I wanted to eat Middle Eastern food, so I ordered it.
The chicken was also tender and delicious.

Price higher than other restaurants. But good quality. Don't order from noon, They will deliver late

Everything tastes extremely baaaad, the shawarma chicken, the mexican and the grilllll. Shawarmaaa are extremely dryyy!

غير معقول. مع ان مطعم قديم ولكن المستوى دون المطلوب. الشاورما باردة. ورائحة الشيشة من الكوفي شوي المجاور واصلة داخل المطعم

Over priced, very small portion, disgrace for Emirati culture considering the food portions are huge here!

Please write that you stop taking orders at 9: 30! I came all the way 9: 40 and it was closed wish I knew it closes 9: 30 I wouldn’t bother coming

I used to order everyday from this restaurant, today i received my chicken Shawarma & Meat Shawarma with a very poor quality, Very bad taste, Very bad smell, the smell of chicken is everywhere in the house. Will never order again.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very polite. The ambiance was good. It's very clean. I am an avid fan of eating shawarma. The pickles and garlic sauce are not the usual ones you eat outside. They are blended and prepared very well, every bite of shawarma you'll enjoy until the last bite. Have a visit and for sure you'll have a good one too!

Ordered some grilled bbq items. Some wraps, salad, bread and dips. Absolutely loved each of the items. All cooked and served perfectly.

The food was fantastic, really fresh. The shawarma was very juicy, my recommendation is to go for the SAJ one.

So i order mix grill, chicken shawarma, tabbouleh, vine leaves, falafel platter via their app. I was quite surprised that they have delivery in shamkha abudhabi. The order arrived in time. The tabbouleh was as good as fresh! I was totally impressed with their fresh breads that came with the grill. The sandiwches were really tasty and has huge size fries as well. The vine leaves were juicy and well done and the mix grill was the party winner! The grills were super juicy and delicious and had all adds on. Will soon be ordering again.

High price and tiny sandwiches! I order chicken and shrimp sandwiches and I was shocked by the small size and the portion of chicken and shrimp in the sandwich.

Food from Maroosh is really tasty and delicious! I truly recommend you to try!
They have everything: shrimp, chicken, meat and so on!

I’m in kahlifa city branch you staff are so misbehaver. They doesn’t know how to treat with costumer.

We just ordered shawarma for home delivery very bad all the chicken pieces were burnt and hard to chew. No taste at all and so salty. I think they packed us the left over of a shawarma. We will never order from them again

Over priced meal, very small, little quantity of potato’s and one can of cola 300 ml total is 45 AED! For take away meal!

Poor service. Received my saj late and it’s not hot anymore when I got it, and the quality of food doesn’t justify the price.

Its my go to food whenver i want to treat myself. BEST SHAWARMA INS UAE hands down. Be it their chicken/ meat in samoon, saj or pita brads, they are d best. So juicy and flavorful. Plus every other day they come up with a new Shawarma dish to try out. I am sure there chefs are very creative:)

Very very very bad service. Rude sevice waiters specialy the arabic (african) nationality guy, he gave me cold shawarma and he told me we dont have other, if u like take it and if u dont like then give back he answer me like this. Very slow in preparing food also. When u enter in resto full of mess, no arrangment at all no heigene.i will give less than zero our of ten.

Worst service. Terrible reception staff. Expensive food, low quantity and takes long time to deliver. Never go again. Got a cold shawarma. Looks like they kept it prepared long time back.

I advise them to improve their service because they take long time to prepare you sandwiches or meals and need to improve Shawarma quality not as before

طلبت شوارما لحم صاج 15 درهم وسندويش دجاج صاج 13 درهم على اساس الصاج خبزه كبيره لكن حجم الخبز الصاج اصغر من حجم الخبز اللبناني الصغير زد على ذلك كميه الشوارما قليله جداً يدوبها ريحه شوارما انصح بعدم الاكل عندهم

I made an order for iftar.food came late (long time after iftar), packaging of the food damaged, and missing an item from my order. Food quality was below average. Definitely not ordering from here again

Ordered mixed grill on wensday 31/3 for delivery. Was delivered cold and the quantity is a joke. كتير بخيل بصحنه وغالي ع الفاضي لا انصح به

الاكل جيد لاكن التوصيل وخدمه الزبائن عى الهاتف سيئه جدا. الاكل يأخد اكثر من ساعه وربع للوصول. النصيحه الطلب عن طريق طلبات

Fine fast food, but nothing special and there's usualy crowded so you will wait first to order and than to get your food.

Very bad. Order delayed. More expensive than other restaurants for nothing! 28 aed for very very simple shawarma meal is too much! Only shawarma pieces and fries!

This review is for a collection order.

I always order from their Makani Mall branch. Today I was driving by this area and saw Maroosh.

I ordered the Chicken Sandwich which was very tasty. Hummus with meat, and some Falafel. Good quality food. Service was late because they had many orders. I don’t mind waiting for my food to be cooked nice and hot. Rather have something made fresh then something cold.

Closed for dining. Takeaway orders only.

Good customer service. Parking is available.

I always make the same mistake of ordering from there, just because the taste is nice when they rarely send a delivery order correct.

They never adjust the sandwich as you want or request, even that on the phone they agree offcourse, but never comes out right.

Mixing hummus with taook, instead of garlic.
Forgetting orders but charged on the bill.
Cold food.

Endless time of waiting for delivery.

Avocado Juice spilled from the bottle.
No garlic with chicken because they forgot to add.

And when ever you call to complain about the above, they rarely apologize, and will never compensate anyth, no money, no service recovery.

Very poor quality don’t even deserve 1 star. When call for home delivery they say different price than the menu. They just rip you off. Ordered mix grill. Poor quality meat. Feel so bad. Only few pieces. Was cold when delivered. I have tried mix grill in many other restaurants. For less price double portion with high quality. I don’t think the management even care these customer reviews to improve.
Never again from this place.

Very good food but. If you order food they will give after 1 hr some time more then 1hr I don't know what they I'll doing inside the kitchen.

أول مرة واخر مرة اطلب من عنده
طلبت 2 كيلو مشاوي مشكلة (bbq box) من العصر عشان يجهزه الساعة سبع المساء يعني قبل ساعتين على الاقل, طرشت الصغار اييبون البوكس مع الدريول ويوم وصلوا قالوله الطلب قالهم مافي طلب بهذا الاسم (نفس الريال اللي انا كلمته) وعقب اتصلوا فيني واقوله اسم الطلب ألف مره وبعده مايفهم وعقب استوعب. قالي ايوه جاهز.
الطلب ماكان جاهز واستلموه الساعة ثمن يعني بعد ساعة من الموعد. وكل مايسألونه متى بيخلص يقول عشر دقايق عشر دقايق. نقعهم ساعة جدام المطعم.

Food is okay, but not worth the wait. 30 minutes for 2 shawarma sandwiches where it would normally take a fair 7-8minutes in other restaurants!
Order from them if your fine wasting time waiting for a 30 minute sandwich.

Wait time was more than 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Food tasted weird (both bread and meat). Not worth the wait or money.

Good food. Only to go or delivery. Price little expensive. الطعام لذيذ. الاسعار عاليه قليلا. لايوجد مكان للاكل بالداخل

12 pieces of small falafel for 16.8 dirham. It's a rip-off. Regrading the taste, it's ok but not wow. Everywhere it's 5-10 dirham max

I consider the weekly restaurant to me especially as it offers fast delivery service to any place in Abu Dhabi

Very delicious and famous restaurant. A must try if nearby. My personal favorite is the Maroosh Cocktail.
