Doctors are not looking for follow-up patients of another doctor. They are giving excuses if the Patient is suffering. If agree to see also, they also make them suffer by looking for Appointment patients first. Even we have reached before-appointment patients. Especially today from 8: 30 to 10: 00 am Dr. Sisiv has shown a very unprofessional attitude towards his responsibility. Due to such reasons patients must not suffer.regardless of who is the specialist on duty. Doctors must not act with such irresponsible responses.

Had a wonderful experience. Went to see Dr. Sinan, he is nice dr.explained everything in a nice way. The staff were always friendly, helpful and kind.
I am so glad I chose to be there and would highly recommend to anyone!

UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF AT COUNTER E. CALLED TOKEN AFTER 1.15 HOURS. AS PER THE STAFF AT COUNTER E PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO APPOINTMENT, I SUGGEST U TO PUT A NOTICE ABOUT THAT AND ALSO ADVISE THE PERSON WHO IS GIVING TOKEN. I FELT LIKE LLH MEDICAL CENTER SHABIYA 9 DOING FREE TREATMENT BY BEHAVING THAT WAY.

Really I experienced the real hospitality from the reception and all the time I was there. It was really Amazing and support from the entire team was really appreciated. Only one issue is mostly all the time is busy there. So have to wait for your turn. Understanding that this much busy is there only because of the good service they are providing.

I have been too many hospitals over here in ur group burjeel, medeor and always contented bt grateful to LLH for giving me worst experience. Even for small xray went thrice to get it done. People were nt even ashamed of their failures and apologetic. Staff is rude and poorly cordinated. They hardly care about patient pain and their problem.

I had very bad experience, front staff are not properly aware about the SOP and no follow up calls if any test result get positive, Doctors are good but that is not enough to make second visit, so better to find different clinic or hospital if you are thinking aboout better treatment and give values to health.

Registration time takes 30-60 min even if there is less traffic. Improper way of handling registration.

One of the worst expiration ever was directed wrongly by the security caused an hour of waiting for no reason, I also requested a sick leave which took 25 minutes to write. Spent around 2 hours and an half hour for a five minute checkup i will also be writing to dha for the complaint. Do not visit this hospital unless you have alot of patience and free time.

It's take long too have just follow with doctor and asking for payment again. It's not fair they suppose to inform me yesterday when we consult with Dr. Shilja she was here for 1 day only. And the counter person didn't inform me that there is no internal medicine doctor.

It’s time to Rapp up the queue system, taking 45 minutes to 1 hour just for Registration always. Pls put sufficient staff or make alternate arrangements to avoid long queue just for registration. I have an appointment at 9.15am and I reported at the clinic at 9am and the registration process completed at 9.45am, waited to check the vitals another 15 minutes. This is always the scenario whenever I visit this clinic.

It was a great experience, I didnt have any issues with overall team, receptionists or doctors, all were very much cooperative, I went there with a fracture of hand, I saw orthopedics Dr Trump, really cooperative doctor, easy to approach and free to talk, I am very much satisfied with the doctors service.

Worst service, i took appointment for my two month old baby, as per the call centre pediatric doctor is available, and gave appointment for morning 9.30 am but when i went there with my baby the doctors was not available i called the call centre again still the person was giving the same timings. My wife Had the same experience also with her appointments i never had this kind of experience. Please provide correct information to your patients

Very bad experience with doctor Dr. Jayashree K. V. My son has a ear infection and easily visible with light which she cannot see with a torch. Doctor and nurse handled him very badly by squzing his pain ear (Holding him like a animal) he is just 11 months old and he started crying heavily where he was playing few seconds before. Once he started crying doctor told to take him out of room as she is feeling irritating. Finally she said she connot find anything. She wrote 3 times prescription and tore priously 2 and finally wrote a paracetamol.

Same day we went to Phoenix hospital where doctor handled properly, cleaned his ear infection and written 2 types of drops which helped to heal.

Facility is good. Only issue is that the doctors need to be more better than right now. Staffs all were helpful, starting from the security person to the receptionist to the nurses. All having a helpful attitude.

There is no option for zero rating.hence choosing 1 star.the call center agent doesn't have knowledge of insurance coverage. After fixing appointment and reaching the hospital they make the patient wait for 3 hrs minimum where they tell no coverage.they don't care about the patients' conditions.aged people please think a lot of times prior to visiting the hospital.finally after meeting the doctor.they don't register properly and don't send the approvals for testing to the medical insurance provider.very pathetic service.haven't seen any such provider in entire UAE.

Recently had very very worst experience from Dr.jayalakshmi (gynecologist) she’s speaking completely negative only.behavior also worst ever.she’s too old.totally upset because of her treating methods. Dr. Radhika warrior (IM) she’s very good doctor.speaking with patients very calmly.they way she’s handling everyone will like.don’t go with dr.jayalakshmi

Extremely poor service from the end of front office and the doctor assistants. We have to wait for almost 45 to 1 hour just to get the file opened. Very poor coordination and communication internally and externally. You will have to call everyday to get a call back for ultrasound scan appointments and test results. I haven’t seen any other medical service providers this low level ever in Abu Dhabi. Continuing to visit here only because of the doctor, Ms. Deepa.

Worst service I have ever encountered after living for more than a decade at different emirates in the UAE. Have been waiting for the lab results for 3 days and still no response from the staffs at the this medical centre. Contacted them multiple times both via email and phone, but of no use.
If a medical service provider cannot understand the importance of timely delivery of lab results, then they should better stop what they are doing.
VPS health care should seriously look into their staff competency and service standards.

Worst customer care. I was told to come for xray thrice, each time when I reported, I was told that there is no staff. Reception staffs are also worst. I was kept awaiting when I reported for blood test while fasting. They could just allow me to pay the charge, I was not just waiting for any doctor. Worst decision by me to visit this hospital

It takes more than 45 mins just to be called by reception. Very poor management of allocating tokens. I just went to take a PCR and it took more than 1 hr. Never visit again

Staff dealing at the counters is pathetic, unprofessional and irresponsible. They never attend the call. If by mistake they attend your call then they will never call you back for any update or report.

Bad experience with LLH Mussafah. My wife got sprain on her shoulder and we went to meet the orthopedic doctor. After consultation the doctor referred to physiotherapy. As they don't have a therapist there they refered to another clinic. They have not even asked me if that clinic is convenient for me to go. Nevertheless the referrel was made on Monday. They said once approved by the insurance provider they will let me know. I called them after two days and they said it is under approval. Even after a week i did not receive any call back. When i contacted my insurance provider, they said they have not received anything for approval. All these days the staffs of LLH were lying to me. If i didn't contact the insurance provider i would be thinking that this is pending from the insurance provider. I have to go back to the center and had to sit with the front desk officers for almost an hour to fix up everything. Really worst experience.

I reached 2: 50pm to this centre but I was waiting for almost one hour.means I see a doctor at 4: 15pm
So don't book by phone or online because its wastage of time.

I’m giving 1 star to all Lifeline Hospitals, in the difficulty times of Corona thanks to the Sheikhs of UAE for making free Corona checks in some areas of UAE, some Hospitals Reduced the prices for PCR Covid 19 checking from 250 aed to 150, and today in the news Emarat Alyoum saying it’s reduced 50 percent again.
I checked in Life Line Hospital they said 189 aed.
I’m going to another Hospital called MNC and paying 100 aed only in Mussafah iCad area!

In Abu Dhabi 110 aed.

I wish SOMEDAY prices will be United at least, if not free.

I am a patient of Dr Deepa from really long time.her patience n effortlessly sorting our queries is the highlight.she’s an amazing doctor

Also the recently introduced WhatsApp messaging to get updates on the reports, book an appointment or even getting the sick leave certificate is highly appreciated. Mr Shahzad who’s handling the WhatsApp account is doing his duty perfectly. Thank you LLH for your wonderful set of staff and doctors.feel like family always!

Very bad staff, staff infront of Dr Deepa gives priority to their own patients. My appointment was at 12pm. But i waited for 2pm even they corrected some token manually to do favour for their wished patients. My child of 4yrs was with me while waiting. If we ask this they deliberately make our consultation delayed

After we consulted DR. Sinan, we wanted to ask a doubt to the doctor on a blood test. We asked the security man (selvaraj agala) to ask the doubt.he told us that other three patients are waiting so after this you can ask your doubt.we do not have any problems with waiting, but he behaved in a very bad attitude towards a woman with 2 children who came here for high fever.before also he made same problems with my husband.we already complained this in the complaints box.please take action against the security man.

Registration process is very very slow. If you have one hour minimum for registration only then visit this centre. After registration you must have minimum one hour time to wait to see the doctor. Worst waiting time ever.

The most worst medical center I had visited in uae. Even after taking appointments we need to wait for at least 45 minutes to get a call to the front reception. After that again had to wait for 30 minutes to get a call for checking weight and blood pressure. At last the long wait starts from here for seeing a doctor. Overall it’s a terrible experience for me.

Very worst service, they didnt follow the appointment. For my opinion even not applicable for 1 star

They are looking partiality as well as no proper response from reception.

But Mrs. Deepa doctor is excellent.

One of the worst place. RUDE and CARELESS staff.i took my 5 month old daughter with fever and the lady pediatrician who was so rude and mannerless.its a shame!
she refused to touch my child unless we remove her dress and told to take her away and bring when she doesnt cry.orders x Ray's and swab tests and etc to trouble a small baby.
Being a doctor myself i went through all the pain for 4 hrs.

Waiting time too long, to register at front desk took 40 minutes even though there was no crowd. Take 3 hours to see doctor & prescription medicine not available in their own pharmacy. I not like to visit again here.

Worst service ever i have seen in hospitals.
Doctor Mrs. Beena is good but her supporting staff are worst.
Billing staff are not educated and no idea about insurance coverage percentage how much amount should need be charged.
