Johnson Controls

We are manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi and using Johnson chiller in our operation fro cooling operation. We have some service work for emergency situation and after communicating with service team and commitment from team, next all responsible people on leave, i am not able to establish contact with another manger. Service is not good, i will not advise Johnson chiller due to bad service.

Maintenace service is very poor. From last one week i am trying to fix my air conditioner leakage but there is no solution. Ac team says it is stuck at ADCP for approval and ADCP says they are not aware about anything.

Searching for any parts for central Air condition go to Johnson Controls.

Not so helpful and the call center are not polite and so unprofessional.poor service.
