I'm very disappointed! I ordered an arrangement (for the 4th time). This time, the vase was half empty with barely any flowers! Even though I called and sent many texts to ensure it would be the same!

There are plenty of other places where I can get nice arrangements for much less!

The customer service is amazing, very polite and professional, flowers are so fresh and they do have big variety of flower types, gifts and accessories are unique, so so many options, strongly recommended.
