Ordered food from kappa waited more than 2 hours when called the person told the Delivery guy is new he does not know the location while taking the order they asked for the location when I told them they told they know from this restaurant my flat is only 5 minutes away please do not order from this restaurant for Delivery you will be hungry waiting for the food this is not 1st time its happening worst service.

Very bad, No Hygiene. I went to have Lunch but did not eat because it was not Hygien food they serving. The customers are served the balance of what flies have come to eat in the food area. Picture attached.

The meal and the curries are awesome especially served in banana leaves make them malayali touch.
After all the service is very good.comfortable for family and more friends.

Evening Tea and snaks are good. Only option available for for some good tea and snaks in this locality.
Only malabari Restaurant available in this area where can have authentic kerala foods. Price wise little expensive but still ok due to the reason there is no othere kerala restaurant in the area.

We ordered chicken cutlet. It was not good. Please don’t eat any snacks from kappa. They don’t maintain cleanliness and the food quality is also not good.

Place is organised and good but food is not good
We are go around 12 pm idli or dosa is not available attended is tell idli and dosa only in breakfast
Me and my brother ordered samosa but samosa is cold and taste is very poor, overcooked and colour is also not good but sausce is good and tea is very nice.

How can i say.too yummy.
Superb taste.but too spicy.
Can i order next time without chilli.

A wonderful place to eat at reasonable price. The taste is great and the staff is humble. Best for Indians and others. Veg and non veg is great. And the delivery and preparation time is quick. I like this place and I am visiting them regularly. I couldn't find anyone else nearby offering tasty meal nearby.

Very very poor quality food and charging much more than the actual quality. Very bad experience after multiple visits.
