, my work would be done in an hour (Power of Attorney Attestation). The staff were very humble and helpful. My heartfull thanks to Indian Embassy Consular & IVS Global Services Staff.

Your work will be done in half an hour. Once you get the document in hand, check each page if has seals and consular signatures on it than move from there.

*DTDC Courier service also available for documents sending to India, with the cost of 100dhs. Delivery 5 to 7 days.

I had to go and renew my pan card. I found the communication very clear, the service very professional and the staff extremely helpful at IVS global. Thank you!

IVS Global Services is a well organized place for attestation of Indian documents and other relevant indian government services.
Here Attache/Consular Officer of Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi is present for relevant documentation and services eg. Change in passport details and photos etc.
The Security Staff is well aware about all the processes and procedures and will guide the customers about the needed documents and help to do the photocopies etc for a nominal charges of AED ONE per page.
The front desk staff will issue the token only if the documents are complete.
So better to approach the Security Staff to check and verify everything before approaching the front desk for token.
Once the token is issued it's barely few minutes wait for your ticket to be called on the counter depending on the day and time of the day you are visiting the facility.
Staff on the Attestations counter is also pleasant and efficient helping ever customer with a smile.
As a customer please be patient if there is rush hour since the staff is continuously busy.

Courier service also available is good.i went ther with many document but I went home with passport only

Make sure you wear gloves and masks or they won't let you enter the building, if your residence visa is from another emirate outside Abu Dhabi bring a letter from your company addressing it to the, Embassy of India with all personal details stamped and signed

I contact with Afkar he told me that they will provide me original receipt at the time of delivery of my certificate.

I told him clearly I have to submit the receipt for reimbursement.
But, at the time of delivery of certificate he is saying receipt is misplaced by them.

These people are very irresponsible they don't have any professionalism.

I went for the sworn affidavit and it was very fast. I got my affidavit in 5 min.
