Lulu doesn't have the exchange rate in the bill. They just show the percentage in the Bill.always 10 to 20 fills less only we get compared to other exchanges.seriously hidden business mind people.

So this branch staff use random messages
. I don't knew what they your money.

Please give proper training to your cashier named Younos because his customer service is very unsatisfactory. The way how he is treating customer is not in a fairly manner. Aside from very slow in finishing transaction because of chatting non stop with the customer he likes to talk to, he is also not polite in dealing with other customers.
