Your system updates making me long que LLH mussfah to see the doctor, totally disappointed experience. No tracking available first, either doctor or other staff doesn't know how handle the situation. Only wasting my time and finally I am leaving without seeing Dr, It's taken four hours
Very slow. Only one doctor there. We came at 5 pm until 6.30 pm they havent call for the check up. We dont know how much time to wait. Only one nurse here. Even when we ask how long we need to wait, theres no answer the nurse said we'll call. Very bad.
I recently had a distressing experience at the urgent care unit of Life Line Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts and feelings about it. As a patient seeking prompt medical attention, I had high hopes for efficient and compassionate care. Unfortunately, my encounter at Life Line Hospital's urgent care unit fell far short of my expectations.
Furthermore, the wait time was exorbitant. Despite the urgency of my condition, I was left waiting for several hours before being seen by a healthcare professional. This prolonged wait not only exacerbated my discomfort but also heightened my anxiety.
When I was finally called in to see a doctor, I was met with a physician who seemed disengaged and rushed. The doctor doesn’t use stethoscope to see my chest, did not even look in the throat with light to see the infection, The doctor barely took the time to listen to my concerns or ask relevant questions about my symptoms. Instead, they quickly prescribed a generic medication without explaining its purpose or potential side effects. I felt as though I was being treated as just another name on a list, rather than an individual deserving of personalized care.
In retrospect, my experience at Life Line Hospital's urgent care unit was wholly unsatisfactory. The disorganized and chaotic atmosphere, extensive wait times, unengaged medical staff, and subpar cleanliness all contributed to a distressing encounter. As a patient in need of urgent care, I had hoped for a compassionate and efficient experience, but unfortunately, Life Line Hospital failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
I sincerely hope that Life Line Hospital takes the necessary steps to improve its urgent care services and addresses the concerns raised. Patients in urgent situations deserve a more supportive and efficient healthcare environment, where their needs are prioritized and met with professionalism and empathy.
Customer facing administrive who are are first to meet with customers are counting for days to finish their salary. Obviously they should be more attentive to customer problem-solving
I wish to express my deep appreciation for the wonderful care I received LLH Mussafah. Special thanks for Mr Saravanan physiotherapist who treated me absolutely fantastic, professional, caring and outstanding
Pharmacy service is very poor. You have to wait for very long time. Not have enough staff to serve. There is 8 counter but working only 2 another 6 to show up only. And more than 30 to 40 people waiting always. What i can call this good management? Or irresponsible?
Worst administration process. Waited 3 hours to check vitals. Then took separate token number again. They should close the hospital. How they are passing the yearly audit?
I visited llh hospital musaffah.their pharmacy is so slow.you cannot imagine. Haven't seen such poor pharmacy service. They have shortage.hospital management must look into this and shape the pharmacy department in a much effective way.
Very worst experience.what ever happened to patient, nobody is responsible.no patient care, I don't know y they have a department name customer service.even though they are not trying to help us regarding our concern.
Made us wait 3hrs just to get two appointment done. Water ever the system they have place to get the operations done is at utter failure. It's understandable if a Doctor is on an emergency call and takes time. It was not the case.
Verry bad services. Staffs are irresponsible. Mainly reception staff.my appointment with Dr at11.30. I came to the hospital at 10.30.but I finished with Dr at 12.30 pm. Then I waited for radiology report for 3hours.then I see the Dr at 5, pm. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.
Thanks again to Mr.shiyas and Mr. Midhun. Mr. Midhun is always with me until i finish my all the tests and also call me later wheter i reach home safely. I just want to thanks Miss. Tinu, staff nurse, she is the one give me injection and order me coffee also. These Guys are really kind, caring and good human being they understand the situation of patients. Keep the good work and may god bless you all. Take Care Always Guyss.
Worst experience in the pharmacy.inexperienced people are working such big hospital.always making delay. I spend almost one and half hour to get my medicine.they are not giving much priority for the family.really fed up with this hospital.
I am grateful to Dr Sisir Patra ENT surgeon who did surgery for Adenoids for my 2 yr old daughter. He is so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.skillfully examined my child and then made a perfect plan. Surgery was successful and discharged very next day. I am thankful for him and entire Anesthesia team.
Very bad experience for walk in for out patience need to spend whole day and in counter they don't follow token numbers they can call anyone without following serial you can see in attached need to improve service for walk in people
Today morning I came with my friend ER staff is not at all maintaining nurse patient relationship not even inform the patient condition more than 2 hrs wait for MRI
Very bad experience we had at the emergency department.very careless and irresponsible staff.my baby had severe vomitting and nobody was there for taking the vitals.am not suggesting there for emergency cases.management please improve the quality of services.don't forget it is an hospital.and emergency is always for the emergency treatment.please be aware about the medical ethics first.
This place was clean, but crowded. They provide very good service to patients. Doctor, nurse all are very helpful. Large parking area but mostly parking is full. Laboratory and pharmacy also included so you don't need to go outside for test. Emergency care is also available
Worst Experience! Took my 4 year old child who was crying out of severe pain due to urinary infection at 11.55 am. They made me run from one counter to another - firstly one urology doctor who advised to wait and consult the pediatrician, then the pediatrician asked to consult the urologist. The poor kid was keep crying. Then had to wait for 2 hours for scan (there is no separate channel for emergency service). At 10.00 pm the child is still there, without any proper support. Had to go to another hospital.
Worst hospital i ever visited, waited 3 hrs, still couldn't consult doctor and had to return without see doctor no staff responsible Lost money and a day
if you want see a doctor need luck and whole day.
I know this won't effect LLH, I just wanted to bring this to management's attention
This is the worst experience I ever got in a hospital moreover I had booked an appointment with them but I had to wait for more than 2hrs to see the doctor after collecting my money.what kind of nonsense services is this,?
Bad Services I’m waiting 1: 40 hour waiting covid test results now 28 hour reports is not coming my flights is 1: 30 am I’m gonna country very bad services! Isko tu aik start be nhi dena chiye
The administration is quite good except pharmacy receptionist who is sitting in front office also providing token she was showing more attitude with all patients she was thinking she is CEO of VPS groups
I would like To thank Dr. Raghavandre of Orthopedic. He treats me very nice and I will give him 100 stars out of 10 he is very care person, and I will not forget his nurse Nabeen that he assist politely, and Namshana nurse in Injection room I like her way of speaking to the patient either me she treats very good. VPS is proud of staff like that. Much Thanks
Everything good except the internal medicine counter. In one hour they were only able to handle 10 to 15 registrations maximum.may be some staff don't have some experience. But all the staff be like same. 2 times my daughter gone after waiting around 2 hours in the counter for registration. This review also iam writing after waiting 1.5 hours for my registration.
The LLH Mussaffah hospital has to be more systematic to avoid the delays of the patients. Due to fever I have went to the hospital and as part of the COVID protocol checkups it’s take me to complete closely 4 hours and I am too much tired to wait in each patient’s room such a long time.
Took my friend there. They provide very good service to patients. Doctor, nurse all are very helpful. Neat and clean. Large parking area. 24/7 service. Wheel chairs for patients? Emergency services are also good? Laboratory also included so you don't need to go outside for test. Ambulances available.
Dr Ommen (Orthopedic and hand surgeon), one of the best doctor i met ever before, he give enough time to patient, highly skilled, well experienced, listen to patient very carefully, very confident and friendly.may be waiting time would be more if u go walk in, but totally worth of it.i pray not to visit any Orthopedician in my life but if needed he is my first choice. Thanks LLH Mussafah to have wonderful doctor like him.
I have been preferred this hospital for mine & my family members' treatment since I came to Abu Dhabi 2009. I was very satisfied and happy with the staff services and the Doctors.but I had such a worst experience in my life happened with LLH last week, when I was rushed to LLH after fall on bathroom. I got all emergency treatment and the Doctor on duty was well attended at Emergency ward. I had mild fractures on my back and the main doctor Dr. Raghavendra who is supposed to handle my case after CT scan didnt even come n see me and prescribed medicine by Emergency ward doctor and advised me for 7 days bedrest.after finished my bedrest I went to Hospital for further treatment as advised and i Met the same Dr. Raghavendra but he didnt even checked my injury and the areas of pain and prescribed tablets and advised me no problem to back on duty.but i have such severe pain and I consulted an Orthopedic and he was surprised for not even suggest a waist belt for my condition.also he changed my medicines and now I am recovering rapidly.
I delivered my baby boy last month thr.best experience ever.doctor fatima is hands down the best gyno and the staff thr is super cooperative polite and helpful
Never have i ever gone through such a long wait to receive a packet of brufen. System is good but wait is terrible. Better go to lifecare or alahlia for treatment at least no loooong waiting there.
I did my health/medical check up @ 26 Feb and was told that the report will be sent to be mail within 4 hours and after almost 200 hours & tons of emails and call.i am still waiting for my report
It was mine first to LLC hospital of Musaffah. During the visits doctor were good but the staff behaviour in: - counter of USG is not good, poor message pass, poor communication, showing rude manners.
Special mentioned Dr. Nandini Menon, who take good care of me during and after my surgical operation.as well the nurses who called me and checking up on me. Thank you for this team.
Would give 5 star for the dr. Dr bari the pediatrician.but the service when my baby got hospitalized was v bad.when i i ask for diaper and wipes to clean my hospitalized 17 months old baby, the sister said get a tissue paper, wet it and do how can a nurse say that.pathetic And another thing is only a few nurses close the door while leaving the room despite the fact i was alone in the room with a baby who needs to be fed time to time.
We have visited to LLH Mussafah, Fully satisfied with Dr Sajeev S Nair, (pulmonologist -specialist in respiratory medicine) treatment. He is a Very good Doctor and treats with full satisfaction. He clearly explains the symptoms and corrective coarse of action with duration. Myself and my wife are recovered Within a day. All other staff are also so polite and treats everyone extremely Good. Keep up the same LLH Mussafah
We pre booked an appointment for today (before one week) at 7.30pm and still waiting for scan. Finally after one and half hour waiting scan started at 9.00pm. Very slow process. Doctors are good but other staffs response and way of communication should improve. Management should take some action on this issue to make the system better for everyone.
We went to Mussafah LLH hospital with a case, baby swallowed 3 silica gel balls we were directed to Emergency care and one doctor in emergency was not ready to see the kid it self they asked nurse to check and told we cannot attend the case since silica gel is very poisonous and it can cause harm to baby soon. Neither they have given any basic treatment nor give any direction. But they have increased panic situation of Parents since kid was only 14 months old. Then we went to mafaraq hospital and got proper treatment. Was wondering if big hospital like LLH is only for treatment of safe cases doesn’t require these much facilities there. Nor the doctor have basic idea what eating silica gel can cause.
I am bit late post it's a good hospital I want thanks to gynecology department especially dr nathini and team they realy taking care patient friendly way all sisters over their they realy Angel's.
One year back I got fell from cycle and got multiple fracture right thumb I went to Dr. Oommen V; He is best for Finger surgeon in UAE. I little disappointed with ward boy since I can't bend my finger I asked him simple favour to open water bottle and he replied just to call nurse
