Unfortunately their delivery service is below satisfaction especially after Corona majority of outlets offer home delivery according to Covid situation and customers demand. This time I really suffered with my order because of the delivery. Though I admit their cakes are still best however I dislike the delivery thing. Imagine i have gusts and i have to leave them to go pickup the cake! Woow. This will make me reconsider future orders from here. PS- I think they serously need to think about professional home delivery and increase number if drivers.

The cake tastes very bad and spoils quickly. The staff, Isabelle and Amanda, are not cooperative, and each one give price for the same cake with different price? And the Khalifa branch closed the line and does not respond to customers. Unfortunately, Mrs. J is no longer the same as before. I hope the notes will reach the manager for use.
طعم الكيك جدا سئ وغير طازج والفواكه غير طازجه وتعامل الموظفات اماندا وايزابيلا غير متعاون كما كل موظفه تسعر الكيك بأسعار مختلفه على نفس الكيكه كما فرع مدينه خليفه يقفل الخط قبل أن يجيب على الخط للاسف بعد ان كنت اكثر منز١٥ سنه زبونه دائمه لديهم ساتوقف عن التعامل بسبب عدم جوده الكيك وتعامل الموظفين.

They have good variety of cakes. I personally loved the pastries we ordered (Dark chocolate, chocolate & white chocolate) all of them were fresh and good size enough for 1 serving. Glad I came across Miss J Cafe.

Ordered a cake using whatsapp application, cake was ready on time, additions were well made, price was fully described and we were politely served.

Excellent service, we have been using Miss J Café as our “go to” bakery for the past couple of years when it comes to ordering cakes. They have never let us down and are exceptional value for money. Be it a 2 kg cake to a 10 kg cake, they were fully able to customize to our requirements (image printed on top, wording etc.), and the taste irrespective of flavor is always phenomenal.

The staff always go above and beyond to ensure you are completely happy with your order, with WhatsApp images sent prior to delivery to ensure you are 100% happy.

Smooth negotiation with the customer service team. I ordered 2 cakes namely Mango Cheesecake and Red Velvet one I also recommend them to you guys! Very delicious Kudos to the kabayan delivery guy, he was all smiles while handing me my orders. More power guys?

I am very disappointed with the quality of the cake, i had to call them and tell them about my experience and the response that I got was we can’t do anything about it, plus the staff was a bit rude over the phone.

The cakes are very delicious and remind me of childhood memories.although the people working at the cashier are EXTREMELY rude and ignore you unless you repeat what you’re saying 3 times!

I asked a couple of questions and they replied to me in such a rude way and they are not knowledgeable about ANYTHING and have to ask 5 different employers to know the answer of the question.

I tried to explain something for a special order and they just don’t want to put the extra effort and seem like they are disappointed that I want something special, they just want me to order something simple and get it over with.

I was raised with Filipinos and I understand Tagalog and when I sat asking for the manager because I didn’t want to deal with rude cashiers and waiters, while I was waiting for the manager I could hear them gossiping and talking badly about us but I pretended to not understand and I didn’t cause a scene because I do not want a headache.

Cakes are great but the service & the continued frowning faces of the staff is an absolute turn off

We got a white cake for birthday and it doesnt have any taste any smell nothing at all am wondering what cream they used! They said its vanella flavor! But there isnt any flavor we were realy disapointed of the bad quality cream they are using
