I visited life care hospital last week, very good cooperation and nursing services, especially sister jency and brother Arun helped me a lot. Doctor Ratnakar very good explained the treatment and cases very clearly. Wish them all the best

Very bad customer service and everyone it took 2.5hrs to meet the doctor for an emergency case. Don’t recommend this hospital to anyone

Doctors are good.but we need patience if you have fever you need to go at least 4 counters and it will take 4 hours

The staff in the counter dosnt know why people coming with a prior appointment to meet the doctor. No difference whether walk in or appointment. Very sad

Extremely poor appointment system. Waiting time to consult doctor is more than two hours though you got an appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 12.20 pm, reached hospital before half hour, after vitals I have to wait for approximately two hours to get inside doctors room. Why they call it as appointment and why do they provide us the slot if they are loaded with other appointments or walk in's?

I do a checkup with Dr Amjad Hussein every Month in Life Care Hospital Musaffah Abu Dhabi. He is a very good man. He gives me good info. And His assistant her name Dr Maria she is very nice lady She halp me any problem. Now she is on annual leave but when I contact with any issues she give me full support. All stuff of Hospital is very good and treated with politely.

I personally suggest not to take PCR test in this hospital. You will not get the result on time for sure and there is no possible way to check the status.

It was an excellent experience. I am worried about my health conditions and about my surgery but i believed Dr. Althaf. He made my problems like nothing. My sincere thanks to Dr. Althaf and Sister Pavithra and bro. Jobin.

Too slow in pharmacy and waiting too much, even if you visit with appointments lot of time waisting at pharmacy so better buy medicines from outside

My name is Balkar Singh from mussafah, Abu Dhabi. I had a kidney stone and I had a hard time but I spoke to dr. Althaf Hussain Khada at life care hospital mussafah 11, Abu Dhabi. He has done my kidney operation very carefully with labor. Really he is a very good doctor and really very good behavior. If anyone has any problem in kidney then please you consult dr. Althaf Hussain once. Now I feel so comfortable. Thank you so much dr. Althaf Hussain.

I have a question: what is closing time for vaccine facility? Is it available 24/7 without prior appointment?

This is for first time visitors. If you are visiting this hospital by their vechile. While you reach the hospital please ask them return time of your destination. Because I waited for 2.5 hours in the hospital to get the vechile to return back to my camp. They will not arrange any vehicle before that. I reached at the hospital at 9.15 am morning. Done all the testing and waited for results UpTo 2.45. Recieved the results went to doctor. And asked for sick leave. And after that waited for getting medicine. After all these the time was 4.00 pm And if you ask them for the vehicle they will say the time when the vehicle will be available. I went to this hospital because the doctor refer me here. I was tired after all these waiting. Just want to mention these.

It's a bad experience with lifecare pharmacy take too much time to give you medicine in whole pharmacy there was only 1 person working

I was so stressed about my husband’s smoking habits until one night his acts landed us in the hospital. Upon checkup and great convincing from Dr. Reena, my husband finally made the decision to quit. I was so relieved after all these years. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts and power of convincing. The doctor was so helpful and professional and made the visit very comfortable for us. I will be visiting again!

Even i don't want give one star they send me 5th time back without getting me urology doctor they don't know exact appoinment timing with docors u will waste plenty of time and v slow service ignorance staff.today i met with doctor faizl they given me app. 14: 40 mr came at15: 15 after my scan ultrasund again no doctor they tell me come tom.

Am setting front of the registration counter rite now and waiting for my turn

That they called a doctor (Ravindra) that work in orthopedic surgery. He have no mercy. He refused to give a sick leave for my chest pain as he answered that (he will not give for working out guy like you). Any way he give after i was going to complain him, but i refused to take it. I will go to work, i can handle it. He do not know how to be a doctor.

Visit today Dr. SARATH (Cardiology). He give good advice and medicine. His assistant is very friendly with all patients. I feel happy and Comfertable

We went when the hospital was practically full. Parking can be an issue and the surrounding areas are also busy. Hospital is clean and maintained, administration and doctor were excellent.

Operations done today.alhamdulillah.

I'm sorry to say, the In- patient service is really pathetic. Experience from 3rd floor.
Most of the nurses are not much helping, and they lack proper handover during changing shifts. A few doesn't even have basic manners like knocking door before entering patient room, and responding to patient queries politely. If we request for anything they will just say, will let you know in a little time, and then wouldn't show up at all.
Patient bed sheets, pillowcovers, patient dress etc are not taken care of properly, they change it only if we request, else would remain unchanged for four days or even more. Please try to maintain proper hygine.
The bathroom and toilet are not properly cleaned.even upon requesting, the cleaning was so superficial that, it remains untidy yet.
Received patient dress, which was already used! Could smell the strong odour of sweat, for sure it was not washed. Also the patient dress provided are too small, they are mostly having stock of dresses with small and medium size, which wouldn't fit for most of the patients who will be tall and well built. Please ensure the quality of service provided to your patients.
The bathroom shower, was damaged, which makes it difficult to bath, even after several request nobody came to fix it.
Also please make sure to empty the waste bins at proper intervals.overall cleanliness is very poor.

To my surprise, the only people who behaves so professionally here is the pantry staff. They are really pleasent, while approching people and helpful too. I wish if all the nurses here, too could atleast learn from them. Never expected such a poor service from a renowned group like VPS healthcare.
Medical profession is a service to society, and all those getting admitted, are going through huge psychological stress, and if you can treat them with a smiling face and caring heart, that itself is a great medicine. Here most of the nursing staffs doesn't provide a compassionate care.

A few staffs who were really professional and helpful Mr. Sreerag, Ms. Bincy, -nursing staffs, and 2 more nursing staffs whose names i dont remembr exactly, and the dietician Ms. Reshmi (i guess the name is right). The pantry staff mr. Chithrakumar, who is very much dedicated in his work and always cheerful and ready to help and housekeeping staff ganga devi, also Ms. Mishel, pantry staff. Thanks to them, for all their service.

I dont know if this review will be read by the concerned authority, but if you really want to improve your hospital's service quality and maintain good name. Please do needful for fixing these issues.

Patient Service here is amazing. Special thanks to MUNAVER customer service on the 1st floor. I came to the hospital with some special requests and was a bit lost and anxious and he helped sort all my issues. We went out of his way to speak to doctors and managers to accommodate my request. Escorted me to rooms and places. Never seen service like this is any hospital. Amazing:)

One of the best Neuro and spine surgeon in UAE. Best Cath Lab facility. Special gastro team.with good anesthesia department. Best medicine department. It contain urology, gastro, Neuro, plastic surgery, spine, general surgery, head and neck surgery, ENT, opthal.othopaedic surgery. Highly recommended. Heartily servicing hospital in abudhabi. Especially in musaffah region.

Never visit this hospital. One of the worst in uae.doctors are not polite.got treatment for my broken finger.still not cured.still its the same pain.

I'm very thankful for Dr altaf hussain and his team for doing difficult operation on me. He did a good operation for my kidney stones. No other Dr was ready but Dr althaf explained to me very well. I will send all my friends to Dr althaf. Nursing staff is really caring.

Ur hospital appearence and staffs behavior is good and better. But iam not sactisfied ur treatment. Because iam many times came for same issue. The issue was still now and u can't resolve yet.so i just leav it the hospital.

Very good staffs and the way they are dealing with patients.
But the security guard at main reception area is very arrogant and he doesn't have a helping mentality at all. I came two times and he just avoiding the basic enquiries and showing his negative attitude instead of helping people. I guess that guy is from punjab india. These kind of people shouldnt be the place where people need some basic help. Expect the management take proper action.

Call Center kept me on hold for 5 minutes just to check if they have ENT doctor. It turned out they use 3rd party call service center who deals with many other Hospitals.
Better go Dubai for Medical treatment

Worst experience in all fields. Even with appointment took more than 45minutes to start the initial procedures. And for the pharmacy more than 1hour to get into my turn. Good bye to lifecare forever.

Staff is good but worst experince. 5 days tried to call in Urology depatment no one attend my call. Finally visited the hospital and talk to the doctor.

Call Center is the baddest Service I have seen in UAE in this hospital they really Don’t know what they do I asked for someone to send me my billing receipt and they start connecting me to a different departments and putting me on hold for more than 10 min I called 4 times no one assisted me they Don’t value the guests at all I would give a 0 start for this service of call center.

Visit here if you want to waist your whole day, doesn’t matter you have appointment or not.registration and token process is deadly slow.

Worst experience ever for a hospital in UAE
Had a sudden blury vision so i went to this hospital cause it was near to my work and this is the second time to visit and still the waiting time is too long to get a ticket and even longer to visit the doctor.
Staff on ophthalmology section are very rude they will not maintain the ticketing system and they will ignore u if u asked for a supervisor.

I feel very disappointed with musaffah branch.
They kept me waiting around two and half hours with skipping tockens

Today taken appointment 16/06/19 for DR guldeep Singh, inspire of appointments waited for 1.5 hours and appointment was at 16: 00hours and very unprofessional behavior

This is khajamainuddin attar I am the paceint which I came for treatment in your hospital on 30/5/2019 at around 8: 30 pm and get appointment to family medicine doctor he treat me and give me some test and some injection which have to take from drip it's take around 2hours for finesh the drips in between I meet first floor receptionist and ask about to make my seak leave on 30/5/2019 he told me that once you complete your treatment we ask to doctor and he will make. At same time I inform home it will take to finesh 2 hours for drip it around 12 night the date will change he told no problem we will do it you finish your treatment and come and now nobody was there when I came to ask for seak leave.and your staff is very slowly working band they are enjoying there phone and talking to gether on duty no positive response from your side staff really I am very upset from your treatment. Please do needful action and in main reception there is a lady receptionist and she also busy in call and enjoying she is not attending the paceint and paceint have to wait for her talk finesh you came see the CCTV photage of main reception.
