Marina Mall

This mall is ruined. It used to be one of the best in Abu Dhabi but now they’re trying to “modernize” it when in reality it’s not a good mall anymore with all its personality removed.

You might not understand this if you didn’t know Marina Mall in the past, but it used to be so lively and full of personality:

- There was a water fountain in the middle of the mall where it could play to the beat of the music. This was removed recently (not a good decision)
- The food court was designed as Victorian era houses where every restaurant was its own house with nice windows and designs (this was removed for an more “modern” food court on the third floor called the canopy which is always hot since it is under the tent ceiling of the mall)
- One of the best cinemas in Abu Dhabi has been closed for YEARS and literally no one is telling us why or when/if it will reopen ever. This is probably contributing to the constant emptiness of the mall.
- There used to be a building close by for Centerpoint and it was really big now it has moved to a much smaller place inside the mall.
- There used to be a beautiful ice skating rink which is now replaced with Bounce.

Frankly the only reason I come to this mall is for grocery shopping at the good Carrefour there because it’s the only unchanged thing in this depressing mall.

You can find whatever you need,
The food is great, clean (at the places i visited).
The weather was so hot, and inside the building is a freezing AC compared to the weather

Easy to get around. Friendly staff and very helpful. Lots of upscale stores. Great food court.

Very disappointing. Apparently the mall is currently being renovated. Many shops were closed and paths were blocked off. If you want to specifically go to a shop, OK, but not nice for strolling.

Maybe it's because it's so hot outside, but I feel like I'm in heaven. I just looked around the market, but the thing that caught my eye the most was the fruits. Thinking about my luggage, I think I should have eaten a lot.

You can literally find everything you want, need and desire.
The location is unique and magnificent And also next to it are the tallest flag in the world

لم يسمحوا لي في للدخول بدون فحص كوفيد19 لقد قدمت من الشارقة للمارينا و لم يسمحوا لي حتا في دخول الباب و هذا مزعج جداً و الجميع منزعج و لن اذهب الى هنالك مرة اخرا. فقط هوا من يطلب هذا الفحص. لم علي دفع 100 درهم سعر الفحص لمجرد انني اريد المشي قليلاً في المول ؟!

Hatten uns mehr erhofft, man muss schon wissen was man stoppen will. Es ist einfach (zu) riesig.

One of good mall of Abu Dhabi, went there for document attestation at infinity services. It was a smooth process, took 24hrs for degree attestation.

Not a large mall but had a good amount of stores for a quick walk thru.

Got to visit yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience for my 4 year-old-kid in particular as it made a big space for kids to play around in a wide range of indoor activities!

Take enough spare time to see this mall 3hrs is not enough!

رائع رائع رائع وأنا دائما أذهب إليه والجميل أنه الآن يجري فيه العديد من التعديلات وافتتاح الكافيهات الرائعة مثل لادورية وتن الفن بوتيك واربيكا مما يجعل الروح ترجع إليه وإقبال الكثير من الناس وهنا يكمن الذكاء وهو التجديد وفتح العديد من المحال والكافيهات

We go to this mall every weekend for our grocery shopping at Carrefour. The food court (still many kiosks to open) is open and spacious. The mall generally is not over crowded something that we prefer especially right now in the pandemic.

This mall is big by anyone's standards. There are many shops and stores, both locally sourced and universally available. Plenty of good food from many places (local, France, U. S. A, etc.). Bowling, trampolines, fun stuff for most ages. Also, Carrefours downstairs.
The interesting piece are the many wall arts around the mall which gives you many photo opportunities. The Ferris wheel is also a good option to get the view of the city with the Etihad Towers.

Favorites mall in Abu Dhabi. Big and clean, Carrefour is huge and provide major attractions to marina mall

It was good mall. And the mammoth displaying its history is informative within a shopping mall.

Yeah I rarely go malls without a wooly mammoth now. I’m all like yo get a wooly mammoth and I’ll consider buying my new Jordan air max pump action classics at your shop. If there’s no wooly mammoth I just don’t wanna know. Ya feel me?
