Haleem was good. Dessert (Shahi Kheer) was also good. Grills were good. Everything else was average.

Great location. Small place. Food too oily. Very less vegetarian options. Being a non Indian restaurant, happy to see the restuarant extending the courtesy by offering one or two indian menu. For example golguppa. But was a big dissapointment that they had no clue how a good Golguppa is made.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. It can be expensive but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly recommended.
We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Love this place and will continue to visit.

I would like give you one suggestion please consider it

On this Thursday I arrived at restaurant without a prior reservation and I was told that there is no place or empty table where I can be served with my guests

Kindly always keep a space for walk-in guests

It’s a kind of embarrassment where in front of your guests you are being told of no space and get returned

Always keep space for non reservations guests although they are arrived there for food

Don’t do full reservations from your side

Because if you refuse reservations its okay, but don’t return some one from the restaurant with out serving them

Food is reasonable, but the place is very congested and specially not suitable during the pandemic. Not observing any covid19 related precautions.

Its pakistani cuisine and nothing international, oily food, good for people who are used to Pakistani Cuisines.

Loved it.felt the vibe of karachi pakistan.food was almost of the same taste.didnt likr their praws.haleem was good but didnt like much metha it was so averagge.but jalebi were surved hot.plus their services were amazing.like their staff was so cooperative and freindly.lal qila in pakistan has almost the same pattern to more concerned about the guests who visit them.they need to focus on vareity of desserts should be available.plus sitting area is comfortable as well as forgot to mention about their bar b.q it was.and most of the food was good in taste.so highly recommended.

A quiet and nice place for a meal. Atmosphere is good and feels comfortable.

The food is good, but felt a little less spice. Meat is cooked well and juicy.

Fried prawn was nice and crunchy green fish also was good.
Jus felt the rotis and paratas were little hard. U can get it made there.
Many desserts to choose from. All traditional ones like feerni and kherr was yumm. Others were ok.

The chafers looks unique with horizontal sliders, but not much light to see the food inside.

Great place for Indian food lovers. Also they serve amazing Arabic dishes.
Their buffet spread is wide and delightful. One major plus point, if you are traveling from Dubai you don't have to get into Abu Dhabi city, it's on the outskirts.

Womderfull food bit costly but location is expensive also these guys need to work on wifi doesnt work in coners. And also should add more vegetable items since lots of indian visitors here stop by

A lovely place to go and have a meal. Nice ambience. When my wife and I went, they had a guy who went around the tables singing poetry in advanced level Urdu.it was fun to say the least.

During our tour during New Years 2020 we stopped here.its Buffet style foods! Everything was tasty. My wife is vegan and I eat whatever. We have no complaints.
Good food and atmosphere

We have had birthday party at al qila. I would say the entire experience was amazing. Ambience, food, staff was awesome. Will highly recommend this place to everyone in Abu Dhabi to try. Don't forget to appreciate the staff specially Mr Badshah (The legendary poet) :)

Menu has not changed for years, needs a refresh, only curries change regularly, desert options need serious improvement.

The quality of the food is good. Menu varieties are ok. Visited this restaurant after purchasing coupon from cobone and saved 20aed per bill. Actual price is 89aed. We paid 69 aed per bill after buying from cobone.
Never buy many bottles of water ad they are very costly

Spent a day in Abu Dhabi, UAE and the locals recommended LalQila. It's a buffet style restaurant that apparently offers Arabian, Italian, Mexican and Asian dishes. However, the only options that was available were Arabian & Indian. When I asked the staff about the Italian & Mexican dishes not being on display, they just shrugged their shoulders and laughed. Needless to say, I made for the exit without much a do.

A 5 Star disappointment! Poor variety of food, dishes were cold, tasteless Pakistani curries. Expecting it to be the same as the Dubai branch, this has been a huge disappointment. Maybe the poor standard reflects the fact that there were hardly any guests on a Friday evening. Surely for 90 AED per head you will find your moneys worth elsewhere. Sad experience

Maybe the management should start taking complaints as serious as complaints rather than just suggestions or simple feedback!

They have a wide options of buffet. But yet they need to improve alot. Their grills are mouth licking.

There was Vegetarian and non Vegetarian. Vegetable chapli kebab was a new experience for me. Taste was average or slightly better than average.

2. Told Waiter to bring some hot food, never saw him around after that
3. Expensive
4. Suggested by the Abu Dhabi tour driver, he might have commission for the reference

Had a very bad experience. Not at all value for money. No starters. Very limited number of dishes. Barbecue items were very very spicy. Service was very bad. For almost 5 minutes there were no plates. I stood there waiting. Desserts were not cold enough.

The greatest Pakistan restaurants ever since in my lifetime. It is true I have not many times visited Pakistani restaurants, but this I would say one of the best in UAE at least. You will be surprised how all of these foods are served only at 100 AED per person. It is amazing.

They absolutely don't have any variety or innovation in their buffet it's absolutely same as the last time I had visited in 2017 moreover they are just not flexible with stuff like providing complimentary drinks to large group and there was no substitution for their kulfi. The jalebi which was their supposed substitution for kulfi was very bad and was not fresh m kept in open. I hope they improve their buffer, customer service and do some innovation in their buffet as it gets very boring having the same stuff even after visiting this place after two years.

Compared to Dubai LalQila this was nothing. The ambience was very hot with air conditioning not switched on early enough to keep the place cool. Food was average. Certain items had to be requested as it was not readily available like in Dubai. Staff were professional and good. Overall average.

It was ok. As I expected more dishes. The taste was also fine unfortunately cud not find something which I would say was awesome. Everything was fine. Good.

Far less than what we expected on a 79 items Iftar dinner. Staff behaviour reflect poor work conditions.

A reasonable place for deai pakistani food. The food quality is fair, food taste is not as good as any other desi spots, but have said that still a decient place.
Apart from that enviorment is good, they have tried to mimic mughalai envirment. Over all good place in abu dhabi for deai deal.

It was so disappointed with iftar buffet. Very limited items. Taste not up to the mark. Its not worth for the money we paid. We went with group of 27 people's, I cannot give more than a single star.

More over nice location, neat and clean place
