من أكبر فروع لابيل كل شي عندهم من شوكلت توزيعات ورد بسكوت اشكال و احجام و انواع ، عندهم توصيل للهدايا و سريعين في التعامل و تغليف الهدايا ، غلفت معاهم هدية بس المبلغ كان كبير المفروض يكون في معايير للسعر حسب نوع الورد او العدد و الخ لانه الموظف عطاني سعر تقريبي

Very welcoming and attentive staff, variety of chocolate and flowers options. Ali helped me with choosing and showed me many options of chocolate trays and flowers, he was of a great help. It was my first visit to Khalifa branch, definitely not last.

They did a great job when we requested
a unique and beautiful flowers arrangement. But i have added some final touches which is nothing compared to the shop design.

I highly recommend them, you'll sure be satisfied.

‏I am not happy to deal with them, the service is very poor, unprofessional behavior, and the exploitation of customers to increase prices without any justification.

‏I paid by bank card, and they deducted more than the price of the roses, without any explanation, They did not give me the invoice, and this is price manipulation and exploitation of customers. I do not recommend it to any one.

Hi mates, visited couple of time Labelle in Khalifa city, got the nice product and price were fine too.just one thing which disturbed me is the staff behavior. Specially the Sale person's behavior with other staff inside.its same like this salemen harassing female colleagues, I try to know his name but he insist not to provide.notice same thing in twice visited and the same guy were there and same thing being repeated.tried to reached out their management but failed.is anyone else experienced the same?

للاسف بعد نص ساعه انتظار للانتهاء من الطلب دون اهتمام الموظفين تم التعامل عندي بطريقة غير مهنيه ابدا في عدة نواحي: كانت طريقة ابلاغي بان الطلب انته جدا غير مهنيه. طريقة الطلبه من اني ادفع بالفيزا جداً جدا مزعجه و استفزازيه. للاسف الي صارلي اليوم في طريقة تعامل الموظفين غير مهنيه بتاتاً.

ما انصح بهذا الفرع بتاتاً.

افضل محل لتنسيق الزهور والهدايا
ولديهم خدمة تنسيق الزهور للمناسبات
ومجموعه رائعه من صواني الحلويات
ويعتبر بالنسبة لي افضل فرع لابيل في بوظبي دائمًا متجدد والموظفين خلوقين

I am extremely disappointed for the service I got!
We went directly in the shop and got advice for a flower bouquet, I am not an expert in flower but I specifically ask to NOT have ONLY red roses as it is it too Valentine day and the bouquet wasn't for this kind of event. I got an all red roses bouquet.
Then I ask for a delivery at 3pm.
At 5pm I still hadn't received my bouquet and was already late for my event.
I called and apparently they forgot my delivery, that's not professional at all PLUS my location was 5 minutes away from the shop.
You had one job Labelle. One job.

UPDATE:
I have return the bouquet and told them I wasn't happy, they handle my request and let me decide of another bouquet I could have instead! I've got a wonderful bouquet way better.

شوكولا فاخرة. يوجد عرض على كل أنواع الجاتوه يوميا من الساعة 9- 12 مساء نصف السعر وهدايا للتواصل على أنستغرام.

Good service. Delicious chocolate. Amazing salty biscuits. Awesome tamriyah (dates). They got flowers as well.
Pricey a bit.

Chocolate that never let you down. Service is incredibly special. Whatever small gift you are buying from there you are treated like a king or queen. You tell them your budget and they suggest the package within that without trying to make you spend more money. Chocolate is everywhere but the great experience is what makes me go to Labelle every time

تغليف الهدايا غالي. غلفت صندوقين، تغليف سادة مع شريطه ب126 درهم. بدون ورد او تزيين
ما يستاهل السعر هذا، بالكثير خمسين درهم في كشكات المولات

I used to love this place. Went for all my chocolate/balloons and flowers needs. The last two times; each time I placed an order for Helium balloons I would go back after the agreed time and day (I usually drop off 2 days earlier than I need) and they would not be ready. Second time prior to ordering I spoke to the manager and explained that I need it by 1pm. Just to be on the save side I showed up close to 3pm and still not ready. I am done with this place. Customer service is extremely important to me and they failed twice.
