الاجهزة غير جيدة وخاصة مكائن القهوة لا تعمل وعند إرجاع المكينة تحتاج تصليح أسبوعين ١٤ يوم عمل.

Great place to shop for kitchen and and dining wares, bed linen and coffee machines.

Nice shop specially for electronics, very helpful and friendly staff who gives honest advise on what to buy I buy all my home needs from there

الحقيقة اود ان اشكر فريق المبيعات بفرع جاشنمال العين مول اخص بالذكر الاستاذ سعيد وزمان على ماقدموه من مساعدة عند شرائي بعض المستلزمات المنزلية وماكينة القهوة دلونجي وشرح مستر سعيد الوافي لكيفية استخدام الماكينة الحقيقة انتم فريق رائع شكرا لكم

محل في العين مول جداً راقي في اغراض متنوعه للمنزل من مكائن للقهوه وادوات للمائده وادوات للمطبخ واجهزه كهربائيه وغيرها من الاشياء الجميله اسعارهم غاليه شوي لان اغراضهم ذات جوده عاليه

I bought a bag from Jashanmal and damaged it trolley by accident. I took the bag to this branch for repairs and handed over the bag on 9th December. Until 9th February I didn't hear anything from them although they said that I would get the bag back within 10 days.
After 2 months when I started following up with them, their excuse was that we cannot repair the bag as we don't have the spare parts required and our team tried to contact you but you didn't answer any of our calls, when I asked them to provide me with a single date on which their so called team contacted me, they didn't have anything.
The branch I gave the bag to couldn't find my order for 30 mins so I highly doubt that their team could have found my details.
Save yourself the misery and don't go to this branch.
