Although I agree with security and cleanliness of these apartments, the entrace/exit of resident parking for this apartment is terribly located as you will invariably face traffic during most of the day as soon as you are out of the resident parking. The back door entrance of this building is an absolute deal breaker. The golds shops are making this place a nightmare to get out of the building. Also the Home Box and Home Centre valet parking concierge and loading of furniture makes the parking entrance full of cars on the road. It has become worst in the last one month.

I have like this place for getting furniture for home purpose. They have good budget option and good quality.
Staff was good and helpful.

You will get offer but on non budget (not on best price) items most of times.

It houses home centre and their sister brand home box as well. The residences are also in Liwa center which are quite adequate. It is a landmark of the old Abu Dhabi

It’s a good place to visit in your Leisure time. You will find a lot of shops for branded products. Although they are costly and as usual in malls the rate of items are high so you won’t items under your expectations. You will need like 2 hours to completely see everything. You will enjoy your visit while you over there.

This for high income group things are expensive, but value for money what you are paying, they have big furniture s and home setup
