I used this company for a very special event for my close friend and they completely messed our cake up. The flavors were wrong and the icing was fondant instead of buttercream. The customer service only offered a very small discount after many calls and photos. The area manager Mr. Mohammed was very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed about this company. If you want a good cake and great customer service do not use them.

Their are the best in Alain. Excellent service. Their cakes always taste yummy! And their designer cakes r really good. Their service is really wonderful. Pau was extremely helpful as though i gave them short notice of preponing the time for cake delivery, they managed to deliver it on time. All this despite the last minute changes that I had to make.

I can always count on them to make our special occasions beautiful

I toke a cake from moussa it's was very taste and it was very delicious cake but moussa was treet me very kindly and with good attitude

Worst customer service ever. Every time this happens and i keep doing the same mistake of dealing with them

The staff is very rude and no proper respect for the customer. Being treated as if we don't intend to buy their product! I wish there is zero star!

They have redesigned the store (check pics) and now caters to coffee and snacks (muffins and pastries) with a seating for 2-4.
They have one of the best cakes in Alain, you can place an order in the morning for a fresh cake from half a Kg to any and get it by afternoon or evening pick up. They do deliver for cakes over 1 kg or orders via talabat. My favorite is chocolate truffle, but most of their flavors taste good. "Fresh and delicious".

One of the best place to buy fresh cake in Al ain, only to mention that worst service experience by WhatsApp order and need to improve more there, else everything is fantastic, quality good and design almost same like what we saw in the picture.
Suggestion- Try to avoid delivery charges at least for a minimum order value.
