Very bad service, I went there to take visit visa for my parents. DOB mentioned in the visa was wrong, We checked with immigration they informed its mistake happened from typing center. I hope they r not a registered center, they r giving to some other travels to visa works. After that three days i follwed up day night and they told excuses. After that in my own contacts I got corrected the DOB in visa. They not willing to provide any reimbursement the money i lost. Ticket and visa charge.

Worst typing center. They even know how to type the Emirates id with out spelling mistakes, when i check for my daughter. Visa. Name in passport and visa application are different they are extra adding name. Repating names the irresponsible. People are sitting on typing center, The type of people spoil the name of. All mallu i world By putting their name as malabar typing Centre

It's near to mean road. And has comfortable parking.

They are callous enough to put your wrong details in typing an application. They never asked. Quietly typed the Visa application without asking a single question. I noticed when next day, after online submission of my application, they gave me print out and I found the error. MOST IRRITATING THING - ALL OF THEM DEFENDED THEIR MISTAKE BY SAYING "SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? NOTHING MAJOR"
People, we pay for their service, supposed to be error free. The correction in immigration data is not a small issue. THEY ARE SHAMELESS. NEVER CALLED ME BACK AFTER PROMISING THAT THEY WOULD GET IT CORRECTED IN 2 DAYS. AVOID THIS CENTRE.
