Very unhygienic Al Boom 85 boat. The boat arrived 30 mins late. And when I asked for additional 30 mins Shareef said I will kick you out of the boat. Horrible attitude of Shareef, Ayoub. Very rude. And they brought us to port 15 mins early. Before we could realize and pack up, a flurry of the next 25 guests boarded the boat. My guests were average 60 years old and faced a lot on inconvenience and bad attitude. Basically don't go on the website appearance. Lulu Pearl boats is a shady & unprofessional set up.

This yacht rental is run by horrible scammers/brokers who double book many customers at the same time then take the highest bidding and cancel the rest. And have plenty of excuses for everything, and many games, not a single straight word. They say they accept ADNOC and FAZA'A promotions but then the price is higher with the promotion (so its basically the same without discount). You choose one yacht and pay then they change to another or another time (before paying its all available sir) They take deposits and confirm booking then cancel without any reason and don't refund on cancellation and then you are stuck figting to get your money back. Very rude, vulger and disrespectful persons and hang up the phone on you once you make the payment even though I'm talking respectfully, but I realise it's the same person with 3 phone numbers and acting like there is a company and a manager (scam).
I wish the actual owner of those nice yachts can see this post or the #UAE consumer protection department to know what's happening.
I'm sad I wasted my family time on a yacht trip over this unprofessional company and ruined my mood and Friday off.

I agree with all previous people on the scamming these ppl do. Honestly guys please don't plan any special occasions with them cos they will ruin your plans! I have had an extremely terrible experience!

Our experience with this company was very disappointing.

The boat that we booked is not the same with what we used. The cake was not given to us which is part of the package. The boat guys took our drinks that were placed down the boat since we all stayed at the deck. The other food that we packed, were gone also. We only realized everything when we reached home because they were all stressing us out to get out of the boat because the next customer is there. They let us use the boat at 5: 20pm then, we agreed that they will give us until 9: 20pm. And then at around 9pm, one of their boat guy announced to everyone that we have to leave since their next customer is there. How unprofessional was that? You should have atleast informed me first and I'll take care of telling it to my friends.

So we had no choice, we started packing up. In the middle of doing this, they kept on stressing us out to make it faster which we think is a very rude thing to do to a customer. If the next customer is complaining, your boat guys must be the one to explain to them why there is a delay because we also waited before we can get in the boat. Your next customer was even fighting with our friends. That night was supposed to have a HAPPY ENDING but they all ruined our night.

Fix your timing! You should have atleast 30minutes to 1 hour gap per customer. Packing up is time consuming.

Please know how to handle your customers with great customer service. This is not just about money! You should value Customer Satisfaction!

Visiting Abu Dhabi was memorable. Lulu Boats cherished and added colors to it with their great hospitality.

Not recommended to deal with, high price showing great pictures but in reality they give you different ones.

The horror, to flee absolutely. We booked a very luxurious 18 meter yacht.the boat in the photo was very beautiful and recent and confirmed by message.arriving, it is not the right model and boat of 20 years, in terrible condition, all cushions with holes, very dirty.both engines warmed up during navigation, which forced us to idle, the fresh water pump was broken, no water from the tap or showers.an alarm went off, there was water in the funds.no towels provided, at our insistence, they went to buy them and brought back towels for the tiny feet.the poor captain did not know what to tell us.dangerous boat, fire extinguishers are 20 years old, no raft rescue on board.this boat should be banned for charter.

We went along the corniche
. The boat's speed was kept very slow. The pilot said its because of the waves created. If you want to have a fast boat hire a smaller one.

Not a great experience. We booked a fishing boat but instead we got a small slow yacht not great for fishing and in the end when we return we saw the boat that was promised with other customers. We tried we tried to contact him through Instagram and he blocked us then we tried contacting him through his phone number and he didn’t answer multiple times then he ignored our phone calls and locked our number so we cannot reach him at all I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone because they are dishonest and daylight to the customers and I have no appreciation for customer reviews

Lulu Boats should be classified as a low service quality boat rental company because their high price is not fit at all with the level of the boat condetion or even the low level of decoreation that is installed at the Boat so I do not recommend it to those who want a high level of service to celebrate any occasion and as a person Im not going to use it againe
