Labelle chocolates & flowers Mohammed Bin Zayed

I’m a customer from 2020, but recent service wasn’t that good! I ordered a birthday cake they sent me love msg cake instead however I contact them about this mistake but they underestimated the situation they put me in.

الكيكه سعرها غاليه جدا وطعمها اقل من المقبول ما تسوى. ٥٠ درهم حرام تضحكوا على الناس وتعملوا الكيك من العبوات الجاهزه ابو ١٠ درهم وحتى تزيين الكيك سيء جدا جدا جدا مش متعبين نفسهم في عملها يعني مافي امانه ولا ضمير. اشوء كيكة اتذوق في حياتي

مبدعين ومتعاونين ولكن من الافضل استحداث نظام نقاط او مكافئات. لانه بصراحة جميع المشتريات والهدايا من افرعهم.

بصراحة المحل ممتاز وأنيق وتحصل فيه كل شئ يخص الشوكليت و الزهور وبشكل نظيف، بس للأسف الفلسفة التي يظهرها بعض البائعين
حيث يقوم البائع بإثارة الزبون، حيث يتعامل معه في عملية البيع بأنه (أي البائع) لا أحد يفهم غيره ويعرف كل شئ ، ويحاول بإقناعك بشتى الطرق مما تبعدك عن الشراء في هذا المكان، فرع شخبوط ارقى كثير بالتعامل

طلبت اربع صواني تشوكليت على اساس يوصلون وقبل المناسبة اتصل فيهم ما يردون … اطرش مسج بعد فترة ردو علي انهم ما يوصلون ويبغى زيادة التوصيل قلتلهم مب مشكلة ليش ماحد خبرني …طبعا مافي رد … خدمة سيئة جدا. والموظفين مب مهنيين … ما انصح ابدا
LABELLE unfortunately they inform you something and do something else. I bought 4 big plates of chocolate and they promised they will send it to the location I needed…… tried to call for follow up no answer.then they just ignored me … after 100 try they said they won’t deliver … what a customer service

Loved the place as frequent visit coz of there lovely chocolates the customer service super friendly by (Ahmed Khalf)

الخدمة و الطاقم كتير متعاونين، الشوكولا بأشكال مختلفة لكل المناسبات و أنواع البيتفور و الورد شي ثاني و الكيك مرتب و لذيذ دايما

Huge collection of authentic sumptuous chocolates and flower bouquets along with gifting options available. Price seems a little bit on higher side.

I had a new experience, especially i came to know that everyday after 9 pm we can get 50% discount of the real price of various cake

محل جميل وراقي يحتوي على جميع انواع الحلا للضيافه والهدايا مع تغليفها واضافة اجمل الزهور الطبيعيه

I called them to ask about Fazaa Discount, and they confirm they have it, Once I reached the shop and placing my order they said discount only for special order. It seems that driving more 10 minutes to my usual shop is much better than getting such a service in Labelle

Worst customer service.they left my order at the floor after I paid.wrong delivery timing.the flower was not fresh at all and messy.i don’t recommend it at all.in the neighborhood there is way better options and their staff is friendly and polite

Nice chocolates. Not really customer friendly. Felt like no-one cares you're in the shop. I thought it was just me feeling this way but found similar comments from others.

Today we went to buy some chocolates but were Not treated properly looking at our attire or nationality, not so happy

This is an amazing house of delicious chocolates and flowers. I feel like I’m in a dream land whenever I enter this place. So beautifully arranged and well organised. Good customer service.

Making order here is complete nightmare. Sales person cant speak english very well, and took wrong order. The delivery guy doesn't bring change (even after reminding to bring change). I usually tip, but the delivery guy is a bad guy that’s so lazy to bring change and forget to bring me invoice. So all the change he took it all! Despite of all the bad customer service and delivery, thanks God they have a nice cookies. Thats the only good experience for me from this store.

نقول لكم جزاكم الله خيرا ، الأسعار في متناول كل الفئات بحسب الدخل لكل شخص وكذلك الكيك له مذاق خاص عندهم.

Great service. Wide variety of fawala for last minute gathering errands. Definitely recommend their pistachio chocolate cake it’s is so rich in flavor

Wide veriety of chocolate and excellent gift wrapping and flower arragement service for a great price.
Also I highly recommend trying their freshly backed caramel filled eyn jamal.

Pls don't ask such nonsense, I just passed by over the road near to the shop so i cannot review.

We finally have a Labelle in Mussafah. I visited this place and was astounded by the 5 star service. The ambience and looks of this place is incredible. For chocolates, flowers and arrangements I highly recommend this place. They offer very fresh products made daily.
