Pool shower didn't have shampoo and hot water. Security stalls you before you self park and when you're leaving.

The room I stayed in was immaculate, and the attention to cleanliness was evident. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for its guests. The room was not only clean but also beautifully appointed, providing a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.

What made my stay truly memorable was the surprise I received on my birthday. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my day special by gifting me a delicious cake and a heartfelt birthday card. This thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to my stay that I will always cherish.

The amenities at the hotel were top-notch, and the dining options were exceptional. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering a range of choices to suit all palates.

The location of the hotel was also a big plus, conveniently situated near various attractions and transport options, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Exceeded my expectations 5* services renovated rooms and prime location
Check in was very smooth, got recognized as Marriott Gold member and being offered an upgrade however I preferred to stick my reserved room which was on high floor with a sea-view
Mohammed Shabeer at the reception was very professional in his approach and fulfilled all my requests quickly and efficiently
We had dinner in their revolving resto “Stratos”, great place with fantastic 360 view however the food quality, presentation and value for money was not up to a fine dining resto, menu very limited and food was average, service was acceptable but not great
Breakfast at Cafe Palmier was good,
Bellboys were smiling and offering assistance at all time
All in All very good hotel with prime location which I highly recommend and will return for sure.

The room was very nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
However it was really hot in the hotel.
And lunch was served late in 2 days delaying us from finishing our event on time

Food was nice but not much option. Due to covid precautions, serving was done by the hotel staff.so needed to wait. Nice outdoor and indoor seatings keeping covid in mind. Staff was professional. For prayers they didn’t had convenient place, quite a walk. For Aed 250/- they could have added more options in seafood and drinks. Self parking and parked little far due to unavailability of parking space. Over all it was not bad, keep it up!

A shame because the architecture really is beautiful, especially the mosaics.

Very bad service. Especially The Manager Ms Emili is not at all capable of handling the position and also don’t know how to manage their staffs. Instead she is shouting to customers and also very arrogant. I feel like she is a racist. I went with a group of people to give a party to them and it was a real insult for me because of the behavior of your manager Mrs Emile. Not only me, none of my friends will ever
visit this place again

The service which provided today by the floor manager of Resturant Mrs. Emiliy was so pathetic and cant even think that how they treat the guests like this.

The place is perfect for a business trip. I really enjoyed my stay and my upgrade. I have been visiting the UAE for some time now, going on business trips. This place is one of the few places that have a vibe.

We chose Palmieri Cafe at Le Royal Meridien for our Valentine's night. It was the best choice. Their dinner buffet options were diverse, food was delicious and their staff could not be best. Their selection included on demand grilled meats, crispy and fresh salads (from fatoush to quinoa based ones), soups and nice selections Arab, Indian, bistro type main dishes. Desserts from cakes, to fruits and Umm Ali!
The staff was top notch. Checking on us always with a smile and going the extra mile to make our night a Valentines night. I would visit again!

Its a big hotel situated in a better location of the city. There is also a rotating cafe on the top

Good selection of restaurants especially the revolving restaurant. It's a great place to enjoy sundowners.

Laxurious room, you can visit to the free ground level swimming pool and enjoy the company of yours.there is a nice pub but its costly.

Well situated hotel near to the corniche. If you can get a sea view room it can be really relaxing. Have a good spread for the breakfast as well. Very courteous and kind staffs who are always ready to help.

A good place for stay, it's quiet and easily accessible to heart of city and has one of best clubs.

Evening meal in the Stratos revolving restaurant. Stylish setting with great views over Abu Dhabi. Quite expensive but quality food and good service.

Nice to know that helpfull staff still exist in a hurried world. We were unable to contact the hotel via the non existent email address on their web site to advise them of our early morning arrival after a 14 hour flight. At reception, Mahanada, was able to ensure our stay at an old favourite was as pleasant as ever. This centrally located hotel is an ideal place to use as a base for exploring all the new sites Abu Dhabi has to offer such as the Qasr al Satan at the other end of the Corniche. Do not miss visiting this new palace and the nightly excellent light show.

Nice hotel. I enjoyed staying there. People are nice, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are clean. Gym is small but has enough equipment for a thorough workout. Swimming pool is small.

All aspects of the room were intuitive and comfortable. The view of the Arabian Gulf was beautiful. The rotating restaurant on top had great views and high quality food. The service was excellent. I forgot my passport when traveling to Al Ain City (2 hours away) and the staff sent it next day by courier. Exceptionally appreciated!

Enjoying my stay at Le Meridien. As a frequent traveler, I've enjoyed staying in some great hotels. Le Meridien was a pleasant stay. It started with a very hospitable and friendly check in with Betty - who sent me a.fruit dish after check in. Enjoying my stay, wish the shower area was larger, a bit on the small end. Otherwise, great hotel and location.
