Marriott Executive Apartments Downtown Abu Dhabi

Spacious apartment! We are family of 4 & stay into a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 double beds and 1 king size bed, plus 2.5 bathrooms! It’s absolutely enough to cater a group up 6 people.

The apartment comes with full set of kitchenwares, dish washer, washer, hangers, iron broad for clothing…. You may stay in this apartment up to a year with no regrets!

Large shopping mall is minutes away and opposite to the hotel. You may grab all the American foods in the food court. Wendy’s, Burger King, McDos, Popeyes, Charleys…, Lots of choices. Clothing apparels like Next, American Eagle, Max, Foot Locker are there! Highly recommended for families to stay!

A fantastic service apartment in the Heat of Abu Dhabi. We stayed over F1 weekend in a two bedroom apartment. The facilities and the staff were amazing and all our requests were taken into consideration. I can only highly recommend the property and the team lead by Dean. Big shout out to Erit for taking into consideration, all our requests and making our stay memorable!

Worst service ive ever had in dubai! They made me leave the whole city not wanting to ever come back again! Specially the manager in the reception, very disappointed at my experience with them! I couldn’t believe this kind of customer service is in dubai!

Fabulous hotel and apartments. We are a family of 4 staying in the 2 bedroom suite. It's more than spacious with every need covered. Rooms are luxurious with kitchen & laundry. Well kept property. The service is first class. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff are very accommodating. Conveniently located across the street from a large mall.

شقه مناسبه العائلة يوجد فيها مطبخ وادوات المطبخ وتوستر وطباخ ومغسله وميكرويف وثلاجه وغساله لكن تنشيف الغساله ليس ١٠٠٪؜. يوجد منشر لتعليق الملابس المغسولة. يوجد حمام خاص للغرفه الماستر وحمام خاص للغرفة ذات السريرين التون المنفصلين. لكن الشور لهذا الحمام ليس معلق. ملاحظة: تم طلب السلبرز وفرش الاسنان والمعجون والكلنكس للغرفه لانها لم تكن متوفره

Incompetent staff. Whilst our stay had nothing been short of amazing because of the hotel facilities and location, the check-in/out staff ruined it for me. They have pre-authorised my credit card TWICE! They erroneously billed me for a breakfast which didnt match the amount of the pre-authorised amount during check-in, Gladwin the reception asked me to tap my credit card again “to complete” the process. I hesitated but i trust him to know what he was doing. Instead of completing the transaction, he initiated another pre-authorisation which doubled my charges on my card! Then he seek help from Mohamed who was never apologetic to the inconvenience they have caused me. They keep saying “ i understand bla bla” but never did i hear a sorry from them! They reversed their error on their system but they cannot do anything anymore on their mistake on pre-authorisation charge. They asked me to call my bank to cancel it- i am overseas and have to spend money to buy phone credit because of their incompetence.

Excellent option for long stays in downtown Abu Dhabi. Staff are very polite and facilities are excellent. Same for the cleaning services. Apartments are spacious and modern and well equipped. Views of the city are interesting. Location is convenient and equidistant from most main places and landmarks in town. Food at the hotel restaurants and bars is tasty and reasonably priced. Of course if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member you’ve got benefits.
Only drawback is the traffic in the area. It’s the intersection of 2 big avenues and it can easily get hectic, chaotic and noisy.

Excellent service. Rooms well cleaned with the right facilities to make your home away from home superb. Special attention to Covid-19 protocol Excellent. At the restaurant and around. Staff very respectful and friendly. All rounded Excellent customer experience. My family and I are more than happy to recommend you to our network and whenever we are in Abu Dhabi or around the world, we are sure to look out for a Marrioit Executive apartment.

My first time staying at an Executive Apartment from Marriott. The layout fit our family perfectly and had more than enough space. The staff were very polite and accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. There are several excellent restaurants on the property and we enjoyed fantastic breakfast every morning.

Being a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member I would not recommend this property.

Hospitality is subpar than other Marriotts that is evident in the quality of service rendered by every team from Sales to house keeping, from front office to dining.

I will not consider this property in future.

Very spacious room the swimming pool was indoor and clean very good service the lift was not very good overall great

I liked the 3 bedroom apartment. It was very wide and comfortable. It is a nice choice for a long stay.

I stayed last April 2018 and it is a wonderful place to stay. The apartments were superb, nice and clean. The Sri Lankan Room boy Amila really took care of us. Debbie too was very helpful in catering all our needs when in need. It is a great place to stay. From the checkin to check out we were taken care as including the security were very friendly.

We stayed as a family for about 8 months at the Marriott Executive Apartments.
After our arrival and a very quick check in, we got our apartment. First thing: the view. So breath taking. Impressive. Our two girls (3 & 7) loved it from the first moment. In the kitchen we found a very big surprising surviving package. All the needs for the first days are in there.
In the big living room we found some very delicious dates and some arabic sweets.
The hold stay was like, you stay at your second home.
We like to say thank you to the cleaning staff. On my point of view, they have the hardest job. Always time pressure to got the room on time ready. But, still the worked so fast.on the end they could make some animals from the towels. Then our kids came home from school and nursery, they always enjoyed the towels animals a lot. If the Cleaner wasn't working at our apartment and the kids didn't found the animals.sometime for weeks.they miss it.
We like to thank you the reception staff. They never (!) forgot a birthday, or if one family member was sick.the came with special treatment.
On the end of our stay, we received a lot of personal gifts. Ritu, thanks a lot for the beautiful "Memories powered by fairy dust" booklet. Since we are back in Germany.a lot of friends enjoyed to read it.
Also a big thanks to the wife of Akila.she made us a very special gift. We got it safe home and now we found a place for it in our house.
We stayed in the executive two bedroom. The rooms all very big and you will have a lot of space for storage your things.
The kitchen has all what you need. Its very, very good sorted. Only the coffee maker is missing.we knew it before and we bought our own to Abu Dhabi. We saw other apartments, but the Marriott was the one for us. Yes, the price is high.but you will have a apartment with all new and not 10 Years used furniture and kitchen appliance.
For me personally; I loved to bee near to a mall. The Al Whada Mall has every thing you need or may not. The supermarket LuLu (in the Al Whada Mall) is a dream. They have everything.
We can highly recommend the Marriott Executive Apartments. For Family's it will be enough space. Just one thing we are missing.a little playground. Only the pool option for a long stay family will not be enough. Kids like to play, climb and to run around.
We are wishing the Marriott all the best for the future in Abu Dhabi.
