La Brioche

Disaster! 40 minutes to get juice, tea (brought only after my direct complaint) and ice cream (I had to take it myself and bring to the table). The food is good, but it's not worth the stress. 50 minutes we waited for the salad (they brought it even after the main course). The management needs to hire people and to stop being greedy.

I’m a big fan for la Brioche, my preferred place for desserts, snacks and coffee, the worst thing in this place is a waiter (Philippines lady) unfortunately forgot her name, she is a trouble maker, whenever we go to this specific branch she keep challenging us, always having tough angry face, she makes her own roles.
Being a customer front employee, she miss lot of skills on top of it is a simple SMILE & WELCOMING. Attention to Mrs.always angry

I had pasta from this place and was hospitalized due to this food
Tasted stale initially and in 15 minutes, had stomach cramps and rushed to the hospital

It was my first time in Le Brioche Galleria Mall as I decided to spend the halfday working here. Ma’m Carla Carlos and Ms Chazel are 2 of the best staff I have encountered in my life. Their knowledge about the whole menu from appetizer to desserts and drinks are spot on. Such a warm way to start the new year with outstanding staff. Lovely to be here. Food is spot on.

The staffs were hospitable, professional and attentive. The food portions were more than enough for one and they offer a warm, tasty bread basket. Will definitely return with my family. Kudos to HoneyB, Chazel, Dianna ️

I’m with my parents and they saw this cozy ambient in Galleria. They had fun & enjoyed the food, the cakes and most of all the the services. Special mention to Chazel for an amazing hospitality. ️️️

If i can rate 0 star i will rate this shop. I ordered cake for my wedding i received it melted and lying down in the box we called to complaint the guys there said it was for pick up for 9am so its not their fault why its melted i came to take it around 11: 30 because i came from my wedding ceremony in mbz my point is this is restaurant and bakery why they dont have chiller to put the cakes some people tend to take their order for some reasons and take note its for my wedding they ruined my special day. I will never order again from this shop.

المطعم هادىء ورايق، بس جودة الأكل والقهوة عندهم تعتبر أقل من المتوسطة.
المكان يعتبر جيد لجلسة خفيفة مع الأهل او الأصدقاء. وأيضاً تعامل الموظفين جداً راقي ومحترمين جميعهم. لكن كـ أكل او شرب أعتقد المفروض يتحسنوا بشكل أكبر.

Ordered two meals, none of them were good. Its like there was not effort at all while making it. I ordered something espresso and tasted like sugar and milk, not sure if there was actual espresso in it.

I have been there for the first time with my VIP client as I'm a manager in a very luxury jewelry brand and always going to Paul with my clients but this time she asked me for the nearest place to sit down and to have a talk so was brioche the Galleria mall Abu Dhabi, unfortunately! The worst experience I have ever had in my life! I ordered breakfast for me and her the waiter were very un professional! I went inside in front of the manager to ask him to treat us very well and to keep up-selling and offering in a good attitude instead of his bad attitude! We finished food and we ordered dessert and coffee they borough only one piece of cheesecake for her and for me “ we don't have mom “ I ordered a strawberry tart then we finally ate I went inside again to pay and I asked for a stuff discount while I'm working in the mall “ not employee discount” and the shock is the manager refused and he was shouting at me in front of all the staff and when I tried to understand why? ! He said you can complain me my name is DEEPANCHU I said for sure will complain and now I knew why the staff is not happy and giving very bad service he said you know that you are very rude and go out of the place! I went out because it was my mistake from the beginning to sit down at this place And actually, he is the rudest person I have ever met in my life, I don't know how is he a manager he is not even good to be a waiter and to work for the hospitality! Never will repeat it and will send an official e-mail to the head office about this accident. مستوى متدنى

We went for breakfast, they told us to wait 10 for cleaning the table and it took 25 min to sit on a clean table. And the big that there is only one waiter! For like 18 tables

First time i visit this branch and it will be the last

It's a nice and good place to stop for quick bites
Cakes and crossaints are too good
Mango majoto was not good it was all syrum and too sweet

Food is amazing.

However, service is so slow, please increase your staff.it's so sad to see 2-3 employees running for 10-15 tables!

La Brioche is one of my favourite places to have breakfast lunch and dinner. Moreover coffee and fresh cakes.

Had the best grilled chicken salad!
Salmon fillet also tasted great!

This restaurant in galleria mall staff behavior not good one person I don't know name his skin black little and maybe he from india very rude person when he rude with me all staff laughing I don't like this anyway this is my last visit
