This is my first visit at Burjeel Farha and i book an appointment to Dr.murtuza for my Knee Pain.and theres a one translator name Ms. Badria, she is been very helpful and friendly.im so happy that she delivered and explained nice and clear whats doctor said.and its easy to understand about the result.im so happy and thankful to this 2 employees of the Burjeel Farha.and im sure i will recommend to my family and friends this Hospital.and especially I would like to thank Dr. Murtuza and Ms. Badria.

Since I wasn’t feeling well, I visited the hospital. As I entered the hospital the main reception there was this girl her name is Sameera Asghar she was very helpful and there was another girl badriya she was helpful too and I had to get my blood tested there was another girl shamsa she was also helpful, they are well behaved.

Really glad to know that Dr Divyatha is back in Medeor. Kudos to the management for retaining such an amazing Doctor who is so dedicated, affable and has the best interest in the outcome of her patients.

تجربتي كانت سيئه للغايه التاخير في كل شي وفي كل زاويه اذا كنت ترغب بالعلاج في مديور يجب ان تتفرغ ليوم كاملللل حتى وان كنت نعلي فقط من زكام او شيء بسيط جدااا

Everything is fine but if you need to see a doctor, you need to take a PCR test. We go to the receptionist. There but you have to wait at least an 1hour. The receptionist came half an hour after I left. When you come back, you have to wait for another half hour.

Mohammed Muzammil, who is reception security staff is always helped me while I am having Physio in Al Ain Hospital.
Excellent support by overall staff during my treatment.

When I came to medeor hospital I was unable to walk and after consulting I was sent for physio therapy. After treatment done by therapist Binu now I am able to run. It was the best treatment I have undergone with full recovery.

Excellent service, I would like to thanks all the staff who assist me during my surgery last Sunday 12/12/21. My recovery is so fast, I can easily walk now and my wounds totally dry. I just love how they do the laparoscopic, the cut are just too small. I must say one of the best and recommended hospital in Al Ain as well their staff are so friendly. Special mention to Dr. Divyatha Jayaram who did a great job. Thank you so much for helping me out Doc. God bless you always. Continue to be a blessing to other.

I under had surgery on my right leg Dr murtuza is really amazing doctor he explained me everything and after my surgery Mr you therapist he was doing my treatments it was very good and the receptionist Mr shezan I appreciate him who cares and assisted me everytime reminding my appointment daily and arranging hospital transportation and he is available when I call in department for help I will this hospital to my friends

I read the comments before visiting the hospital for the first time and I hesitated to go, but when I visited it, I found the reality completely different, and it is nothing but individual experiences that cannot be generalized. From the cleaner through the reception, nursing and end by doctors and pharmacist, it was a good experience Thank you for the great hospitality Medeor.

Came to the emergency in the hospital and we gave the id the reception at 10: 51 exactly and we asked him how many patient before us ans he said only one then we waited for a whole hour because the receptionist changed and the first one did not register us on the system and three people came after us and all of them went to the doctor before us while we came before them and when we speak with the receptionist he is seeing us and not responding at all like i talk to my self its not my first time in this hospital but it will be the last and when we said were can we complain he is not responding too so thats mean he will do whatever he want and you cannot complain at him? Sorry for the owner but you should recheck your staff again

Went to the hospital because of my recommendation from college for PCR test. First time it was closed as it was a holiday and I understand it completely, for the second when I went they said me I cannot do PCR test more than once a month (I have done PCR test 2 weeks ago though). The waiting hours are also so long and the staff doesnt even care about the patients. I recommend you either go Alain hospital, NMC Hospital they were the best hospitals for me. I am not saying this hospital is not good I am just saying that the staff members doesn't care about the patients at all (don't know about doctors though so I can't judge).

The worst service I experienced in This hospital, specially the reception staff are illiterate, even they did not pronounce the correct name as well as one day prior appointment I have wait for almost 90 mins. Plz shut down the hospital because you guys did not know about hospitality,

I had been to medeor hospital Urgent care with my kid. My kid had been severely sick. Thank you so much for the care and especially the nursing staff Ms. Reeja was excellent the way she was approaching the patients, especially pedia patients.god bless you

The administration staff are unfriendly and inconsiderate of the patients needs. Patients are made to wait for extended periods of time while they show no concern for them and little regard that they are there because they are ill. It is highly stressful as patient priority should be first. There needs to be a system in place to speed up the waiting period and make the staff more friendly and helpful. This is not my first experience having this problem and I wonder if anything will be done to change this. I do not wish to email you as you can see my complaints. Train your staff so you can raise the standards of your hospital according to the high expectations of this amazing country.

The rest everything is good except the reception. Attitude and grumpy faces will be shown, uninterested in serving the patients. The process is so slow that with that time a person can reach Abu Dhabi. Literally it takes 30 minutes just for registration and another 30 minutes to see GP. Sometimes the GP's would be roaming around and patients would be waiting. Just like me. Been 20 minutes and nothing yet.

Please improve for doctor service I always come here and pay money bcs it's near to my home, and please welcome for all nationality patients.
I say hello to one lady doctor in emergency service, but she even not reply me anything and when she ask me for ID card (ID) only one word with out welcome mood. And when she finishes treatment she said (Finished) one word same. Then I say thank you she even didn't reply me anything. Please be hospitality to the patient.

بصراحة المستشفى جدا راقي بس في عندهم شح في المياه المعدنية و لا يوجد لديهم كوفي شوب يخدم المراجعين والمتنومين واجهزة الكوفي عندهم لا تفي بالمطلوب ومن الجميل عندهم مكان لمرافق واحد للمريض حتى ولو في العناية المركزة ولكن الا فضل للمرافق ان ياتي بفراشه وان احتجتوا اي شي من البقالة الارقام عند افراد الامن ومافي توصيل للغرفة الا عن طريق موظفين المستشفى تقيمي للمستشفى 100/90

One of the worst experiences ever, no one wants to work and it will take forever until you get done with your request. Will never visit again.

I have the worst experience every time i do a Simple PCR test here, god help those who is coming here for anything else, horrible waiting time, horrible organization, always changing timing and i lose much time waiting to be registered even when there aren’t much people waiting, and btw, CHOOSE A DESIGNATED RECEPTION DESK, again, CHOSE A DESIGNATED RECEPTION DESK, every time i come i get sent to a different desk.

Hi everyone.my experience is very good because of doctor zahida jabeen such a nice humble, kind, coperative personality i am inspired from her the way she treated my wife realy thankful to doctr zahida jabeen the way she helped us i gave star 5 star because of her i pray to Allah give her happiness and rewarded with blessing ameen.

HOSPITAL LOOKED NICE AND CLEAN BUT SERVICE IS TOO SLOW. JUST HAD MY SWAB TEST AND TOOKED ME 1H AND SAW STAFF (INDIANS) ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING INSIDE THE SWAB TEST ROOM. STAFF EVEN JUST IGNORE PATIENTS ASKING FOR INFORMATION AND NOT NICE TO PATIENTS. COMPARED TO STAFFS AND NURSES FROM OTHER HOSPITALS, SO FAR THIS HAS THE WORST SERVICE.

It’s so sad that such a beautiful hospital would have such bad service. Everything is just slow, I mean everything. Came for my COVID Test, I was the first patient and had to wait for a very long time to be assisted, with no explanation given. The medical care is good but customer service needs some serious attention. The waiting is just too long, even if you have an appointment. Even now I’m still waiting to have the test done

Medeor Al Ain Complaint concerning Covid 19 vaccination

I would like to raise a complaint about the mismanagement of this hospital pertaining to our Covid 19 vaccine documentation.
We took our 2nd dose of the vaccine last 03 January 2021 and up this date, 28th February 2021 the supposed “E” symbol in the Al Hosn application is not yet available and visible due to the mishandling of the Medeor Al Ain staff of our vaccine file. The “E” symbol is recommended in our workplace and travels outside AUH and now we are facing difficulties with the weekly PCR test requirement due to Medeor staff NEGLIGENCE.
We are very DISAPPOINTED on how they mishandled our Covid vaccination file. We did not foresee how hassle it is to follow up with this hospital. They do not show any care or empathy towards this issue. My husband and I have been visiting the hospital almost every day and the staff there just don’t seem to know what to do with the concern and making it obvious that either they do not know the procedure or no process is in place with Medeor Al Ain at all.
They will always tell they will call back and update us but until today, the issue has not been rectified – almost 2 months of waiting and STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN DONE.
I do not recommend this hospital in entrusting your personal data to them as they don’t follow proper procedures in data entry or file management. I have loosen my trust in this hospital and very disappointed with their services.

Good Doctors, and staff. Poorly arranged registration process. Every time you have to wait minimum 45 to 1 hr to complete this process. Even Hospital informing to reach 15 minutes before appointment. But no use. Waiting 1 hr only to complete process. Management to rework the process to reduce waiting time. Only because of this I afraid to visit the Hospital.

Absolutely terrible service. We went there for a PCR test and sat there for more than 2 hours in an empty waiting room. Its been 3 days now and still have not received any results after being ensured we’ll get the results earlier today when I finally got through to the call center.

We were your customers from the the time the hospital opened. Sorry to say now even though it is the closest for us I would not prefer this anymore. Sorry to say your poor service, poor arrangements for appointments and making patients wait hours on end will definetly impact you very badly. Good amenities and ambience cannot make up for such sloppy service.

The worst service of front office staffs. The size doesn’t make service. Better consult a small clinics.

The service is horrible I had an appointment at 4: 45pm, I arrived at 4pm and I didn't get served until 7: 30pm, I went to ask staff and I got completely ignored. The lady who took my measurements and weight didn't say anything to me and I got treated like I wasn't there, she was rough and they didn't shut the door and 3 or 4 people just come into the room and the nurse started to have a full conversation. I will definitely never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Medeor Al Ain, Well i have given 2 star due to Good Hospital design & doctors, remaining 3 stars not worth to give, its been 3 weeks only i have been visiting this Hospital, its awsome when u book appointment but its worse if u reach on time, reached on time waited 45 Minutes to get noticed even there were no other patients, my second visit same waited 35 minutes and reception have to inform doctor that someone waiting for past 30 Minutes, so this was story when u book an appointment just imagine if you are " walk in" Patient, Good Luck to U, my fist experience basement regarding blood test, The receptionist there was so buzy buzy she doesn't have time to look at me and guide me properly which way should i go, i am not here to do give negative ratings, but i believe in proper communications, if ever u inform Patients who are waiting about how long it will gona take that will be more than enough rather than no communication at all, guess what still i will visit Medeor will share my feedback regarding next Visit, hopefully the management will take this piece of advice seriously.

Waited 4 hours for Blood Tests to come back. And the machine was broken. They kept saying 5mins. After 4 hours I left, the doctor proscribed me same medication that I showed him. Still feeling terrible. The nurses also were joking and talking so loud at the reception. So unprofessional. Dont recommend this hospital

The call centre doesn't have any clue of your appointments and when you call the main reception of alain, they never answer you. The decoration of hospital is very good but the services, a BIG ZERO.

The worste hospital i have ever entered, I have never enter my appointment on time, try calling them you will never get through. Keeping you waiting for an hour though you have an appointment, never respect patients while waiting as i feel its a hostipal culture to not respect appointment and customer time. Doctors are either eating or do nothing while we wait and wait. New modern hospital with no quality assurance and no professional staff

Call center agents needs an improvement as they do not follow up on patient's requests. Eveytime I needed to follow up.

I had good experience with Orthopedic Dr. Tamilmani, neurologist Dr. Maqbool and physiotherapist Dr. Binu. Specially Dr. Binu assisted me very well.

My experiance was not good.my kid was a frequent patient of this hospital.once when i called them they told appointments are over but come directly.but once i reached there they didnt allow to meet doctor.she was having a serious cough for 4 hours and they said if her temperature is very high then only they can consider this as emergency situation.we waited there long but was not allowed to meet doctor.i dont understand how they expect a kid having cough to have high temperature.i consider this as a sacred profession.i firmly believe patient should be more valued than rules.this happened a few months before.sorry for late review.

Very good hospital that has different specialty clinics. There are good in making fast appointment. Great environment and very comfortable rooms and great staff. There is coffee shop inside the hospital.

Medeor hospital Alain is a beautiful hospital situated in Alain.
One of the newer hospital which made a great impression.
Five star facility infra structure.
Friendly staff and very peaceful atmosphere.
Very fast service only exception is the pharmacy.
In out patient pharmacy, you have spend an average of 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Not recomending this hospital for an acute emergency/ life threatening illness.
