Don’t ever go to this place if it’s not an Indian festival. They have zero stocks, and even if you dig one it’ll not be your size. Dubai branch is way better. Very disappointing from such a reputed chain

I mostly take my dress from this kalyan silk. I can purchase beautiful dress thanks to the handy salesmen in there. Recently Adarsh helped me pick a beautiful soft silk saree extremely fast that too understanding our taste better than us, giving valuable pointers for silk saree (v estimated one hour for shopping but Adarsh helped us to complete it within 15 minutes). One recommendation is to keep some gift wrapping provision too.

It's good to go there if you are south indian.if not than I ll not sujjest you to go.we went ther to buy something for my daughter 1 staff came and assisted us but after some time 1 south indian family enter there and he left us.at end we need to came out without buying

Very poor experience had with billing and packing.
By mistake they billed one item to me and when i went there and notified it theu told as per policy billed items cannot be returned.
Even if mistake by them its customer responsibilty to pay the money.

I got very good experience from abudabi store. I found out lot of collections at there. Customer support is awesome. Especially Mr. Arun who helped me a lot, very convenient and patient guy. Thank you.

Being a limited number of Indian garment shop in Abu Dhabi, they tend to be a bit expensive. Ambience also could be improved and have scope for training staff for a much more friendly approach. Kalyan supply scope is definitely good for a city like Abu Dhabi. Definitely a wider scope for improvement.

If zero rating option is there I would have given that. The sales persons are least interested to show the sarees to the customers.saree stock is of all old fashion. Visit to this shop is absolute waste of time.
