We recently visited the ENT specialist Dr Geo Ninan, and had the worst possible experince. Diagnosis was totally wrong and with no further questions and enquiry the doctor prescribed Brufen and antibiotic not even relevant to the ear problem. Pain was horrible and increased over the 3 days. After that we visited a Dr in Aster and he was surprised that the Medeor Dr has wrongly diagnosed the issue and given rubbish medicines. Please avoid this doctor at all cost. I have messaged the hospital to provide feedback to the hospital and no reply yet from the hospital.

I was patient for this hospital since 2015 all dr amazing specially dr shashikant and dr toufic and dr ashref they are speciall for this hospital and customer care servive was very good

The wait time at the emergency is too long. The patients are already sick and unable to sit for long. Atleast that should be considered. The staff don’t even tell you how long it will take.

We thank you to doctor deepak and nurse jamilla every moment of my boyfriends life since day 1 because his doctor, dr.deepak he treated us us a family we feel that even we are worried he moltivate us soon you are ok its a big help for us together his nurse, nurse jamilla she very very nice to us i cant explain but all my expirence is totally greatful and thank god to these 2 person.
During his biopsy is totally great thank you of the 4 person who assist him his doctor, dr.deepak, nurse jamilla the other nurse and the doctor for ultrasound.

The other thing in the reception section all the staff are absolutely perfect they are friendly to us. We dont have any expirence a bad attitude they will always assisting and accommodating to us they are so great thank you to all of them.

I visited yesterday evening Medeor hospital with my cousin she is on back pain i went to bone receptionist he is very helpful he called the nurses to let me to attend and finish fast with dr srekant honest i feel value, more care and respect fom all the staff specially the recipient when he give priority for my cousin case

I visited Medeor Hospital 2016 under Dr. Toufic and I was diagnosed of Breast Cancer stage 1. Operated in this hospital and successfully cured with the help team. Dr. Khalid, Dr. Younnis & Dr. Prem was part of my recovery.

I visited Medeor Hospital for the procedure of endoscopy. I was really anxious coz it’s my first time to do this kind of procedure but Dr. Kirty is so professional and I know that I will be in good hands during this procedure. Thanks A lot. Just want to share my experience. It's my first time here in Medeor hospital for my vaccine. Upon arrival I feel I'm entering hotel. Ambiance here is very therapeutic (entrance view: as if your walking in aquarium floor i'm looking for fish but nothing, so clean hospital, some of the rooms are designed as if your in "ocean park".) highly recommend.

I believed I made a wise decision in choosing to have an operation done in your hospital. From my chosen doctor, nurses, services, other staff and food choices all are highly recommendable.
In addition, greatly appreciate the entertainment they provided-thru smart tv wherein there are many channels to watch in different languages. As a Filipino patient, alone on this scenario watching Filipino tv shows during my confinement helps in recuperating -for the time to pass by unnoticeably.
On my stay, non-medical staff constantly checking your condition, satisfaction or any complaints.
All of those helps me to cope well for speedy recovery.

Medeor Abu Dhabi is the worst place when it comes to the appointments and time waiting, we always trying to avoid visiting this hospital due to the wasting time we always experience. Yesterday we saw our doctor after 80 minutes of our appointment time, the doctor stayed for more than half an hour with the previous patient although many patients were outside and were upset of the delay. This hospital has the best equipments and new building, the only thing that should be made is to take care of this problem and to show more respect to the patients. It’s always not crowded but you need always to feel bad by waiting.

Insurance coordinator are very helpful and efficient when needed for insurance approval follow up. GP doctors are also providing good service! Thumbs up!

I had an appointment two days ago with dermatology Doctor. The Doctor was rushing me to choose between two treatments. When I asked as he a doctor what is the best for me he said it's okay to choose anyone you can try one treatment and said like twice do want me to write the treatment! I was doubted about the treatments and didn't know what is the difference between them and what's suits for me. The elevator is very very slow and took ages to get the certain floor.

Number 1 staff and very approachable and always smile everytime you asked something. All filipino staff are excellent. God Bless ️

Overall experience was commendable. A staff from the call center did a good job by giving reminder call on missed appointment that was rescheduled for following day, and of course, thank you Dr. James and team for the great care.

I was rushed at ER due to severe dizzines and vomitting and fainting and immidatelty attended by professional doctors and nurses and provided medical attention and necessary medical evaluation and treatment.
Sent to icu for precaution while waiting for the mri and scan report.
Was transferred to room after a day due to vertigo findings. And was discharged after 3 days.

Thanks for the doctors and nurses who took care of me espcially Doctor Prem, and all the medical assistance extended to me by Medeor and for their excellent professional job performance.
