The food here was ok, not the best Indian food I've had in Abu Dhabi by any means. We came here because they had listed themselves as offering a 20% discount to Etihad but then claimed the offer wasn't valid anymore but acknowledged their posting of the offer.
Had a very bad experience dining dinner here yesterday which ended up us in hospital with food poison! The place is not clean especially the table where you eat. We requested for a second time cleaning of table and the staff told us the dirt is inside the glass!
Plate was served which is cold and not clean!
We ordered butter chicken which was very watery and overcooked hard pieces Of chicken. Tandoori roti was like pappad and rumali roti was under cooked.
Overall very bad experience. I wish department of health gave them the lowest grade! #unhealthy #nocleanliness #dou #departmentofhealth
Had lunch from here. Just a normal south indian meals. Average quality curries. Payasam was worst. We will get better meals in city. Service guys are very polite and good even though service was very slow.
We tried masala dosa and non veg platter, both came out amazing, the food is superrrrrrrrr delicious. Their fried fish and Seekh kebabs are my favourite and a must haves. We must say they have best chefs and it has become one of our fav place for food. Akshay was very hospitable, he served us very well EDIT: Im very disappointed to write this here but being a very regular customer specially through delivery apps, I ordered seekh kebab one day, they came out stale, smelling stale, totally expired food. I called the app, they said the restaurant isnt taking the claim and forwarded the call to the manager. The manager totally denied the complaint, the issue is never the money or replacement, but food hygiene is super important, also no one has a right to play with someones health and wellbeing, expire food can not only give you food poisoning but sometimes more than that. However with this kind of irresponsible response I came to believe that its their normal course of action specially for delivery meals. I am not going to dine or order through them ever again.
Amazing experience with a great service. Akshay was a great person to serve in the best way and gave a wow service. He was so genuine as well as one of my friend who came with us forgot her purse and he was so kind enough return the same even though we didnt even realize that we left it. This is the second time we are coming here and the service is still the same as always.
I m amazed by their wonderful service, restaurant closes @11.20 and I called them @11.10 for a chicken dum biryani. And they didn’t refuse.took the order n delivered within 15-20 minutes.taste was amazing and flavorful biryani.

We had been to Kareems last year and had great kebab platters both veg and non veg. We also had biryani and authentic north indian curries with nan. Few days back I went back was surprised to see many awesome Kerala dishes. We had Inji puli Chicken which was superb and a new dish. A must try dish.we also had Paal konju a dish with tapioca and prawn in coconut milk gravy. It was also good dish. Good service and pocket friendly.
The ambience was just ok. The food itself was on the spicier side and the tikkas were overdone making them tougher than they should have been. The Naans were also soft and doughy
Ordered chicken dish… chicken had weird taste …asked server to return it.he offered alternate… found weird taste again… same weird taste in chicken soup too … fish achari was bland …. Garlic butter prawns was too salty … no guest deserved these food.don’t recommend at all
Majestic restaurant which serves good food with importance to health without any excess colors and oils. Taste is above average and feels fresh. Fine for dining with family. Pictures are of kareems special butter chicken biryani which is on the sweeter side than spicier biriyanis.
Good ambiance, since the hotel in north Indian they don't other languages only Hindi is used, to cover other customers for the good food they serve they must improve their staff on communicating multilingual or the common English, we had difficulty in ordering lemonade as they're unable to understand English, but food is tasty other than soup everything we ordered is good
I ordered 2 butter chicken biryani i requested and I mentioned in the order note to send small portion of rice bcoz kids can't eat that spice biryani the didn't care for that and they sent only biryani without rice this is the worst experience I can't call and argue with these people for this I ordered white rice from other restaurant for kids

Went for IFTAAR Buffet this Ramadan. Had a peasant experience. Good range of items. I personally enjoyed the starters and the desserts. The paya shorba was too good. Loved the experience overall. We pre booked and paid earlier through Zomato Pro and then we went to the restaurant and had a hassle free experience.

I ordered delivery and this is my first try from this restaurant. I ordered butter chicken and naan and both were not cooked well! Check is definitely not well cooked at all and the naan still a dough not cooked! The worst. And yes you can see a hair in the chicken.

One of the best indian restaurants I've visited. Came here with the intention of having some authentic indian food and I got what I came for + more. The mutton Kadai and non-veg platter is to die for with just the right amount of spice and melt in the mouth feels.

Visited without any expectations based on my friend’s suggestion. But it was an awesome experience, doesn’t expected. Certainly worth for money. Lots of options available for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Enjoyed variety of food but couldn’t give negative feedback on even a single dish or soup. Enough space is available in the first floor. Worried a little bit that I missed such a lovely restaurant. Customer service is excellent, spacious and cozy. Should visit once to enjoy the Indian cuisine. The restaurant theme made us more comfortable. Congrats to the cooks

We tried the mixed grilled kebab platter, & fish grills it's like quiet new for me, the variety of rotis and murgh chicken curry & mutton ghosth, with authentic mughalai mutton briyani with rich flavors of spices. We enjoyed each & every dish.
Ended the meal with hot carrot halwa & rabadi. Lip smacking delicious. If you're looking for any thali plates must try their veg thali for Aed 28The waiter was very courteous and also assisted us on choosing the best curries! A very classical Mughalai interiors, you feel like you're in small Mughalai place!

The service was very good, the foods had very authentic tastes, the dessert are to be improved better and need improve the quantity which is being served.
One of the best indian ressturents visited. Beautiful interiors and good hospitality. Every dish ordered was just mind blowing. Chicken and mutton were soft and juicy. I highly reccommend this place.
Myself and my office colleagues had dinner get together in Kareem's restaurant. We have ordered Non-veg platters, Non-veg main courses, Non-veg biryani and Breads. All items were so good and they served all the dishes quickly, aroma of the biryani was so good. We were served with complimentary drink and deserts. Good ambience and Delicious food.
Kareem's in Abu Dhabi currently the only outlet of this Mumbai based brand in the UAE. The ambience is warm and welcoming. Ample space upstairs and many take configurations. The service is polite and prompt. Butter Chicken is delicious, with ample chicken pieces cut small which is very thoughtful for family and groups. Karachi Mutton has ample curry and well cooked meat. The butter naans is juicy and soft. The tandoori roti is brownish and soft, and didn't go hard at all - smaller in size than Pakistani tandoori roti, more like Indian dhaba size. Mutton Seekh Kababs are flavourful and filling, and come with green chutney. Top it all with a sweet and thick Lassi. Full marks for food, service and ambience. We were well served by Mr Gobi and Ms Almira who took very good care of us.
