Meknes Moroccan Restaurant

My breakfast ftour fassi experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The ambiance was alright, but the service lacked attention to detail. Unfortunately, the meal I ordered gave me a stomachache.it's crucial for them to address the quality of their dishes. I expected better for the price. Hopefully, they can step up their game in the future.

It's a shame it isn't busier. Everything was perfect: the service is very professional and friendly, food is delicious and copious, the restaurant's decoration is beautiful. We had a wonderful time and will come back again.

Food is very tasty and authentic Moroccan, the atmosphere is cozy and the place is clean and smells great! The service is very welcoming and warm!

المطعم من ناحية الديكور والخدمة جيد ولكن الأكل لم يعجبني كان الطعم عادي ، كنت أتوقع أفضل من ذلك.

This is an ok Moroccan restaurant. The service was pretty slow and I had to flag the servers each time. The food was not that great. The pastilla wapin the sweet side and the marakesh tanjia has got more lemon, very different from the authentic marakesh Tanjia. Their olive oil and harissa was good, so as their bread. I will come back here if I'm really craving for Moroccan food.

Best place to end your fast this Ramadan, me and my partner try this place for the first and we never regret it. Food was excellent and customer service is awesome. Really recommend this to all.

This is one of the best hidden gems in the capital. I love the traditional decor & the food is tasty feels like home cooked. Must try the Ramadan iftar buffet its supper

كنت اجي المطعم قبل كورونا كان جيد جدا واسعاره نوعا ما مقبوله والاكل لكن بعد كورونا اصبحت الخدمه سيئة وفي تاخير والاسعار ارتفعت 40% من شهر على كلامهم تصوروا الكسكس اللحم من 50 الى 70 درهم وبدون ضريبه ليش سلامات لا طازج ولا شي
وبعد مخفقين كميه اللحم الى نصف اغلبيته عظام وما في مقبلات معاه نفس زيتون وبطاطا الحاره مثل اول لغوها. طلبنا من يومين 3 كسكس لحم ودجاج تكا مع بطاطاو شاي وسلطات. نزلوا بس شويه زيتون مهروس وفلفل بالقطاره علي اربع اشخاص وما يكفي عيب عليهم كانه ببلاش طالب وصحون السلطه قليله جدا والله قاعدين يستغلوا الوضع والاداره شكلها تغيرت همها توفر كميات وترفع الاسعار وتلغي المقبلات وفوق هذا تاخير لو قلنا في فندق 5 نجوم بنقول مقبوله لان على قيمه الخدمه والجوده وبتدفعه لكن مطعم عادي ما يستاهل ولا في قيمه الاكل وتغير

والله ما يسوا والفاتوره طلعت ما يقارب 344 دراهم يعني غالي جدا
وما يسوا وين رقابه الاسعار عنهم
لو طالبين مندي صحنين لحم كان جات ثلث فاتوره ولحم طازج

ثاني شي حمام مشترك وهذا غلط ما في خصوصيه للنساء
ابدا وهذا غلط
اذا ظل المطعم بهذي الطريقه بيخسر ولازم يراجعوا الاسعار والخدمه والجودة والكميات وتكون مقبولة نفس اول
وانا عن نفسي مش راجع لهذا المطعم ابدا

I just actually saw them aling the road and try to buy a tea.but for my expectation.its really are delicious and i dont know what kibd of tea but it is black tea and smell really really good.

Must try all flavours of lamb Tagine. The meat is very soft and the gravy is delicious. I tried the one with prunes and two others. It was awesome. I will definitely come again. Highly recommended.

Tasty and affordable meals in a beautiful, exquisite environment. You can see there's a lot of thought (and work) put into these dishes. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

If you love some Moroccan food, this place is for you.
For me it was 50-50 by price and taste.

Really recommended place! We went there by recommendation of a Moroccan friend who was trying different Moroccan restaurants in Abu Dhabi. Chicken pastela was the best, and also the tajines were amazing: seafood the best, and then lamb and chicken.lso we try potato salad (super spicy), harira.tea and sweets. Delicious food and tastes! We will repeat!

Authentic morrocan restaurant with a very nice theme, it takes a while to get the food served but it's definitely worth it

Food always so good. Wait staff always very good, location is also good. No other Moroccan like it in AD.

I visited the Restaurant on a Friday lunch time with a couple of Friends, was a party of 10 to enjoy the Moroccan gastronomy we had couscous along with some other specialities, accompanied with freshly squeezed juices. Arrived by 12: 30 pm, were welcomed by a young moroccan guy Amine who has showed the real Moroccan hospitality, and escort us to the table, helped us with placing the order. The Restaurant has the Moroccan look and feel with an exceptional decor Indeed an nforgettable experience. Post the meal Hassan the Restaurant General manager offered us some Moroccan tea with a selection of sweets. We must mention also the good service of Malvin and Elena top notch. Overall the experience was outstanding and sure we will be back and will recommend the place to all our friends and family. A big thank you to the kitchen team

There food is fresh so to any person who likes well cooked food please don't hesitate they know how to cook.

The ambiance is lovely and of course the moroccan-style interior is to admired, but I guess I didn't find the moroccan cuisine appealing to my taste buds. The staff is attentive and responsive and the quantity served per person is more than enough.

Had very unpleasant experience. The restaurant was almost empty but it took forever to take my orders. Also, they got my order wrong. In addition had to ask for water couple of times. The waitress was cleaning the floor next to me with bleach (or something that smells like bleach) while I was supposed to “enjoy” my meal. I went there are under 7: 30pm so there were near closing time. The food wasn’t anything that special (at least what the brought me which wasn’t what I ordered).
Otherwise the place has a nice atmosphere so when I walked in I had my hopes too high.

I had late lunch at Meknes restaurant, I enjoyed the food and service was good as well by Amine & Malvin who was friendly and polite as always. Extremely recommended

Overwhelming experience. Very clean, neat and tidy restaurant with a pure Moroccan food, design, ambiance and hospitality.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get a taste of Moroccan food in the heart of Abu Dhabi.

Loss of 2 stars is only due to location, everything else is very good starting from the friendly staff, through the food quality and the price.

Das Essen ist hier sehr gut und vor allem nicht touristisch. 2 Sandwiches mit Salat als Beilage und 2 Getränken für ca 28 Euro gesamt. Günstig und nettes Personal. Kann ich empfehlen.
