Lulu Webstore

Disappointed. Lulu is selling out faulty product through webstore. Fautly is still there after the return product from their service center. They have never replied for any messages later and the ticket still pending more than a 30 days. I think they will never showup again for resolving the issue as they just aim to get money from customer and will not show any responsibility for the product which they are selling.

Perfect place for shopping for all home requirements (grocery, electric, electronic, etc.)

Nice shopping mall with friendly staffs found the items which I was searching in many other places.staffs are super friendly.i loved the the way they display the items.

Pathetic service. Never trust their delivery time. Items not received even after a week. Local grocery stores are doing much better.

They don't honor time slots. Yesterday warehouse people said they didn't receive my order due to technical issue today they are saying they will deliver within 3-4 days

Horrible experience

Poorly designed app and they are not honoring the delivery slots. They used to be reasonably accurate and quite prompt. These days, their inventory is not updated and i get 30% of my order cancelled and not coming at the proper slot. Maybe i have just been unlucky, but i would not be going with them again.
