Marina Al Bateen Resort

Last July 24,2022 we went to resort just to take a reservation for my friend birthday (july28, Thursday) as we went there we are ready to give the advance payment for our reservation but as per the management instructed us no need for the advance payment just we will come and pay.and I have contact to Mr.ahmed as he mentioned and proudly shared to us he is the one handling for all the kabayans party and reservations.and I call him how many times.just I want the reservation cleared for us but he is always mentioning in WhatsApp and via phone call UR RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED AND YOU ARE MY RESPONSIBILITY DONT WORRY GEM.okay so I make calm. 7: 05 pm Thursday before we arrived I call.mr.ahmed I inform him that we are on the way on the resort.so we are happy the ambiance was verry nice to unwind.around pass 9: 30pm we are prepared for swmming so finally I meet Mr.ahmed and for the 2nd time around I meet the management staff.im happy to give my payment for our entrance fee.and he will tell there's a problem they put chlorine so not allowed to swim.so.if they can mentioned to us that we are not allowed to get that reservation day.why didn't inform us as early so that we can inquire other resort.what ever happened to them that's there obligation.and they are responsibility also to inform there customers as early.then they are proud that there biggest customers is kabayans
. How we are feel now.if you doing this things for the kabayans. YOU GIVE US MEMORABLE WORST EXPERIENCE IN YOUR RESORTS. DO YOUR JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES IF YOU WANT YOUR BUSINESS SUCCESSFUL. ALL THE STAFFS ESPECIALLY MR. AHMED I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU WHAT U DID FOR US.

Am loving this place.
It doesn't seem like the pandemic is around this place, the club here is awesome.

It was a great experience and have a very good staff thanks Ghaith for being such a nice person.

Cleaning at the office area and parking required.
No security guard at the gate to guide the visitors.

This place was simply amazing. The location, food, customer service, vibe and everything else was just top of the class. Overlooking the marina and the large swimming pool, this place is great for spending some quality time with friends and family. We had dinner with 1 KG mixed grill, which was more than enough for us, a family of four (in the pool restaurant). I believe, during sunset, this place could be even gorgeous. Hence, we are looking forward to return here another time during sunset. The whole family loved this place.

Not recommended at all.got known via groupon but taken photos are not reflecting the reality!
The swimming pool water looks dirty and not changed since ages.alot of dirt, sands and left tissues and empty bottles here and there.
Very old toilets and no shower or changing
room in service even no
light there.if there is no star n the review I would like to choose.

Nice place with greenery, cooperative marina staffs. Easy accessible areas. Neat and clean marina.

It is an all-inclusive tourist retreat, including a disco, a Lebanese club, an International restaurant and a swimming pool.

Nice marine and now there is a new boat renting company called S. T. Marine they do give great prices just ask for itb

One if the first of its kind in Abu Dhabi but has passed its glory. Still services boat enthusiasts and has a decent Lebanese restaurant, but definitely needs an update.

Great Middle Eastern food. Best time of the year to go there is winter. You can sit out side.
