Very nice clean equipped the reason I put one star the administrator in general people disorganized you never feel welcome they don't update you how long you need to wait.apparently always you need to wait and they don't care except one gentleman in xray called Santosh very professional talking and updating the last part hospital needs diversity of natioli ty big time

Very bad service.even emergency patients have to wait for one and a half hour to see the doctor.if this is the case with emergency patients then what would be the condition of normal patients.
Too much late reception registration given my I.d 12: 40pm but they call me for registered 13: 12pm and payment? First talking talking with colleagues?

Hi, Im not here to write bad review but the Orthopedics doctor was not taking me serious, he was not even recommending for MRI, finally i requested alot and applied for MRI and i had annular tears and disc bulge etc but he was still taking it light. My experience is really bad.

I visited with severe headache and fever, receptionist asked me to wait for 2 hours as there patients in queue. My health condition was too bad as I can't wait much. I left the hospital without consulting.
Hospital management never change.worst ever. I visited how many times and make me wait a life time. You have an appointment already but u have to wait more than 2 hours to be accommodated.if only my insurance have an option I will never set foot to this hospital.u need the whole day to visit them.for those who have emergency cases I strongly Don't recommend this hospital
The booking system, receptionists are very bad. Even with an appointment you end up waiting for 40 minutes extra and they dint communicate properly at all. The staff are totally unprofessional and showing faces and telling comments when you ask about it

Visited Gynacolgist. Clean hospital good waitig area. Waiting time without appointment is 3-4 hours and with appointmnet 1-2 hours. Receptionist nurses are good. Dr. Hardly listend patient concern and do not satisfy. Visited 2 different Drs and I would not recommend this hospital for Gynacologist.

Doctors, Nurses, and Reception staffs were fantastic This review only for the Pharmacy Staffs. They kept waited me for 45 minutes with out doing anything even I was the only one there that time. All staffs were talking, chit chat each other with out giving any kind of attention. After 45 minutes waiting, when I checked with them, then only they have Checked my prescription. Very ridiculous service and rude behavior from Pharmacy staff.
Horrible experience with this hospital.they make me wait for 3 hours and said my insurance is not acceptable.when I raised complaint, one lady supervisor came and told me its my mistake not checking with them properly.cashier in the m floor also very rude.i was not in health condition to argue with them. Loss of 3 hours and doctors registration fees.
I visited hospital last week. I am fully satisfied with the service. All patients are treated equally and Of course, that is something that deserves recognition. Another important thing to note is the receptionist. Not to mention that even in the midst of a good rush they opens the file for doctors, at the same time they answers patients' queries. LLH hospital Abu Dhabi is so clean and tidy. Good customer care and specialized doctors. Very polite staffs. There was a lift man inside the elevator in order to avoid touch points as he is the one operating elevator. Looks busy it could be the reason hospital provides better service. The location of hospital is very easy and reach easily as many public transportations pass by this place. Great location and easy public access.

Extremely terrible and poor service at Pharmacy. Waited for 1 hour & 15 minutes to get only 2 pieces of medicines. Only 2 Counter were working out of 10 and the staff is lazy enough to let you wait for ages.
Never visit the Pharmacy unless you have enough spare time to waste (hours).
Had a disappointed consultation with Dr. Jayaraj. He didn’t give us time to explain the problem of my son even he didn’t bother himself to examine the case, so I was obliged to have an other consultation with an other pediatric in other facility.
Worse hospital you can go to. Even with covid no social distance one small lift with 4-5 people. From the reception to the doctor no remorse whatever nor customer service. Super crowded. Zero system. And half of the pple working there so unprofessional. The lady who took my temperature almost tore my ear squeezing the thermometer in my year. Do better life line. The doctor did not even check anything he just prescribed meds to me which am not going to take. Even the paramedics at my workplace did a better job then u. Shame on u lifeline hospital your putting peoples life in danger.

One of worst help desk in the hospital. I went to hospital having some allergic issues but the help desk counter the staff is rude and handling me such unprofessional manner. I told him I am having lots of itching problem even though he didn’t listen and throw my Emirates I’d. Why are you opened hospital to help people right but if you don’t train good manner to employees then why should patients like me need to come to your hospital. Me and my family never ever will visit LLH hospital and it’s associate hospitals. I had a really worst experience from them

Worst experience I have ever experienced from a doctor. Dr. SAJEERA BHASI is very rude. I went for a fit to fly certificate for Corona evacuation, but she wants me to pay 460aed other than consultation fees.even for opd room ultrasound screening.she told us if I didn't pay the money she will cancel the appointment even am without insurance coverage. Even I am a nurse with 10yr experience and I never seen a doctor insisting the patients the pay for opd room screening, especially during Corona crisis time.one of the worst experience and rude behaviour from a. Doctor side.she is so arrogant.i will not suggest anybody to consult with this doctor.atleast have some integrity and humanity.

I suggest never go to LLH ER for any emergencies, I went to ER (Friday) with my Son with 39.2temperature, history of 7 times vomitting. My son was very weak. I gave his Emirates I'd in reception. Receptionist (Indian) insisted me to go to mezzanine floor and see Dr Humeira pediatrician. When I went to M Floor, they told Dr Humeira is not pediatrician, she is a family medicine doctor. Again I was back to G- Floor, I spoke to another receptionist (philipino), he send me to vitalsigns room. 2 male nurses there, they checked my son's temperature, 36.2. I told them to check again, still they said it's normal. I had the thermometer, I checked infront of them, it shows 39.2.they refused and they told to take appointment and come after 1.30 pm or go to another hospital.didn't have time to fight with them as my child was sick. I went to NMC, they checked the vitals immediately, temperature was 38.9. Doctor saw him immediately and he is admitted now as UTI, severe dehydration and high fever. Why they opened EMERGENCY in LLH if they can't see the patients. Receptionist should give correct information to the patients, not misguiding. Check the hospital thermometers and other machines.dont send the patients home blindly. Assess them properly. Management must take action against them.

Hi, i called for a booking in dermatology department for the last 2 days no one was picking up the phone before that i tried online appointment but there was no callback or conformation mail I received. So i just tried NMC, inside 5 mins everything is set.sorry for the writting becz i felt bad, just have to improve, thts why, Thanks

Very bad experience! I book an appointment, and when I went there they told me that my Doctor is at the operating room (and no one inform me earlier that my appointment will be delay!) I wait for 2hrs and when the Doctor came, the Receptionist (Indian Lady in B3 floor) gave me a WALK IN token# instead of APPOINTMENT TOKEN#! So DISAPPOINTED!
