Labelle chocolates & flowers New Muroor

First the chocolate and cookies was so tasty,Filipino staff was so accommodating and the flower arrangement I loved it as well.

Got flowers from them without checking to use them for a cake them turns out they gave me welted flowers that were falling apart and were not usable at all, made me pay 150 AED for flowers that belong in the trash

Very nice place, nice flower decoration and reasonable price. But, the customer service from the arabic staff. They will not entertain you unless you’re arabic we come in no one even welcome us. We felt unwelcome and unwanted. Will not recommend and come back to this store.
There are many other flower shops that will treat you equal.

La belle has been my #1 go to place whenever I need flowers/ chocolates/ cakes. They do the prettiest flower arrangements (especially mark), however the other ones are also very creative & talented. What made abu dhabi branch so special & made me come again & again is Kareem. He is so helpful & always provides me best service!

The choices are amazing. I hope they take better care of their employees so they can treat their customers better?

Bad customer service especially from the people who should give it- supervisor and manager. Please don’t be rude to your employees in front of the customers. Your shop should have positive vibe, but it’s the opposite.

Disappointed on the arrangements of the flowers. They are not the same as in there photos. It looks very cheap. Also, they did not give me the right number of flowers.

للاسف عندهم سياسة جديدة ممنوع تشوف البوكسات شو داخلها قبل ماتشتريها! لايوجد بوكسات ديمو للعرض؟ كأنك تشتري سمج من نص البحر بعده ما اصطاد ، لا شكرا نشتري هدايه للعرب لازم نعرف شو داخل اما صوره لا تمثل الواقع غير مقبول لي شخصيا.

لا توصو على طلبيه للتوصيل لو حتى ساكن في نفس البناية ، 4 ساعات تأخير. يعني لو عندك ضيوف حتنحرج احراج ما بعدو احراج. اخر مره اتشري من عندكم و السلام عليكم طويت صفحتكم وشكراً.

Honestly good taste, worst service, personally if I face any issue with services in anywhere I won't come back again even though they promised me for 90% off offer.

Less product and some of packaging are opened unsealed properly, compare with alain branch they have welcoming choco and arabic coffee,

I went to this shop aand left empty handed. It is my first time to try this chocolate but no one bother to answer my question, " which one do you prefer? ", only answered "all if them are chocolate". I just left the store.

They have lots of pre arranged chocolate trays/boxes. They arrange flowers per your desire. They deliver per your instructions. Prices are negotionable to a certain extent. Staff are so helpful and freindly.

One of the best places to buy chocolates, i was surprised that they even have no sugar chocolates for diabetic customers.

On of the must try items is thier camel eye caramel sweets.

I always come to this place because reasonable the price, the staff are good, and having the fresh flower's as well ideal place for gifts and occasions.

طلبت من عندهم قبل 7 ايام من استلام الطلبيه واخر شي مغلطين في الطلبيه وماعندهم تنصيق افضل لي شوكولا مرتب اكثر منهم
