My Sister wants to surprise me for my birthday yesterday and they decided to oder at Magnolia Bakery, it was delivered in a very bag shape, melted icing, so i said it's ok maybe its the delivery guys fault, I decided to have a bite and surprisingly there is a pc.of plastic inside the cake, not sure how many left inside, I was really surprised so i messaged them on IG and they promised to resolve the issue and no one bothered to call or replace the cake, very bad experience.

Located in Galleria Mall, this small café is comfortable and cute with good food. You can sit and dine in, order at the counter, or online. There is a variety of food, desserts, coffee, juices, and more on the menu. We enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food and will definitely be back. (to test the buttercream)

I will note that we visited right around noon; it was relatively busy for dining in. Patrons were eyeing your table, but the staff were great, and our food came out quickly.

The place is either understaffed, or their service is just bad. They were late to take our orders, and it took around 40+ minutes for our food to arrive.

The team was very attentive.the food is great as usual. Tey avocado toast with poached egg. They also shared mobile number for ordering birthday cake delivery.

Disappointed this time not as I ordered and the pudding not nice at all just wasting money
I tried to call the shop but the phone line disconnected

One of the worst caffès I have ever gone to, the staff has an attitude to speak to you and you will get offended by their bad respect they say something and when you come and pay they say something else I don't recommend it to anyone to be in this position.

Very sad memory.we bought a birthday cake from shop and hold it on the hand back to home. When We open the box it's broken

The new version of red velvet banana pudding is a downgrade.chocolate chip does not complement it, not in good quality and it was bland.the taste was somehow off.

Ok so this is a very sad review. Please bear with me. This past Tuesday, I visited the small Magnolia Bakery in Galleria Mall close to the Dior shop. I purchased 3 slices of vanilla cake with pink vanilla buttercream frosting. I specifically asked if the cake was fresh, as it was already boxed. The man working reassured me that the cake was very fresh. Fast forward to my arrival at my Sisterfriend's house about an hour later. I had purchased the cake specifically for us to commemorate our Mom & Dad's Birthdays & Passings Away.we both lost our parents around the same time and our Mother's birthdays are close together. So I was horrified when I passed the cake to my 2 friends and the cake was DRY & HARD AS OLD WOOD! I literally cried, I was so disappointed and embarrassed that I brought awful cake to try to cheer up my friend. I'm actually getting emotional just thinking about it again. EPIC FAIL! Sorry no pics are available. I was so hurt that I just threw them all away in the rubbish bin. Not sure if I'll ever go back, but I honestly used to love Magnolia Bakery. ‍️

Their cakes are nice, although very very sweet icing, but once in a while nice for a change.my issue is whatever the location the service is very slow.even they forget or don't know I ordered which is frustrating

The staff are nice otherwise, but need better organisation to stay on top of orders.no point in telling me to have a seat then forget me

I dont think its the best cake on the face of the earth but nicer than some other shops

I prefer the slices to cupcakes, but to order away cupcakes always available whereas bigger cakes are not

First of all I ordered the full pan like the picture but it cane without the red beans and they said they just don’t have it and won’t substitute it by anything
Second after all we ate I asked for a mask and they said they don’t have

Amazing oat latte! Whoever drinks plant based coffee knows how difficult it can be to find a good coffee! ️

Ordered for Vanila birthday day cake, frosting was too sugary and cake is dense, could not taste the vanila…not up to the expectation

Besides the order being over an hour late and being charged a higher amount than what I was initially told (in writing) the BIRTHDAY cake was put in a box too small and damaged it. Disappointing that a good brand is being mismanaged.

كيكه عيد ميلاد بالفانيلا تجربه سيىه جدا ، الشكل الخارجي نعمً جميل ، لكن من الداخل ليس للاكلً يمكن ان يكون فقط للعرض فلمحل. قوام الكريمه جدا طعم سكر فيه واضح وجدا سميك ، والكيكً ايضا جدا سميك ليس اسفنجيا. لم اتقبل اكل ملعقه واحدة منه

Delicious food. The place is clean and neat. The staff are accommodating. My all time favorite is their banana pudding. A must try.

Lovely place, desserts are delicious just sweet enough not over sweetened as it is trend in other places! The hot chocolate is a must have. Staff is very friendly too. Definetely my go to place when in galleria.

Magnolia Bakery has the best banana pudding and cupcakes we could wish for, we went this past Saturday and although it was busy Mohammed was very attentive and managed to engage with us, which speaks great of the place, not only delicious but with excellent customer service.

I came often to have a coffee and sweet and sometimes the cafe is extremely busy. And as a regular customer i always get a nice service from Mohamed.he always notice us and give us warm welcome and recommending with a good knowledge as i have a dietary requirements he is the asset for the cafe. I would highly recommend this place and definitely will come here always because of the service

I have visited magnolia many times. And the food has always been consistent all the time. Had a clean and fast service from Mr Nitu K today. A place to stop by for wide variety of food and drinks. The desserts are excellent here and Banana pudding being my favourite.

Nitu was so amazing with his nature and serving skills, had a great experience, so sweet and genuine while talking and suggesting something with confidence, while asked he said he is new to the company but in my Dining experience I will rate him in top 1, He is so professional and shows his class while talking and serving food. A burger is not just a burger. Magnolia.s food is carefully and freshly prepared at half the price of other competitors. And offcourse.the banana pudding ordered for home consumption later ️️️

If Magnolia, Abu Dhabi can’t handle home deliveries, please don’t do it. I ordered pudding at 3.35 pm today and still waiting to get my order at 7pm. 3 hours and 25 minutes but it seems it will take another 30 minutes. Good quality food but delivery is awful.

Big burger portions along with chicken strips. Delicious mouth watering deserts. Amazing cheesecakes, banana pudding with cardamon tea. Quite busy and the service was amazing. Keep it up!

The food is amazing. I often pick up their desserts as take away. Today I stopped in for a coffee date - the service was horrible. We waited 20 Mins just for the check only to find out they messed up our table number and gave our check to another table. I’ll stick to this place for take away, but won’t eat there again. (The new location).

Nice bakery with various options.the sweet French toast was nice. The restaurant is full of life many guests are there. The order take 30 to 20 minutes to get it. It is high quality restaurant

What to say about the famous Banana Pudin. Incredible, delicious, tasteful.

Best banana pudding ever tried, every time I visit the galleria mall I should stop by magnolia bakery and have one banana pudding for the road

Today I visited them and they were mentioned that if you spend more than 100 they will give us flowers but they didn’t give us but they gave un local! Really bad point

The banana pudding at this branch is horrible compared to the New York branch. The real "banana pudding" should have both bananas and pudding. At this branch, all you get is a bowl of cream

One of the best cheese cakes i have ever eaten. The blueberry and the strawberry. Its a big expensive, but so worth it

Magnolia bakery is one of the place i always go when i go to the mall, the famous banana pudding is must try item.

They offer a huge range of deserts and drinks as well.

The variety of items on the menu will make you come always and try something new.

The place is well organized, staff are friendly.

Prices are very good, depends on your order, but you will always come with a smile, and leave with bigger smile

As accepted a very delicious banana pudding! The Coffee was great as well. Although I didn’t like the location. It was a bit isolated and the mall has a gloomy feeling.

I think i found in the Middle East region is food is delicious everywhere from big to small corners

We order a medium size cake for a party, it was horrible, no taste, didn’t decorate it, just wrote on it and threw some sprinkles around the edges. Even the frosting was horrible, it taste like sugar water. Won’t order for our next party or meeting from here. Deserves no stars at all. This was in Dubai at Dubai mall, not sure if any other location is better.

Cake shop that I enjoy, inside of a multi brands mall. My preferred is carrot cake. Great for sharing.

I’ve been a fan of the NY concept, Magnolia Bakery, since it opened in Abu Dhabi 4 years ago.

Located in the luxurious Shopping center, The Galleria on Al Mariyah Island, Magnolia Bakery is world-renowned for its banana pudding which is thankfully also sold in small portions.

We enjoy visiting it for breakfast during the weekend. The omelets portions are quite generous and the waffles are a favorite.

But what we’ve enjoyed the most recently is sitting at the table in front of it’s open kitchen where we can admire the maitres de patisserie skillfully creating and decorating some of the best cakes and cupcakes in town.

Had the entertainer app for this occasion but could not use it on any food that was worthy of it.

I highly advice you not to order the hot chocolate from here.

The hot chcolate is powder and it tastes more horrible than nesquick powder

I am in love with the banana pudding! Their cheese cakes are very good too. I love the ambience, the colours are very calming. Staff is friendly, I just wist it was not in a mall.

Great breakfast offerings and some of the best sweets and cakes available in the city. The banana pudding is pretty famous here and for good reason, it's delicious.

Cheesecake and banana pudfpud amazing! The boss arrived as we were being served and he was so nice to all employees!

My favorite coffee, I like there cake specially the banana duding.its nice please for breakfast as well. They have variety selections of breakfast menus.

Asked for take out banana pudding and they had to give me the oldest prepped medium size they had banana all black and unappealing.

I love magnolia but honestly I think they changed the recipe for the banana pudding! Not sure if it’s just in my head.
