The place is amazing. Spacious clean and great staff. I have to commend Mr. Arnold for helping out. The quality of hospitality is superb. Its the best place to start your morning routine.

Went to this branch because of the Entertainer and it was another amazing experience. Great shakshooka and amazing poached eggs. Super friendly staff!

Ordered banana nutella crepe to get it after 30minutes and without banana! Seems they forgot it on the tree!?

We generally don't go much to la Brioche as it's a bit pricey for us, but the quality of the food is good.
Today, we got a small "Galette des Rois", a Danish pastry, a Cinnamon Latte and a Cappuccino. All very tasty.

I visit la brioche for dinner, I order soup, salad, classic toast, it was excellent and waiter was helpful and work hard, he take care of customer and i feel comfortable

Before we were able to try their food Mr Santosh who said is the manager of the restaurant refused to split the bill between my family and 2 friends with whom we met there because as he said - we were using 1 table. Hard to meet with friends and sit at different tables but it was not obvious for Mr Santosh so we just left the place very disappointed with the way a customer is treated.

The best place I like to have my cakes from on all occasions, my wife and kids enjoying the taste. All staff are really friendly, especially Santos. The food is very healthy, service is amazing.

Only a month ago I write a 5* review for La Brioche in Khalifa City. Sadly, I can only advise diners to avoid this one in Yas Mall. I’ve used several different branches of La Brioche over many years, but this one really lets the brand down. The staff are courteous, pleasant and try their best and the location of the restaurant is great. However, the quality of the food at this branch is very poor and despite there only being 3 dine-in customers, we waited 20+minutes for a simple burger, fries and sandwich. The burger was slightly overdone but adequate. The club sandwich came with a salad that clearly was at least 24 hours old; brown, limp and inedible. I was initially given a few fresher leaves as a replacement (which I declined) and when the supervisor finally arrived, he did refund the cost of the meal and offer apologies. It’s offensive to serve customers stale food and expect they won’t notice, or was it because I’m an older customer? In any case, despite their apologies and refund, I will not be returning. Yas Mall has far too many great places to eat for La Brioche to think this service and quality will retain customers.

It took them Avery long time to bring our orders.waiter was not professional.

We just had a meal at La Brioche Yas Mall. Before we ordered, we specifically asked if we could use Entertainer voucher, as it was the reason we chose the place. The answer was ‘yes’ and the waitress guided us to the type of meals we could choose from.
At the end, when we went to pay, we were told we can’t use it after all because it’s a public holiday, and their office just called them now with that information.
The staff took no responsibility for the mistake, blaming their management, and we had to pay full amount.
This absolutely ruined what had been, otherwise, a very nice meal; and reflects poorly on all the La Brioche branches.

يحتوي هذا الفرع على جلسة خارج المحل جميلة ورائعة لكنه غالبا ما يكون مزدحم في الفترة الصباحية خلال اجازة نهاية الأسبوع وينعكس ذلك على عدد الموظفين حيث أن عددهم غير كافي لخدمة الزبائن صباحا وينعكس ذلك على تعاملهم غير اللبق مع الزبائن نتيجة الضغط عليهم. انصح إدارة المحل بإعادة النظر في عدد العاملين خلال الفترة الصباحية كما أن المشرف المدعو سانتوس لا يحسن التعامل ابدا مع الزبائن وهذا ما تم ملاحظته لأكثر من مرة.

Non organised. No waiting list. Staff shall get guests seated instead of this mess. Entertainer was not valid due to holiday. Nevertheless, many restaurants are accepting

We went last Friday to Yas mall branch at 8: 00 PM and ordered main menu item (chicken) we were not able to cut one chicken piece with the knife (first time in my life in a restaurant). We called the manager to show him that and he did apologize to us for that. Later when we were back home we found out that we have food poison and we started to vomit up. I believe that they are using expired material and I never advise any one to try this place ever. I can see a lot of bad reviews and there is no response from the management!

Ordered a Cajun chicken and Mayo sandwich and some coffees. The sandwich didn't' look anything like the picture on the menu, the bread was stale and on the whole was an example of how a sandwich should not be served to anyone. An absolutely horrible experience in terms of the food. No complaints on the service though. Will never ever ever come again.

Maffin is dry, coffee taste different than normal, I told the waiter but she didnt even care about what I said

Outside seating area surrounding by green plants is awesome and unique.
Quality of food and ingredients are outstanding and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful, service is great.
Price are affordable.gourmet beef burger and chicken mushroom pasta are my favorite, highly recommended for a breakfast (outdoor seating) and definitely will visit again

2nd visit to the same branch and still the worst branch I have ever visited across the uae. Unprofessional slow staff, I ordered 2 mango passion fruit juice and I stayed 35 minutes waiting my order, when I ordered the bill I stayed another 15 minutes untill I went to the cashier by my self to finish this unpleasant visit! Will never repeat it again.

Quality of food is amazing as well as service.highly recommend most especially on weekdays. Quiet and relaxing. Outside seating area is awesome
