Today we visited laduree in yas mall and we came across a service employee (Bijay) who was very special and helped us with all our requests.

The LADURÉE in the Yas Mall Abu Dhabi is a perfect place for a stop during your shopping tour. The Cappuccino and the Sweets were perfect. And also the service from Mr. ABDEL. He is very aware and kindly to the guests. Thank you for your perfect hospitality.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience. The Lobster Bonaparte salad was an absolute delight, along with the French Onion Soup, both bursting with rich and tantalizing flavors. I would highly recommend these two dishes. The Penne Arabiata and fruit salad were decent but didn’t stand out; I’d describe them as average. The bread served at the beginning was tasty and inviting. The beverages, especially the iced tea and the tea, were top-notch. However, I’d note that the chocolate french toast didn’t quite impress me and felt nothing special. Overall, a good experience with a few dishes that are definitely worth trying.

A very nice coffee place service was great, the coffee was also fantastic. A good selection of tea and cakes. Macaroons are really tasty. A coffee or tea average anywhere between 29 and 39 uae dirhams.

Staff liar to me i should take my order but she give before me to table and when i need to cancel my order he give me i take 20 min waiting

Love their acai bowl, normally my weekly treat always good quality (only sad thing they changed the bowl) personally prefer the previous bowl.
Staff is friendly and the service is very good, they also remember if you have had special requests and been before.
Even looking around at the dishes coming out of the kitchen, quality is always par excellence!

الفرينش توست عندهم مقبول ، لكن القهوه العربيه سيئه بشكل لا يوصف ، طلبنا دله وللاسف خليناها مثل ما هي ما شربنا شي ، ياريت تركزون شوي على موضوع القهوه العربيه

I am used to going to the Laduree Marina mall branch where the service is exceptionally good.
Then coming to Yas Mall Laduree branch i am shocked at the slow service even if the cafe was empty and to top it off they didn’t bring my order right! Shockingly, the cappuccino is not speciality coffee but from an automatic machine instead and they charge the same price as speciality coffee which is unfair. I hope they train their staff to be attentive to customers orders and responsive not looking at each other like they don’t know what to do.

If you want to spend 40 USD on 2 coffees and 1 desert, this place is perfect for you!

Nice environment, good service. The gold latte was not the best but it is passable. Normal latte was good though. The Vanilla caramel french toast is a must try.

As I have eaten at Laduree in London and Paris. Laduree Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi seemed a bit of a risk.

The food was beautifully presented the service from Mark and the rest of the team excellent. But the real crunch, the moment of truth was the food. It looked wonderful and it tasted superb. Food is about taste and personality and it had both in abundance. I had the Lentil Salad and Strawberry Mille Feuille and finished with Cappuccino.

Amazed with LADUREE experience it is a place for perfect roamnce with your other half and food here.
It was my first time here and service was excellent.
MARK SPENSER, OUR SERVER, MANAGER FREJ are eye for detail at their profession.
Food is top of the town, literally I remember my days at London having french dessert.
This is experience to remembered.
Myself I am a chef and I recommend this place.
Try french toast here it is outstanding.

Outrageous prices. Terrible service. When addressing my concerns to the manager he simply said, "this is the way it is". Unbelievable. The food is not of the quality that matches the price. Will never come here again.

Ladurée provides an exceptional experience. The food is always fresh and well presented and the taste is great. If one is looking for a place to have a calming and top notch level of service this is the place to.

Regarding food- not delicious at all. Bread for the burger wasn’t fresh! Service extremely bad. But most probably they were serving a weeding. Cola I was waiting for 15 min, most probably was coming from Dubai!

Sachin was wonderful! He was very attentive, ready to assist, and very kind! The food was excellent as well!

Great option for early or late breakfast, nice selection. Very elegant and classy, cutlery and silverware meets high standards. A great experience.
I might avoid Fridays, other days especially Saturdays work beautiful.

Very delicious food and and fresh juices. The service was also excellent, especially our server Princess who was very quick and absolutely delightful.

Everything is just a piece of heaven with Laduree pastries. Service was perfect given a waiter, Mark, that was prompt and polite. Highly recommended.

Been sitting for like a 15 minutes now, no approach from waiters or the staff. And when a waiter came in we asked if they have any tea and he was just like check the menu. What a friendly and helpful waiter. Staff’s are just watching you and don’t do anything and there are like 10 staff or what! Won’t come again in this kind of cafe! Not helpful and friendly staff! Worst service ever! Wish I could give a no star at all!

Loved the food I ordered, so yumi, and I enjoyed the place. My order was laduree club sandwich, salad, French toast and flat white. Everything was perfect. Our waitress was so kind in serving us “Thank u Mark from Yas mall branch ”

Had a very nice and peaceful lunch with my friend.the salad and the juice was fresh, the main course was basic but good.the small macaron in the end was just right to end the whole meal.

The place and the food are great. However, waiters are dead, and they are slow motion in everything.
They keep you waiting for long to take your order, or bringing the bill. Sometime they see you and ignore your presentt. Everytime i come they are the same.

The food quality hasn’t changed and it’s good as always but the staff are getting worse as they can’t handle the work load at all! It took me 30 minutes Just to place an order! Whenever I called a waiter they kept asking me to wait till I asked them to get the supervisor. The supervisor wasn’t professional at all and didn’t even try to apologize. Worst Laduree service in UAE.

We got the 8 pieces macaroon to try the most amount of flavors since it was our first visit to the café, the macaroons were scrumptious but the employee that packed our order spoiled the whole experience for us, she was rude and didn’t treat us like she would treat people from a higher class or that were “dressed better” and she acted like she was forced to serve us and looking at the reviews people also seemed to have dealt with the same situation. And I just wanted to note that it wasn’t a rush hour and the place wasn’t crowded.

We are very disappointed as a family, we waited in the table for around 20 minutes for someone to take our order, Saturday morning is always busy, although the restaurant have only 2 persons taking orders! That is totally wrong! Many people just stood up and left the restaurant because no took their order for a long time! La Duree is a famous and what just happed today is disappointed! People left with very anger!

Really bad service, rude stuff, unclean area. Not recommended at all. Worst Laduree branch I have been visited.

Rude staff, not flexible with ordering, refused to change from poached eggs to scrambled eggs! When asked to speak to chef waiter was resistance.

Didn’t appreciate comment that because the chef is French there will be no change in the menu.

We ended up leaving due this.

Wouldn’t recommend.

There is much better places with better service in yas mall.
