BIG ZERO OUT OF 10. Very very very unsatisfactory service by most of the staff. I waited for more than 20 minutes to buy a simple medicine for my sore. There was only 1 customer infront if me but it took 20 minutes and more for them to finish their customer. The manager wearing blue was looking at me and i asked help but he didnt care and made me more even am in pain.
After my turn came and i waited 20 minutes they told me they dont have anyyyyyy medicine for mouth sore? How is it possible a huuuge pharmacy and respected one in a big mall they dont have stock? Also i hear the nurse (doctor) talking to the manager waering blue and she telling him that am waiting their answer then i hear the manager i guess he talking about something else other than work and he is laughing and i keep waiting them to finish talking while am in pain.

I would like to share my experience while buying some medicine here and meet a pharmacist named umar or umer, i forget how to spell his name, he was helped me to find my medicine and give all great explanation about that medicine, he was so much helpfull. I'd like to back to buy medicine in this store again and i will recommend all my friends in Dubai to purchase medicine in Life Pharmacy and meet the staff who called umar or umer to get so many information about the best medicine in this store.good job life pharmacy, great staff!

Not professionals and not cooperating staff.first time see staff like this compare with other Life pharmacies

Big disaster. Poor rules and regulations to customers. I bought a trister glucometer one month ago from life pharmacy dalma mall. A cheating sales boy from kerala suggested me tristar glucometer.after i bought it, glucometer shows huge difference in readings at the same time. I wasted 15 expensive strips to confirm the error in glucometer.i wasted another Aed 50 for transportation and submitted glucometer for checking in the delma.mall.they sent the glucometer for checking in there ware house.life pharmacy.after 10 days they gave me a new tristar glucometer with out providing strips.i also tolerated it.once i get the new glucometer, it again shows very different readings.i again called the life pharma.they are telling that there is no option for giving me my money back and again i have to spend another aed 50 for transportation to subitting the replaced second glucometer.the painfull truth behind this experience is that i was unable to know my accurate blood sugar level since last one month due to this cheating and cunning life pharmacy.beware of this pharmacy.they dont bother about people health.they only wants money.i wont feel this much if i lost my money in purchaising a pair of shoes or any other materials.
Life pharma only wants customers money.
