It is awesome restaurant for Pakistani and Indian food. All the dishes I have tried are delicious!

It's a small restaurant and sits only 8 to q0 people at one time. Food doesn't get to the taste that one would expect other than some paratha roles that are good. This was the second attempt and don't think will be going again as it doesn't fit our taste.

Ordered take-out for first time.
They make fresh kabab rolls which does takes time to prepare. Order was ready in 30 - 35 mins

In the past it was really good but not good anymore. The chicken they use is mostly hard and not well cooked. Their famous chickpeas are also not consistent any more. One day it taste good next day not good.

Taking much time and don’t follow first come first serve they look the order volume who has more order will serve first

This place is not Pakistani resturant
It’s North Indian type with some mixed Pakistani dishes copied
Secondly they don’t accept any smiles voucher as per them it’s not acceptable in store amazing
Taste just ok more of Indian type
Trying to put spices to make is bit different but overall remains same

I ate halwa poori and it was fantastic. Also, surprisingly, it didn't make any heart burn situation for me (which sometimes happen if I eat fried stuff). Overall it was a good experience and I'll try it again someday

The worst Chicken Kebab Roll and Beef Roll too. No flavor at all in the rolls. Tasted like just boiled meat in a puri rolled up!

I had valid “Buy one get one on smile voucher” and they don’t honor. Worst marketing strategy…. For delivery - they make u sir for 40 min wait in shop just for ready food.

Masala is a great place! They serve high quality qood portion dishes at a reasonable price! The quality is consistent and you would never regret trying it out! Once you do you will definitely be hooked!

I've ordered "Butter chicken with mixed bread plate" the service was horrible and the butter chicken wasn't good

I ordered twice from Masala, the first time was better. In the second time, I ordered quinoa salad and I got onion salad with zero quinoa. The rice and naan were below average. The main dishes had flavor, but were extremely hot even though I ordered regular.

Delicious food, although its a small Dine-in resto but they serve very tasty Pakistani cuisine.

Chicken Kebab Kadhai - 9/10
This dish was not listed on the menu and we requested the manager to make it which he gladly accepted. The chicken was fresh and Kadhai taste was superb.

5 stars for food, the ambience should not be mentioned as the restaurant is too small and majority of the sales is through delivery here. They are very strict with the covid protocol and they wont allow to sit more than 3 person at one table which is good. The food is really tasty and should definitely try for people living around here.

Small place but full of taste, their malai boti wrap awesome and malai boti kabab as well, Staff soo nice and helpful, portion are missing some side's compares to it's cost, no separate dining area for families, overall must have to try.

Tried a couple of dishes here and liked them all, although I think the haleem was a bit off the mark (the taste was fine, it's only that it didn't look like pakistani haleem). The barbeque and karahis were fab.authentic desi flavors! The naans and tikka are also a must try. Do try the kheer here. Its lit! Do call ahead for dining in as space is limited. The prices could have been a bit lower. A great experience overall!

Tried many dishes from Masala, they never disappoint. Taste is really good.

We ordered chicken tikka biryani through ZOMATO yesterday. The service was very quick. The order reached us in less than thirty minutes. It was one of the better chicken tikka biryanis we have had recently. It came with spicy potato chips which we really liked. The portion was also enough for one. Pricing was fair compared to taste quality and quantity. We would definately like to order the same again next time.

Not at all meant for Indians certainly not for South Indians or anyone who loves spicy food. Sheer disappointment. Food was exactly opposite to the name of the restaurant.

Biryani was a boiled yellow rice with few fried onions in it.
Sheekh kabab was not at all from fine minced chicken, rather weirdly chopped chicken giving unusual taste.
Naans were like pizza base.

On the display it says Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, bla bla bla.one thing is for sure the food was nowhere close to an Indian cuisine.

Lots of improvements needed.

One of the best restaurant in Town. Recommend the Bar B Q item & Rolls. The Food no doubt have a good taste. But i wont recommend Biryani and Nihari.

Beef Nihari was good. Served with a small pot of ginger and chills. Daal mash had a Desi Ghee tarka.

Price: 1 star, its expensive and taste is not extra ordinary. You can get much better taste & quantity for less price.

Accuracy of order. 2 stars, supposed to deliver 2 breads instead of 1.

Delivery time was as indicated and food was hot when we got it. The driver was friendly.
The food was tasty. The lamb and beef was a little spicy, which we liked as it was ordered "mildly" spiced. The Naan was a little different to the Naan you get usually at an Indian restaurant and seemed more like a Mediterranean flat bread.

Good place to have a biryani and tikka. Especially if you're looking for Indian or Pakistani food. Also, there Halwa puri for breakfast is owsum.

A nice pakistani resturant.
Specially the Nihari- Aloo Paratha and Dal Mash and BBQ is also v good
