Very worst experience.i went for my baby vaccination with appointment on 9.20am and out from this clinic at 1.00pm.
Very poor time management and no sympathy to patients.expect usual reason "Doctor not available and busy. No value for others time.

This hospital is located in mohammed bin zayed city
Its belongs to SEHA
New born babies vaccination done free here.
Excellent staff.
Free vaccine for kids. 1st pedz will examine the baby and then nurse will give vaccine!
Neat and clean environment

The nurse from Philippines today who gived vaccine for my little Zaahi was soo kind and caring 3 injections with her cute smile makes him NO CRY

Very worst experience. I was having an appointment for my baby vaccination on 16th Jun 2023 at 22: 11 in this hospital confirmed by SEHA when we reached there they told us that all vaccination appointments finished by 7 PM which no one confirmed us through SMS then they told to come on Sunday 18th Jun 2023 as a walk in and will do the vaccination so we went on Sunday and they told no walk in and you’ve to take appointment I told them that you’re guys at reception only told me to come as a walk in but they mentioned no you need to take appointment. I was very disappointed which such kind of service as I’ve 4 month old baby and is not easy to come every time. Very bad service from this health center.

This hospital is located in mohammed bin zayed city and its belongs to seha not too many people visit here coz only few people know about this people for new born babies vaccination done free here.

Yesterday (3.24) I went there for my baby’s one year vaccination. My appointment was 1pm. When the injection is done, we will sent to the lab for the blood test, however we were told it is closed and in the evening it will open…. We have no choice to come back again in the evening, that time (around 22: 10) my baby was sleeping and the phlipino lady there was rushing to finish the work, talking and behaving in a very unprofessional way. She was very impatient and rude.
I am really upset about my experience here, I am writing my comments here and expect the managent can take some actions on this matter.

مركز صحي حكومي فيه اكثر من تخصص عيادات الاسنان والاطفال وغيره راقي ومرتب ومعاملة الموظفين رائعه ويخدم سكان المنطقه

. Clean and tidy
. Has a big pool and a gym

سيرفيس ممتاز شباب اللي ف ريسبشن بشوشين و سريعين و خدمتهم ممتازه حتى نيرسات متابعات و يجيكون علينا و يتأكدون خلصنا ادويه و فحوصات و دكاترته ممتازين بعد بس طريق للعياده يتصلح مخرب

For booster dose i wait for more then 3 hours.
If Seha give appointment then why wait for this much long.
Appointment is always taken in advance for saveing time. If i ask from Nurse station nurse saying we cant do any thing.

عيادة الاطفال التطعيمات فل زحمة ، ومافي ترتيب ولا في اولوية للمواطنين المفروض هذي عيادة حكومية مب مستشفى خاص الاولوية للمواطن حتى المواعيد دايما فل ، انا موظفة واجد صعوبه ، ولديه ٤ شهور لين الحين ما لقيت موعد مناسب لي ، و جربت اروح بدون موعد قالوا بتنتظرين ٣ ساعات ، ليش وين حقي ك مواطن ف الخدمات الحكومية مستاءه جدا جدا! ولما لقيت موعد ولديه مريض نتيجة ضعف المناعه وتاخر التطعيمات و ما قدرت اطعمه ، ممكن تعطونا حل!

ممتاز جدا جدا. والاستقبال خدماتو راقية وسريعة والمكان نظيييف والاهتمام عالي من قبل الطاقم الطبي. كان تطعيم احد ابناء ومراجعة للاسنان.

What i learned today is that if you're a male you're better off going to bareen hospital which is right next to it. If you come here as a male you will always be delayed because they give the priority for women.

Staff are all friendly & helpful.

مكان جميل جدا وتعامل في منتهي الرقي من دخول الباب حتى توصل للدكتور او ما بدك تريد نظافة ودقة وسرعة كل شيء جميل جدا فيه وأنا اشكر كل العاملين في المركز فرد فرد

للأسف من اسوء العيادات الحكوميه اللي زرتها بشكل عام ، ووايد نتأخر في الانتظار حتى لو كنا ملتزمين بمواعيدنا ما اعرف شو المشكله! انا ماكتبت هذا التعليق بسبب زيارة وحده لا بل زرت العيادة اكثر من مره مواعيد لي و لأطفالي و زوجي

Do not come here for a walk-in if you are a male, i have been waiting for an hour as a walk in just to see the registration counter, even though my ticket says 4 total customers waiting but that is not the case. I have seen about 23 female walk-ins go ahead of me on the screen (WF000) with only one Male ticket (W000) going in between those 23. I believe that the system here is that once there are no females waiting then a male’s ticket will be called on. There should be atleast a system were for every 3 females or even 5 then 1 male is called on but that is not the case only when the waiting for WF is 0 then the male ticket is called on so you will have to wait in hopes that no females enter the clinic.
* This was just to check in at the registration!
* not sure if this is the same case for appointments but if you are a male and hoping to go for a walk in. Id recommend you find another clinic

مركز يفتقر لخدمة المراجعين بالشكل المطلوب والاستعانة بمتطوعين من هيئة اخرى لتنظيم الدخول واسلوب تهكم في الاسلئه ولا يوجد اي احترام للمراجع واتهام المراجع بالكذب

مركز ممتاز من حيث الخدمات، بس للاسف يفتقر إلى إدارة جيدة. قسم الاستقبال سيء و غير منضم، انتضار اكثر من نص ساعة فقط للتسجيل.

Very bad organization
People register without taking numbers and others have to wait for long time
Only 2 doctors available compared to the number of patients waiting +10 patients and one of the doctors on break for 1 hrs while people have to wait outside because of low availability of doctors
Very bad experience will not visit this clinic again

مركز صحي حكومي مميز من حيث النظافة وتوفر كافة المرافق والاجهزة الحديثة والصيدلية مجهزة كذلك بأغلب الادوية ولكن التأخير ونقص اعداد الكادر الطبي وسوء الادارة يجعله الخيار الاخير في قائمة المراكز الطبية للمنطقة

اول شي شكرا للعاملين جميعا في المركز، لكن الموظف الفلبيني في قسم اللقاح مستهتر و لا يلتزم بالمواعيد و فظ زائد انه يكذب كثيرا. يرجى اعاده النظر في استبدال هذا الدور لانه مكانه حيوي و يعرقل المراجعين عمدا. شكرا لموظف الاستقبال على معالجته الموضوع عند عمل شكوى.

Very slow process,
Talking and using phone only.
Been here more than 3 hours.
In this time, 1 PCR swab tested.
For the medical examination, doctor did nothing, even didn't check properly the blood pressure.
Hospitality was excellent.

للأسف الشديد و يؤسفني ان اكتب هذا

من أسوء المعاملة و التأخير في (التسجيل + رؤية الدكتور)
مع العلم بأني قمت بحجز موعد الساعة 4: 00 و تواجدة في العيادة الساعة 3: 52 و الى الان و الساعة 5: 20 لم أستطع أن أرى الدكتور كل الذي يفعلونه يرسلوني من غرفة الى غرفة و يسألوني و يقيسون الضغط و دقات القلب و أنا املك نتيجة فحص كوفيد من يومين

ان شاء الله يتحسن المركز و يحدث له بعض الإصلاحات الإدارة

اسواء مكان طبي دخلته في حياتي من حيث الاهتمام بالحالات الطارئه وتاخير غير متوقع في تقديم الاسعافات الاوليه اضررت لمغادرة المكان والاتجاه لمستشفي الاهليه حيث كل شيئ علي النقيض

خدمات سيئه وتأخير في المواعيد،،الموعد الساعه الثالثه عصرا دخلنا الساعه الرابعه عيادة الطبيب العام

العيادة الحكومية الوحيدة في مدينة محمد بن زايد. وهي خلف مسجد الشيخة فاطمة بجانب مستشفى بارين الخاصة. تفتح العيادة أبوابها الساعة 7 صباحا وتغلق أبوابها 11 مساء. الدكاترة ممتازين. في دكاترة وافدين وفي اماراتيين. الطاقم كله متعاون ويساعد قدر الإمكان. متوفر عندهم كل شي تقريبا. الأشعة وعيادة السكري وعيادة طب الأسرة وعيادة الأسنان وعندهم فحص كورونا للمرضى فقط. وعندهم عيادة للأطفال ودكاترة الأطفال ممتازين.
الله يوفقكم ولهم كل الشكر.
ملاحظة. بعض الأحيان بسبب الازدحام تتأخر حتى لو حاجز موعد. وهذا في كل مكان وهو شي طبيعي في المستشفيات.
كونو راقين في تعاملكم وتعلمو الصبر ولو قليلا.
The only governmental clinic in Mohammed Bin Zayed City. It is behind Sheikha Fatima Mosque, next to Barin Private Hospital. The clinic opens its doors at 7 am and closes at 11 pm. The doctors are excellent. In expatriate doctors and Emiratis. All crew are helpful and helpful as much as possible. They have almost everything available. Radiology, diabetes clinic, family medicine clinic, and dental clinic, and they have a Corona examination for patients only. They have a pediatric clinic and excellent pediatricians.

Note. Sometimes due to congestion, you will be delayed even if an appointment barrier. This is everywhere and it is normal in hospitals.
Be careful in your interactions and learn patience, even a little.

This hospital is listed as covid19 vaccination center at DOH portal. Visited hospital today with family but came to know they are giving vaccination to locals only.
Whoever going for covid19 vaccination here plz plan accordingly.

خدمة سيئة وغير منظمة للقاح كوفيد. لا يتم توزريع ارقام ولا احترام مواعيد وفوضى في دخول الناس على الممرض واللي ياي متاخر يدخل قبل اللي ياي عالوقت وكل ما نسال اللي يسجل يقول ماعرف متى دورك.

Very inefficient staff, had to wait for more than 1 hour even though i had an appointment. And they dont even seem to care

Very professional staff and reasonable prices for those who still don't have insurance.
It's also not crowded much which is very convenient.

Edit: they implemented a new system for those who pay cash, which is that you must pay 500 in advance. Then, once you're finished, they will calculate the balance and if they owe you any money, good luck getting the refund - could take forever.

Very neat and clean place all the nurses are very nice. But reception makes us for long waiting’s.

As soon as I came to an empty clinic and didn’t see anyone who should be sitting at the reception, I sold 20min with a child whose temperature is 40, and after 20 minutes they started serving their friends who came after us. This is not the first time I have seen such a poor service in this clinic

Always my mother working with one of the top doctors Dr. Ismail and suddenly they remove him!? My mother is very disappointed. You should take precautions and think about the patients feelings too.
Getting used to a new doctor would be extremely hard.
All in all the place is good and used to feel like home.
I recommend to reconsider the thoughts.

عفانا الله مستشفى ممتاز جدا. لدرجة لاتشعر انك في مستشفى. ااعمال والأطباء ممتازين و ااهدوئ و مدة الانتضار معقولة جدا

شكر للسيدة الفاضلة (شادية) التي تقوم بجهد جبار لإرضاء جميع الزوار للمركز باسلوب جميل وللامانه لم ارها تجلس للراحه ابدا تحاول مساعدة وتطمئن جميع الزوار لانتظار ادوارهم مع العلم بان المركز مزدحم جدا
انها مثال للموظف الذي نتمناه دائما في الدوائر

Everything is excellent except the wait time. And sorry to say that ruins it all. We reached 10 minutes before the appointment time for babys vaccination and had to wait one hourbefore we got a call from the counter.

Lazy Counter staff. Had to waited for almost more than 30 minutes, while all the counters were empty. The reply from the staff I got was its and its ok, please wait we will call

They call it MBZ City clinic, shabiya gov clinic, SEHA shabiya or MBZ, Ambulatory Healthcare Services or Madinat Mohamed Bin Zayed Healthcare Center.
Can expect long waiting during off peak times too.
Umrah or Hajj vaccination place.

ما عجبني اسلوب موظفة الاستقبال اللي داومت اليوم كأني اشحت منها فحوصات ولدي ومستحيل اروح مرة ثانية حتى لو قريب علية
كنت ابغي اخد نتيجة تحاليل ولدي من الريسبشن وكان ولدي جدا مريض وخبرتها تطبع لي التحاليل لان النتيجه طلعت من يومين والمختبر قالو خديها من الريسبشن. والموظفه اترجاها تعطيني لان ولدي مريض وابغي اروح وهي تقولي مب فاضية انا، روحي تريي ورحت ترييت وقمت عندها تاني لان ولدي كان عنده اسهال حاد وما سوت لي سالفه فطلعت انا وولدي من المستشفى بدون ما ناخد نتيجة التحاليل ووديته مستشفى تاني يسوو له فحوصات جديده

Well child clinic is excellent.the nurses (specially sr.aysha) are very co-operative and helpful

Very professional staff and reasonable prices for those who still don't have insurance.
It's also not crowded much which is very convenient.
