Very bad service i dont reccomend, the dont respect time late for an event the guest left before the cake arrive. Dont trust them with your occasions

Very very bad experience, the guy who calls him self a manager in the branch (A) is very rude and he is not helpful at all, he messed up all the order and didnt give me my money back, the cake design is very bad, the cake taste bad too, their is no customer service at all. Worse experience i had ever with a cake shop and they still see their self not mistaken.

I waited 6 months for my gender reveal only to have this bakery send a cake that didn’t contain the gender, i found out surrounded by guests in my gender reveal party. They ruined a special moment i will never be able to recreate.

الصراحة صدمة انا متعوده اطلب من فرع بوظبي ويكون المكان مرتب ونظيف فرع خليفة اعتقد يحتاجون عامل نظافة لان المكان وصصصصصخ لو اعرف جي ما كنت طلبت منهم

I wish i saw the reviews before i ordered! Very bad service and quality! 10 mins before my puck up time they asked for a photo to print for the cake! And they delayed 1 hour! Very disappointed!

I ordered a cake I wanted costumes, but i didn't receive what i request, the cake was not as the colour that i asked for and the stars that on the cake was not exactly what i asked for, i also ordered on the cake to make a 2 pockets they were not the same.in a nutshell, the work is not professional and i waited one hour additional so they can finish.

ورفعت شكوه لفرعين ابوظبي والعين وللاسف كان الرد مانقدر نعوضك باي شيء. اسوء تعامل ممكن اقابله فحياتي. الموضوع مبدأ. الكيكه طعمها جدا سيء وكلهاااااا عباره عن كريمه والتعامل من فرع العين كان جدا سيء … not recommended at all

التعامل اللي في فرع ابوظبي جدا ججداا سيىء استوالي ٣ ايام احاول اطلب كيكه! و الموظفين مع المسوؤل حسن قاعدين يستغبوني و كل واحد يحط اللوم ع الثاني لين وصلوني مرحله عشان اكلهم لازم اصارخ عشان يحترمون نفسهم

النوعيه الكيك الداخليه جيدجدا وليس معهم قابليه لتنويع الطبقات او النكهات ولكن من الشكل الخارجي مقبول نوعا ما ولكن بدون جوده
السعر عالي مقابل الجوده.

من اروع الكيكات اللي أكلتها والى الان كل اللي جربها عندي يطلب مني رقم الطلب والتواصل ممتاااازة ويستاهل ١٠ من ١٠ والله يوفقكم ويبارك لكم

طلبت كيكة عيدك في بيتك ولما رجعت البيت شفتها شكلها ابدا مب حلو الكتابة اللي عليها مقرفة وشكل الكيكة باهتة ومخربطة. ما انصح حد فيه ابد

لا يستاهل ولا حتى نجمة. الخدمة سيئة جدا جدا. لا يوجد احترام للزبون. وعدم مصداقية بالوقت. اسعار خيالية. ينقصهم اسلوب تسويق وخدمة عملاء. ربما يستاهل نجمة واحدة لمذاق الكيكه

جودة عالية في تقديم الكيك والسعر مناسب وتعامل الموظفين لبق بالاضافة انه يمكن الطلب عبر الواتساب والدفع عن طريق التحويل الالكتروني في مصرف ابوظبي الاسلامي

It sucks! Been waiting for 1hour 11mins for a very small cake! Staff don't know how to accomodate customers.they we're selective.local they will entertain immediately. Wow Cake is better than Master Cake.

The cake is full pf cream, actually it is only cream, very expensive for just whipped cream, tasteless and useless, i ordered 4 flavors and the all are the same inside just some additional artificial taste and color for the again “cream”
Definitely not recommended!

المكان مرتب وأنيق، والكيك والحلويات الأخرى لذيذة، والأسعار معقولة مقارنة بأسعار السوق، ولكن نصيحة للعاملين أن يلبسوا القفازات من باب النظافة.
