سرت اخذ ريوق من عندهم الصبح قبل الجيم …. وصلتني الوجبة مستخدمين فيها خبز غير اللي في الصورة …. المفروض كرواسون وصلني توست …. رفضت الطلبية واضطريت اسير لانه باقي على كلاسي عشر دقايق …. اتصلي من عندهم استاذ سيد يعتذر ويقولي بليز تعالي وبنعوضج وهالشي ما بيتكرر …. قلتله ان شاء الله وسرت لهم بعد كم يوم وطلبت نفس الطلبية ودفعت حسابي كامل وما تم تعويضي بأي شي بس سوولي خصم فزعة ما قصروا …. ما انتظر تعويض الحمد الله لكن اي مكان دام اخطأ مع الزبون المفروض يتم تعويضه لو بخصم من المطعم خاصة انه هو متصل …. الزبون اذا حصل معاملة طيبة اكيد انه بيرد و هاذي تجربتي معاهم …. تحياتي

The baddest service ever the supervisor took the order and made me wait for 30 minutes just for a coffee and he didn’t even made the order I had to order for a second time not recommended bad experience

طلبت للفطور داخل المطعم كلوب ساندوتش ووجدت فيه البيض فاسد وصفار البيض لونه أخضر غامق ياريت تتقوا الله فينا انا وبنتي الصغيرة اخذنا قضمة واحدة ربنا يستر وبحمل المطعم المسؤلية لو صار معانا اي شي لا قدر الله

Nice Interior Design so relaxing with very nice staff, Breakfast is really really good, their pastries are good too! I tried Tiramisu today, it is very yummy plus my favorite drink V60, perfect!

Flabbergasted by the customer service.its our usual hang out space.amazing place to be.it's probably the best coffee I've had in Abu Dhabi. The beans that they were using are absolutely phenomenal.food menu is amazing.dont miss it.

Hands down! The best Italian coffee shop in Abu Dhabi. I’ve been here many times and not once was I disappointed. Their cappuccino and piccolo are some of the best in the UAE, and the pastries are very good especially their Milky cakes Saffron and Pistachio.

Today my morning was really beautiful and without exaggerating: perfect!
I had the pleasure to be served by Mr. Ahmed, Mr.syed and Mr. Arjy.
They were very professional, helpful, kind and fast in service
I also enjoyed the place! So beautiful, the images and atmosphere is superb. There are seatings inside and out

Delicious food 100%. My only comment is you staff should be trained how to greet customers properly especially in this kind of hospitality business. Dont know much, but when i see 2 customers dining I will serve 2 sets of cutleries automatically, it is a common courtesy.hope you train your staff about it.

I ordered Cortado and cheese croissant. I really liked the cheese croissant it was delicious. Cheesy filling was just the right amount.

A good place to get a great coffee and maybe have a chat with some friends. Nothing to complain about the quality or service!
Nevertheless there are place with a more unique ambient which are more appealing to me.just on the other side of the street for example.

The taste of the coffee was so bad, and the sweets they have was full of cream and no taste.i ordered a latte, i couldnt even drink it.
Better to take your coffee from another place.

مكانه حلو وفيه باركنات ،لكن معا عيبني فيه شي يوم تيلس داخل الكوفي محد يعبرك ولا حد يسويلك سالفة ومهتمين وايد في طلبات السيارات ألي برع وبالذات الفترة الصباحة لأني يلسلت في الطابق الأول وشافوني اني يلست ولا حد عبرني وخذتلي نصف ساعة انتظر محد خذ الاوردر ورحت عنهم وسرتلي كوفي ثاني ما أبا اقول اسمه احلى منه ملييون مرة
