Lebanese Automatic Restaurant

I’ve never felt so ripped off in all my life. I ordered the first picture from the menu I was looking for a high protein meal. The second picture is what I received, I complained and they did not care one bit.

Very good grills freshly made very tasty, the staff are very friendly the cashier is very friendly too, ahmad saad this employee is a great person always assisting me and the other my main reason coming here is because of ahmad saad.

No taste, they accept orders over phone but don’t make it ready so you go during fasting to pick up your food and you don’t find and didn’t even apologize. Cheap business guessing will close soon

Very bad experience with my guests who 1st time came to UAE.
They provided us already prepared shawerma which was hard chicken and difficult to chew, when we asked they pro use us fresh.

خبز التنور مرطب +بارد.
-الخيار ذابل
-الفرايز طعمه صفر عالشمال لا نكهه لا قوام
-الشاورما العربيه واضح مش مطبوخه صح ونوعيتها رخيصه
-الكوردن بلو عباره عن دجاج يابس+ملح فقط
(الأكل وصلني بارد بعد)
الواحد اللي ما يعرف يحترم العميل ويطبخ، مش شرط يشتغل، يشوفله شغله ثانيه غير الطبخ.

Shewing gum bread, awful. They call it tandoori but it’s not even tandoori. Better to use Lebanese bread for sandwiches. This in Yas mall branch, for other branches i don’t know.

A single falafel sandwich took 20 mins to be prepared. The orders aren’t prepared according to the queue. Bad service.
