Very bad place they always late with no respect to appointments i was delayed 30 mins and they were very rude when i asked why they late.
Very old building also and not eligible to be a medical center

المبنى متهالك ولا يصلح ل الخدمات الصحية نظافة المكان ومدخل البناء جداً متدنية ، رائحة مزعجة جداً مصعد فديم جدا جدا جدا
اختيار الادارة سئ جداً اقدر اجتهادهم على نظافة المكان من الداخل ولكن هذا لا يغني عن رائحة المكيفات وسوء انتقاء المكان الصحيح

سويت ليزر من يومين حرقتني الحين ماقدر اتمشى او المس منطقه البكيني كامله حتى ملابسي الداخليه تحرقني يعني شي مش طبيعي لو ام كذا بشتكي عليهم الموضوع مو لعبه

Went in for a scale and polish and ended up being covered in water. I have been to a lot of places for a hygeinist clean but none have been so uncomfortable and wet. Although my teeth came out clean, it was chaotic. I got home and noticed a chunk of my moustache had been taken out. Wouldn't want this experience for someone I didn't like.

And for the FO team Mr. Mohamed, Ms.hadeel even the nurse gaslien for there follow up and there support in the clinic.

Ram! She is the best one session of laser i have done and i am very satisfied with the result. Something that no body gives this satisfaction to me when im doing it in the other clinic. I highly recommend her. Thank you very much Ram

Reaching someone from the clinic for a schedule is horrible. Nobody is answering their contact numbers both landline and mobile. I bought a groupon for a 4 session hydra facial, got my first session (which is good) but good luck to me of getting the next one soon.

Update on review Mar 2022: thanks for the effort of medical specialty centre. Great improvement on scheduling and answering calls. Keep it up. Dr Leyla of Hydrafacial is highly recommended.

First visit for laser. Ram was great, super thorough. Reception was kind and went out of their way to help me. Communication was clear and I appreciate that.

Dr. Leyla is amazing at her job in laser hair removal. Very gentle, very professional. Highly recommend her to all. Try to book morning sessions, so she herself can do the laser. Looking forward to visit this place and Dr Leyla again. Thank you very much

They have a very poor customer service. The fact that you posted your mobile number to the public is the fact that you are ready to respond to the inquiries, otherwise never put at all.

When customers reach out for some questions it only shows interest in the service, but for a moment you are ignoring that queries also the time customer loses interest. It is only showing that if you can't handle inquiries the services are more worst.

Don't trust the laser sessions done here. I did 11 sessions and only made my hair growth worse. The machine they have only targets fine hair and not suitable for thick black hair and the laser technicians dont have knowledge how to use the machine.one time they will shave and do and the next time, they will say this machine doesnt require the hair to be shaved. After wasting all my money thinking they are cheap, now im spending more outside to do it all over again.

My experience was negative. I booked an appointment for teeth cleaning/scaling and the receptionist made a mistake. She called me immediately to rectify it and that’s fine as we all can make mistakes. The day of the appointment went well (I don’t have any negative comments about the doctor who did the scaling/cleaning, she was fast and efficient) until I went back to the reception where they charged me the whole amount of the treatment despite me insisting that I was covered by my insurance. They checked (after I had already been charged on my card) and they found out that I was right. They offered me a voucher but I refused it as I don’t need any treatment at the moment. Then they told me they will refund me but they warned me it will take a while. Customer service to be improved a lot. A place I will not patronize again.

They deserve a negative rating! I have been getting my laser done from medical speciality centre for a year now! Technicians aren’t bad but receptionist are! I am a cabin crew so most of the time I am not in Abu Dhabi but even if I give them 4 to 5 dates of my OFF days they keep on saying they are fully booked and let me know if there is any cancellations but in reality they never get back to me! I have to send them hundreds of messages reminding them about my appointment booking but they never never respond! I have no idea what to do about it! Sometimes u need to wait even weeks to get just 2 hours of appointment! Pathetic customer service! I wish I could mark them less than one star! They deserve it!
