Very good, clean and professional hospital. I used mediclinic services under my insurance, and it was perfect. No issue at all and found very professional doctors and friendly staff.

وقت الانتضار في المستشفى دائما مشكلة لكن الممرضات يعملون قدر المستطاع لاسعاد الزوار و صراحة من أفضل الأطباء الذين تعاملت معهم في هذه المستشفى هو الدكتور عاهد بشارات قسم الاطفال انسان طيب في قمة الاحترام و تشخيصه ممتاز. احييه على تعامله الممتاز

خمسين مره يدقون يأكدون الموعد و كل مره أأكد لهم حسسوني اني بوصل يحصل الدكتور ينتظرني وصلت على موعدي و سجلت و نادوني لقياس الضغط بعد ساعه بالضبط و انتظرت ساعه اضافيه لين شافني الدكتور بينما لو المريض تأخر ربع ساعه لغوا موعده احترمو جداول المرضى شوي

انصح مرضى الشرايين والقلب بالدكتور عبدالله النعيمي وفريق عمله فحيث العلاج والإهتمام والمعاملة الطيبة

للاسف انتظرت اكثر من نص ساعه والدكتور لم يصل حتا والموظفين فالاستقبال كانوا غير مساعدين وغير مباليين ابدا وهذي اخر زيارة ان شاء الله لي للمستشفى

Very bad experience, there are 3 buildings but no signs to tell you which building have which clinic! We passed by 3 building walking with children until we missed our appointment! Even the main enterance reception we waitied for 10 minuted but no one therw!
When they called to confirm the appointment they didnt mention that it will be in building G either the sms reminder! Not efficient and not practical! Theyade the patient journey very hard specially for children

I had my lasik procedure done by Dr. Ayman Rashed. The best decision i made. From the examination to the actual procedure Dr. Ayman thoroughly explained every step of the way. I was so nervous. But Dr. Ayman and his staff (nurses) took great care in making sure I was at ease. They made me feel that I was in safe hands. Excellent team work!

Dr. Ayman Rashed should truly be commended for his professionalism. I am impressively happy with the results!

لا يوجد اي احترام للمواعيد، يكون موعدك على الساعة ٣ بتشوف الدكتور الساعة ٥، فوضة عارمة ولا يوجد اي تنظيم، اداريين دون المستوى من التنظيم والادارة!

ما فائدة المبنى الجديد والكبير دون إدخال المرضى على المواعيد المحجوزة؟ انتظار طابور الصيدلية عبارة عن عذاب.

Best hospital in Abu Dhabi everything is well professionally organized.good experienced doctors, nurses, administrator, lab etc.best part is all are you working as a team and very good coordination always friendly and smile on their faces …. Keep it up good job guys

I had a consultation with Dr Abed in General Surgery. A doctor who listened to my concerns, explained the problem well, discussed all the options in detail and answered my questions. He was extremely professional and courteous. I felt involved in the decision making process and was extremely satisfied.

Mediclinic Airport Road in general has been our go to hospital for the entire family over the years and we are very satisfied with the level of care provided.

Highly recommend, staff are so lovely, nurses, admin staff, physicians I have seen I am very happy with their treatment plan.
Making an appointment is very easy they accommodate you as best they can, by phone or in the department all departments are very helpful.

تجربتي الشخصية مع عملية أجراها الدكتور عامر البابا. بصراحة اعطي هالدكتور 10 نجوم. فعلا دكتور بطل ورغم ان العملية ما كانت بسيطة بس شطارة الدكتور عامر واحترافيته خلاها تجربة سهلة جدا والتعافي منها كان في فترة قياسة حتى انا ما توقعتها. شكرا دكتور عامر فعلا انت مكسب كبير لميدكلينك.

عندي بس ملاحظة ياريت من المسؤلين الاهتمام بموضوع العناية بعد العمليات. المتابعة والاهتمام كان سيئ. وصل لدرجة نسيان الأدوية.

Staff are caring and helpful during my stay in recovery rooms. Thank you Cherry and Anitta who helped me recover faster for 3 days. And for the outpatient nurse Vivian for being so nice and friendly answering all my never ending questions and following up my appointments with Dr Tabassum.
Overall my experience for OB-gyne was excellent!

Worst branch.

Waiting for the phusician many minutes although I showed up iny exact appointment.and he forgot to put the medications in the system for the pharmacy and the pharmacy blaming him for that! What a team work.
I was complaining the delivery company because the late response for delivering the already late medications but the driver told me to do whatever I want if I want to complain.

I did a formal complain and going forward to conser care!

عياده الاطفال زينه وخاصه الدكتور شافيه الصراحه انصح فيها و اسلوبها مطور اما بخصوص الانتظار الصراحه وايد تاخرنا عندي موعد ع 12 وربع و انا داخل ع الدكتوره 1 تقريبا احس مافي اهتمام بالمواعيد

The nurses at Pediatric department REFUSED to send my 4 years old son medical record to a different hospital when he was suffering from COVID 19. My son had to do all the blood test again at the new hospital. That was very brutal to a 4 years old baby having go through withdrawing blood 2 times in 2 days. I would never take my kid back there again.

Extremely disappointed! Went emergency on Wednesday 4: 30 pm and dr recommended a blood test now we are Saturday evening and I've been following up since Thursday over 20 calls until today even called emergency direct they promised a call back and reception filling a call back request and still nothing! Nobody bothered to call back this is such careless behaviour why did I do the blood test for if nobody cares to give me result or recommendation what to do?

Just recently had my second child in this hospital. Top facilities and professional staff. The nurses are kind and supportive with my wife who did C-section. The room is clean and they provide tasty meals

The only issue I would have is pharmacy are very slow, I have been there very early In the morning and went to collect medications a few people there and still terrible waiting times. Order goes through from doctors office why is there such a delay dispensing. But other than that I shall continue attending

المستشفى ممتاز وتعاملهم سريع وراقي،،،، لكن اللي مستغربه الصيدلية!

تعامل بطيئ جداً جداً جداً لايعكس ابداً مستوى المستشفى والموظفين بعضهم موجود في الشباك بدون اي دور والتنظيم في أقل درجاته
عدد كاونترات الخدمة ١٢ وعدد الموظفين الموجودين ٣ او٤ وعدد المراجعين كثير! معقولة هذا الكلام ؟؟؟ معقولة الإدارة شايفه هذا الشي وساكته!
اتمنى يجدون له حل سريع

اليوم بتاريخ 15/10/2021 قسم الطارئ مستشفى شارع المطار razel cena Razel هنالك ممرضه محترفه جدا جدا وذكية و متمكنة بكل جدارة تمكنت من اخذ الدم للتحاليل من ابني عمره سنه و من سابع المستحيلات ان يجدو له الشريان لاخذ عينه من الدم سابقا وقبل عشرين يوم تقريبا و في الطابق الاول دخل ابني للمستشفى و تم حجزه لمده ليلتين وثلاث ايام و لم تتمكن اي ممرضه من اخذ عينه دم منه رغم خبرتهم و تمت الاستعانه بطبيب اخصائي تخذير و حاول كذلك الا انه فشل و لم تاخذ منه اي عينه دم ولم يوضع له محلول نهائيا
المهم اليوم وبتاريخ 15/10/2021 تعب ابني كذلك حرارته مرتفعه وتمكنت الممرضه رزال من اخذ الدم منه بكل احترافيه جدا حنوووونة طول الوقت تواسيني وانا ابكي لان ابني يبكي. تظهر تعاطفا عظيما و محترمة تقول لي انا آسفه طوال الوقت وتمسح عل كتفي وانا ابكي مع ابني شكرا لكم لتوفير ممرضه بحجم هذا التعاطف و التربية والاخلاق و المهنية كل هذه الاشياء بممرضه واحد أشكروها نيابة عني فعلا مواساتها خففت عني الكثير رأيت طريقة بحثهاعن الشريان فأيقنت انها متفوقه يعني رايعه من كل النواحي ممرضه متمكنة مهنيا من حيث اختصاصها وفي نفس الوقت انسانه فيها انسانية وحنان عظيم اشكرك كثيرا رزال

Thursday night I brought my wife to the Emergency, they told us that there is a waiting time for 2 hours so we waited, after 2 hours we went inside and waited for extra 1 hour until someone came to talk to us

We complained to a lady sitting at the desk and she said: if you don’t like it here then why you came?

The doctor came after huge fight only for 5 minutes, we stayed for 4 hours in the room and only saw the doctor once, the entire time doctor is sitting outside at the office chatting

They didn’t tell us anything, what were the blood results! Urine results! What’s the issue? Nothing

And any information we wanted we will go outside to ask, no one is following up with us

They didn’t bring any blanket or pillow despite asking several times, my wife was cold and shivering but they didn’t bring anything

Worst experience I’ve ever faced at any hospital

Just had to spend 10 days at Medicilinc Airport Road for my son's typhoid treatment.
The infrastructure and the services worth appreciation. Found the Doctor Shafia Saba Memon (Pediatric) so compassionate and a thorough professional as she furnished indispensable diligence through out the course of treatment.
All the staff at Pedriatric Unit at 3rd Floor (East Wing) had been exceptionally welcoming wether it was the security personnel Erik or room service, catering team or house keeping. Not least of all the extraordinary nursing team Irene, Hazel, Angela, Jovy, Ann and all were extremely supportive.
I truely hope the hospital keep this standard up!
BTW they have valet parking as well as 2 floor basement space to park your car under the shadow.:)

انا لاحظت في قسم الطواري في تأخير معى انه لايوجد ازدحام المراجعين يعني انا دخلت القسم الطواري الساعه 6 المغرب ومخلص الساعه 10: 30بالليل تقريبا

Am not sure why fetal medicine specialists doesn’t respect their appointments! Huge disappointment with waiting for an hour when booking an appointment 5 weeks ago and showing up 10 mins before my appointment! Doctors are the one supposed to appreciate time the most but you won’t find this here!

رحت الطوارى وانا حامل في الشهر السادس حصلت دكتوره اسمها شيماء نسائيه اسلوبها سيء مارضت تفحصني لان ماعندهم حضانه للخدج وانا مب يايه اولد اصلاً كلامها وايد مؤذي الجنين مابيعملش يوم بيكبر تعالي انزين ليش هذا الكلام القاسي وانا مافيني ولاده الحمدلله اقولها هذا الجهاز سونار داخلي الحصيني فيه تقول لا ما استخدمه في الطواري بس فالعيادة وروحي مستشفى حكومي يكون عندهم حضانه للخدج لو تعرف كيف كلامها عور قلبي حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل بس المهم عندها تنومني اسبوع كيف بدون فحص بس كذا بتنومني اسبوع تجربه سيء وزياره لن تكرر ان شاء الله

اصبح المستشفى فاشل و اسوء من قبل من ناحية وقت الانتظار حيث ذهبت مع زوجتي للطوارئ و كانت بحالة الم شديد و انتظرنا ساعتين و نصف حتى نقلونا لسرير و حضر الدكتور بعد ساعه. عدد الاطباء قليل جدا و التمريض قليل لا يكفي لعدد المرضى و كان جميع المرضى يشكون التأخير و بعضهم سقطو ارضا في اماكن الانتظار. حتى العيادات الخارجيه التابعه للمستشفى اصبحت بمستوى سيء من ناحية التشخيص و المواعيد و الانتظار و طريقة عرض الحاله على المريض. اتمنى ان تراجع ادارة المستشفى ما التغيرات التي طرات عليها و اعادة وضعها للقديم و الذي كان معروف بجودته.

I would advise NOT to go to this hospital. It’s all about taking money and prescribing medicine you do not need. Maybe it’s just the dermatology department so stay away from there.

I highly recommend Dr. Amgiad (Derma) coz he treated my long time problem very efficiently and with a lot of patience and as well as Dr. Amer Elbaba (UroGynecologist) who explains my case very well. They are the hidden gems of the hospital. Will surely come back under their care. All staffs are great especially their nurses whose very polite and caring.

كل شي ممتاز إلا الصيدلية كثير يتأخرون في صرف الدواء (مش طبيعي التأخير في الدواء) احس ان ممكن تنظيم الموضوع بطريقة توفر السرعة لضمان عدم أزدحام وتأخير المرضى

مستشفى نظيف جزئيا ولاكن خدماتهم بطيئه وتاخير وتعامل غير مرضي ونقص في الاجهزة والمعدات والغرفه بسيطه مره عمي كان مرقد وكانت تجربته سيئه

الدكتور في الطوارئ اسمه عبدالله تعامل راقي مع الأطفال ياليت الدكاترة يكونون نفس هالاسلوب ارفعلة القبعة احتراما له ولأمثالة.

للأسف اسوء مستشفى زرته فاشل بمعنى الكلمة
طبيب الأنف والحنجرة تعامله زفت ولا يفهم على مرضاه

After having surgery I've been trying to get in contact with the Reception at Mediclinic Airport Road. It has been almost 2 month's and no one has responded to any of my emails and no one ever picks up the phone.and when I leave my details with the call center no one calls back. All I'm requesting is a final itemised bill for insurance. I've been promised a call back and I've been put on hold for up to 20 mins before I just hung up the phone. Its ridiculous that this is sure a reputable hospital but they no staff to manage a general inquiry. I live in Dubai but at this rate I'm going to have to drive to Abu Dhabi for a receipt!

Pharmacy is ridiculously sloooooooow
38 min waiting for my turn to receive the medications! Talk about customer service and efficiency!

I would like to warn others that this hospital has profit targets to meet. As a result you might be subjected to unnecessary X-rays in order for them to meet their targets.

You have to pay even if you just say Hi to a doctor!

We have visited the Orthopaedic Surgery doctor "2nd visit" to know the result of the MRI however they asked us to pay again where 7 days have passed since first visit which is not our mistake and it was due to insurance approval procedure and MRI appointment.eventually we have paid.

And since the doctor advised that we have to undergo surgery he advised that we have to see Anesthesia doctor just to be aware about the surgery and he might have any concerns "which is should be a part of the surgery preparation procedure! ", hence we went to the Anesthesia doctor and just he said "do you like to be under half or full Anesthesia? And after that said Ok will call you before one day from the surgery" that's all.and then they have asked me to pay again since we have met the doctor! Is it right? Is it acceptable to pay just to see a doctor and answer such question where the same can be covered by the Orthopaedic Surgery doctor? I know that the hospital is looking for the revenue but you should take care of your patients satisfaction as well!

Such a great medical team, Thanks to Dr. Shukur, Dr. Ahlam Idris, and the IP Nurses; Lisa, Prea, April, Aly, Princy and all of them there. Thanks To Room Service "Al Bayena", she was always opening the day with a smily "Good Morning".

الصيدلية كثير سيئه من ناحية ما في طابور صح ، حطينا الورقه نستنى دورنا، ووضلينا نستنى فرج ربنا تينادي علينا الصديلاني ونوخد الدوا

I would love to recommend this hospital to all my friends. Staffs and doctors are very accommodating and friendly and also funny in a nice way. It's very clean hospital and huge hallway, they have also very beautiful waiting area and for inpatient it's 100% that they will take care of you.

They have a 24 hour number, but don't expect to talk to the lab. They don't answer the phone or they will just hang it up.
I was promised at 7: 30am that someone from the lab would call me back within 30 minutes to one hour. Nobody called me, so, I called again and was told the same thing. Nobody returned my call until about 11: 30am. Frustrated.

With that said, I have a highly competent doctor that treated me while living in Abu Dhabi, Dr. Hisham. Although I moved to Dubai several years ago, I continue treatment with him. Excellent doctor!

I have been calling for weeks to take an appointment. I wait on the line for near 10 minutes with no response.

Used to be a decent hospital. 2 hour wait with no guarantees to be seen. Would never come here again. Disappointed. Staff don’t even speak to you directly. Poor customer service.

Been trying to make an appointment for 2 health check for a week. E mailed 3 times via the appointment booking online and heard nothing. Called a number of times the main number and they gave me two numbers to call. Both ring out and then get engaged tone. Hugely frustrating. Helpcentre totally useless.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته. من أسوأ المستشفيات على مستوى مدينة أبوظبي وخدمه سيئة لاترقى أن تكون لمستشفى لعدة أسباب أن والدي كان لديه موعد لعميلة منظار وكان موعده الساعه 10 صباحاً وتم تحويله من مركز كامبريدج للتأهيل بناءاً على موافقة ميدكلينك الساعة 9.30 وعند وصوله أفاد موظفي الاستقبال بأنه لاتوجد غرفه شاغره وتم وضعه في الانتظار لمدة ساعات 3 ونصف وعند الحصول للغرفة لاتوجد أي مناديل معقمده للتنظيف وغيرها الكثير لايمكن الكلام عنه لذا لاأنصح أي مريض بهذا المكان لان كلمة مستشفى لاتليق به ولايستحقها بتاتاً وحتى نجمه واحده كثيره عليه

Long-time Abu Dhabi resident, but new patient - excellent first impression from the assistants manning the call centre, the receptionists, the doctors, and the pharmacists. Everyone was efficient, friendly, and went out of their way to help. My visit was on a weekday afternoon and the clinic wasn't crowded.

Everytime I go there, I have to wait more than 45 minutes for my appointment. One time they scheduled three different patients of the same family for one 15 minutes appointments. Overall, poor management and poor attitude from the staff, and if you go there be ready to wait even for a simple blood sample.

I have been seeing Dr. Bashar Abduh, the gynecologist at Mediclinic airport road for a while. He is really professional and experienced in his field. I felt comfortable from the first day of my visit. He is always reassuring and knows what he is talking about. As you you know, women are always apprehensive about visiting a male gyne. The day I started seeing him there was know female available and looking back, I thank God that there wasn't one available as he has changed my life with the surgery he performed on me. The healing has been amazing and needless to say, I have my confidence and life back. Thank you Dr. Bashar!

I was a patient in April and I can say that this place functions very efficiently. A Very professional and organized hospital. High quality of health care. Good location.

This is the only private hospital that i would strongly recommend to my friends if they need hospital care. Convenient location and well organized hospital.
