I don’t understand the price for the hilum for the ballon. The lady said the price for only the gas is 45 for one number! I don’t understand the prices! 90 for only two ballon’s

I ordered a cake with flowers, the order was more than 1 hour late and when i went there it was damaged, such a disappointment and not reliable.

Difficult to find such a shop in Al Falah Village. We got all we looking for. Tasty cakes and sweets. Flowers and balloons. Staff was friendly and understanding.

In Al falah store The cakes are good, any where also can get better cake, Service always matter and we pay for service too, anyhow the server lady Filipina on 4th January at 2PM was very rude and acting over claver and not having good welcome I feel and had experience with almost Filipina ladys that treatment with Arab customer is not qualified dealing with them and showing over the body language shes having the qualityand modern, already I got bad experience with her that shes not good listeners of suggestions and customer reviews and one of the customer lady told me the same thing that she rude, I give her chance before to develop her way dealing with customer but unfortunately she didn’t change, thats why i made a negative comment about her and for the service which the Legrand offer to us.
I will change the review and give more stars time of feeling development.

There is only red roses that do not look fresh, the place isn’t properly organized and the women selling was mean n not cooperative the glass was dirty and the flower was ruined as you can see الصراحة احببت التعامل الحرمه اسلوبها ابداً مش حلو و المنتجات كذالك ما انصح فيه
