McDonald's

The supervisor is very bad, he didn't know how to behaviour a customer, he didn't know how to respect a customer,

I have gone to many McDonald's over Uae. But it's the 1st one where customer service is very poor. Also, in a place like Deerfield Mall, which is one of the good malls in Abu Dhabi. In weekends most often due to rush there will be delay in placing order. That's usual. But there is no rush in this McDonald's still I waited for long for their happymeal for my kids. Burger was good. I cannot say it was delicious. Very disappointed.

I honestly quite liked this place and employees but the last time I went the assistant manager named “Arjun” took my phone after I used the coupon on the MacDonalds app. He put a positive review of their store from the app so he can inflate the reviews and boost his store compared to the others. None should take someone else’s phone unless with permission and I am quite annoyed at his behavior

To much bed staff here not give the respect to the riders i am not this branch

Poor customer service representatives comparing to UAE. Rude behavior while we asked about the menu and details.

Quality and consistency. I love their breakfast and discounted meals and deals on their App.
